I rate all categories as a 5 with the exception of item 5, meals/dining. My mom does not care for the taste of the food at dinner. She loves the oatmeal at breakfast, lunch is OK, but I think dinners don't have enough flavor for her. She says it just doesn't taste good. The other thing I will point out is their laundry service. Laundry does not come back folded properly and is very wrinkled. They also don't treat stains. We have gotten to where my sister does mom's personal laundry and just let Arbor Terrace take care of towels and sheets. Overall, my mom is happy there and the family is happy with the rest of the service.

Mom is in memory care and they have activities everybody is very friendly and helpful there. They even started a support group family members that are in memory care. I know it is expensive, but mom gets wonderful care here. I love them.

My mother has been a resident for a few years and we both are very pleased with her care, all if the staff and the activities that keep her active!

I have been here 6 months and my time here has been positive. I have been in several facilities over the past year and the staff and residents at Solana Doylestown have been more than helpful and healing.

We cannot put into words how wonderful The Solana of Doylestown has been for my mother who has been residing there since [date removed]. It is clean, bright, and cheerful and is incredibly well maintained. If you are looking for a place where your loved one will be treated with love, compassion, professionalism, and patience, where they are respected and safe, this is the place to take them. The staff is extremely attentive to each person’s needs and are always willing to go above and beyond. They keep families updated on the resident’s care, their concerns and send out a monthly calendar of activities for the family to view. The competent and friendly staff keeps the residents active rather than them just sitting in their rooms all day with such activities as daily aerobic classes, craft activities, weekly live music, lots of card and brain games and scenic drives. Thank you all at The Solana for being such shining stars, for loving Mom and for all that you ALL have done for our family.

Staff is very good and helpful. Each one has several jobs to do. They know the residents very well and how to care for each one in a very friendly way. This is where I belong.

I would honestly rate everything with a 4.5. We visited a few places and felt like the Vantage was the best fit for my mother. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the residents and keep track of my mother just like she was part of their own family. I have spoken with or met almost all of the management and feel very comfortable with my decision. The facility is always clean without the sterile hospital environment and smells. They decorate for the seasons and holidays and my mother has enjoyed the parties and activities. She says that the food is very good with a few exceptions, but she has managed to gain back the weight she lost at the place she lived in before moving to the Vantage. I think that the change of environment and my mother's dementia caused her to have some issues when she first moved there, but the staff was extremely helpful and patient with her and kept me informed anytime something came up. The cost is about the same as the other places we visited, but the residents at the Vantage seemed to be more social and happy to be there instead of just staying in their apartments.

We have nothing to compare this facility with, but we have been very satisfied with our experience. Our apartment is comfortable, the dining experience is good, the housekeeper does a good job, and we only tried the transport car once, but we were very satisfied. Everybody is friendly.

We searched all the facilities in our area. When spoke to Mom about what we were planning and she was willing to go to Arbor Terrace after paying a visit. Arbor is well presented when coming through the front door. It’s clean, there is no smell and you’re greeted by someone at the desk. The staff is kind and considerate. It became evident that Mom was in over her head as time went on. She used a walker, she had little to no hearing which was a major problem. She was unable to toilet herself, which she was doing at home. She dressed herself which I believe she stopped doing after a short time there. I will say they did get her out of her room to play bingo, beach volley ball and some card games. We visited frequently which wasn’t a problem, we often sat with her when she ate. I found the way they served meals was a bit disconnected. She wasn’t getting the same care we were giving her at home, which is to be expected. Best of all, she associated with those the same age as her.

Every category is a 5, with the exception of meals/Dining. I'd give that a 4. The menu is limited, even though they have specials everyday (2 choices I believe), the regular menu could use more options . For the most part the food is good though. Also, they stop serving lunch at 2. Sometimes that's a problem if you have a dr appt. off property.

I wouldn't mind living there if/ when it becomes time. I would 100% recommend it. It's a beautiful place and has everything you need.

I highly recommend The Vantage at Cityview. The people who handle sales and marketing went above and beyond to come up with a perfect solution to fit my sister's needs. Although I did not have an opportunity to visit in person, a trusted friend and pictures and videos gave me a beautiful impression. The people here are truly caring. Thank you Vantage at Cityview!

The staff is very caring, I feel he has received excellent care, they are always cleaning, and for the care and amenities I feel the price is a fair price. I have several friends with family in this facility.

Long story short, they were awesome! My Dad was supported through his passing. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would absolutely recommend this community to other families, thanks again!

I have recommended Arbor Terrace to others already. [name removed] is fabulous. Their food service staff is so very personal. It was what was needed for our folks at the time.

I would recommend Arbor Terrace. While others may have a different preference. One of the top things on my "preference list" was a minimum of traffic & pollution and a sense of tranquility, which Arbor fulfills. To be perfectly honest, the 1 thing that have been of concern for me is a security issue e.g. access to each tenant's room, I think that the internal controls in that area needs to be tightened. The Front desk should have a written log each time that a worker, etc. needs a key for a specific room and that worker should sign when taking and returning the key/fob. (If 1 Fob fits all, the rooms being visited should be identified. Additionally the tenant should be told beforehand unless they have waived that right or there is an emergency ( i.e. sick tenant, fire, flooding, etc.)

If you have long-term care insurance, file the claim and let the insurance company work out the details. Mix up your visits. I always visit on Sundays, and try to throw in some random visits on other days. They occasionally have holiday celebrations. Like Mother's Day, Father's Day, Easter, etc. These are awesome, and such a help. I find taking my mother out to be so stressful. It's wonderful when I don't have to. The food and dining staff are wonderful. The staff is really helpful with things like getting my mother ready for weddings, and big family events. They somehow can convince her to bathe. I don't know how. They check on my mother often. I recently visited for three hours, and in that three hours they came to check on her four times. These people do God's work. I can't emphasize that enough. I want to hug them every time I see them.

The overall experience at Arbor Terrace is very good. This is mainly because there are many longtime employees. This is important when it comes to elder care facilities. The staff is responsive to our concerns and have an open communication at all times. My mom has plenty of activities to stay as busy as she wants. Thank you Arbor Terrace!!
