Arbor Terrace is a friendly community. Relief by friends and family knowing that our friend was in a safe situation. Helped me to sleep better at night.

Arbor Terrace is absolutely wonderful!! They keep their staff and they are all so attentive and friendly! The management is like a dream to work with, you ask them if they can help you with something and they always say "YES"! Everyone there is just so friendly and they take amazing care of my mom, so much that she is in "Bridges" now and will be moving back to Assisted Living this week!!

We chose Arbor Terrace Lakeway because of the cleanliness and programs for memory care - and proximity to my house. The staff is very friendly and very helpful whenever you reach out and have questions. The med tech do their best to make sure residents are getting the care they need.

I am currently a resident at Arbor Terrace of Herndon and most everything has been great for me so far. I'm having a very positive experience here. Based on my experience, I would recommend this facility to others.

I highly recommend Arbor Terrace every chance I get - its excellent, particularly the staff, food, activities, loving care.

Staff friendliness, newer facility, friend was already there

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The drivers will do special favors for you, like taking you to the post office or bank. Housekeeping is once per week. It's adequate, but not too thorough. They will call your family if they have any concerns about you or if you are taken to the hospital. The food is a constant source of discussion. Some residents love it, some hate it. I'm kind of neutral. The move in process was good. Overall, I'm very happy here.

It was a wonderful place for our family member. She was peaceful there and taken care of. We knew when we couldn't be with her, all her needs were met and she was looked after by people whom cared about her and us. (She passed away in Sept, so my feedback on her time there will be less helpful as time goes on.)

They continue to go above and beyond for my parents at The Arbor at BridgeMill. My parents love the social amenities - bingo, movies at night, veterans outings etc. The cleaning crew does a wonderful job for them. And my parents actually moved twice. We took a first available (like immediately available) apartment that gave us first dibs on the one we wanted when it came open. We used the same moving crew, who were very fair and fast.

Dining room and front desk staff are patient, caring and friendly. Transportation to doctor appointments is very helpful.

The only helpful thing would be using Touchpoint to create the shopping list when supplies run out. I often get multiple calls a day when they run out of soap supplies. Really minor because of such great care and medical coordination. Very happy with the transparency and visibility, the family app with activity participation levels and photos is great as well.

It's a wonderful community-- friendly residents, caring, competent workers, uplifting atmosphere. The location was perfect for us.

I love the overall value. Food is good. But not great.

The staff is very friendly, helpful, and patient with the residents. The food is always good and with several options throughout the day. The place is very clean and lovely. I highly recommend it.

My mother in law loves every single employee- they treat her with love and respect. I do wish the in house PT was better. She came in walking, but is now wheel chair bound (she is a very arthritic 94 year old). I loved that it was new, so many planned activities, and the dining room/menus are amazing. They transport her to Church every other week - something she has missed doing for the past two years.

This is a great facility! Eden Terrace staff is friendly and very caring, very responsive to the needs of their residents. It is a friendly and well cared for facility. I would definitely recommend!

My parents have 2 separate apartments for the price of one at other facilities. 3 meals a day and great food. [name removed] the marketing director is amazing. They have their own onsite care nurses. There are 4 to 5 activities every day.

Good experience, very friendly. People are easy to get to know.I like the smaller community - feels more like home.

I would definitely recommend Arbor. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The meals are good quality, but as with any other facility it is difficult to please every taste. Housekeeping is okay. I am used to more in depth cleaning, but they do exactly what is promised and that is fine. Move in was good with a proviso that not everything is put where you want it - but it would be silly to complain when I didn't have to pack boxes or unpack most of what we brought. We have only been here 2 weeks, have not done much of the activities and didn't sign up for family notifications. The apartments are special in terms of their space. They get a 5+.

I can't speak highly enough about this facility. I feel so blessed that we were able to find such a wonderful place for my husband. They did their best to make it be the closest to being home as possible and succeeded totally. The staff are professional, caring, friendly, and everyone goes out of their way to make you comfortable. The food is fresh, tasty and varied. The facility is very clean, and again, very homey. They cater to the residents and have many activities to keep everyone happy. Special kudos to [names removed]. They are incredibly amazing and went way beyond their jobs to do whatever they could to help and make life easier and more comfortable for my husband and me. I can't thank them enough. Summit of Uptown is a find and I can't recommend them enough. I haven't found one negative criticism in the 3 months that my husband has been there.
