The quality of care is great, but he doesn't need much care. The meals are good, but he doesn't do many meals there. For the activities, they could mix it up a little more. Tracey is really great. AL is expensive everywhere. Yes, we would Absolutely, recommend this community to other families, but he doesn't require much care.

With the meals and dining service - The only feed back was that is closes to "early" BUT that is my father in law needing to readjust. My in laws are in a cottage and they like how close they are to the main building. This was a downsize but they are really happy with the space and features. They are still settling in but I know my MIL has taken advantage of a few of the lectures and she's looking forward to joining in some of the card groups. They said everyone is very friendly too. And the grounds are well kept. As the kids we were just happy to know that they were in a safe place with multiple levels of care.

My brother was in a memory care facility in Virginia. We moved him to Pennsylvania to be closer to family but the difference in the facilities is remarkable. Arbor Terrace has been so wonderful to my brother. Yes, he needed a couple days to adjust but the staff was more than able to handle that and he is doing marvelously now. The staff at Arbor Terrace in Exton are super people. Where do they find such kind people? They are so friendly and caring and attentive to each person. I appreciate the text updates from the memory care director who is on top of everything and knows what to do. I am so thankful that we moved my brother to Arbor Terrace in Exton.

I have excellent service when I need it and complete freedom all the time. I just arrived back from an evening with family and was met at the door with a friendly welcome. I recommend it for anyone, but it’s certainly good for me.

My husband and I recently attended an event at Arbor in support of our daughter. We felt motivated to write a review based on our experience. We met several residents, they were all happy and engaged. We were greeted by every staff member, the entire atmosphere was positive and uplifting. The community itself is gorgeous! Needless to say, we were impressed by what we saw.

We took a tour of The Chelsea at Shrewsbury during our search for a Memory Care facility for our loved one. The Executive Director, [name removed], was amazing. So very helpful, responsive, thorough and wonderful to work with. This facility was reasonably priced, also.

We have comfortable living arrangements, a great Staff, including a great Engagement Team, and so many activities in house and otherwise. We have a great Theater Room, Art Room, Gym, Pool, Courtyard and an available Physical Therapy Room if needed. We also have transportation within a certain number of miles. Many of us don’t drive anymore so it is great being with many friends and keeping active rather than being left on our own with no one around. There’s weekly entertainment too.

I definitely would recommend Arbor Terrace of Athens. They are great! I would comment that it's best to aim to do admissions early in the week. We had to travel from out of state, and ended up missing some paperwork, so we had to do admission on a Saturday which was a little problematic. Otherwise, everything has been fantastic for my loved one at Arbor Terrace of Athens.

The staff at Summit of Uptown is amazing. Very helpful and supportive. The move in process was so easy. They have been wonderful with my mom. Lots of activities. Residents are warm and welcoming. It's also great that they are in downtown Park Ridge - good restaurants nearby; also right next door to Trader Joe's. The apartment is very spacious- lots of closet space. Very light. Feels very homey. Housekeeping is great. Maintenance is responsive. Food is good and you can order an omelet or a salad or a couple if you don't like what's on the menu. Price is very reasonable for what you get. They also have a salon for hair and nails and a doctor who comes on site. My mom is happy there-I am so grateful about that. They really have gone out of the way to make that happen!

Our family member really values the meal and dining options in terms of the variety that's offered. And enjoys that the dining times are staggered so you can have earlier dinner sometimes or later one. The outdoor activities have been really enjoyable for them as well as the ice cream truck days. With the level of care that our family member is receiving compounded with all the amenities and activities it's definitely more affordable than live in the/at home care. And the integrated health services like medication management, and having medical specialists available site as well as physical therapy on site as a plus. Just being in a community at large with people, his age, and he's able to have curated experiences we as a family think he's having a better quality of life. Lighting and ambience of the community areas are also very good. The facility is one of the newer ones and may be a little bit nicer than some of the other facilities we visited.

We've been so pleased with Arbor Terrace. Mom is thriving in memory care there. Highly recommend! We picked this community because the facility was beautifully decorated and appointed, and we were very impressed with the staff. There is a large , well landscaped outdoor garden which was important. A big plus was also that the facility is very convenient to all of us.

I would definitely recommend Arbor Terrace Middletown Memory Care. My mother-in-law has been there for a few months and adjusting as well as can be expected. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and engaged and really care about the individual. I cannot say enough good things about them. They know individual names, and try to do what's best for the unique needs of each individual. I receive personal updates regarding my mother-in-law. I'm sure they don't tell me everything, but enough that I feel connected and know what's going on, and most importantly, what she needs. That's what actually struck me the most about Arbor Terrace-the staff makes a very personal connection. Also, the activities are very well thought out and engaging, from morning to mid afternoon. I thought the food was excellent the two times that I have eaten there. As the Memory Care Neighborhood is a rather small section of the building, I do wish the common area was bigger as I anticipate visits in the winter, when we cannot sit in the Garden, to be somewhat crowded.

My mom has been here at Arbor Terrace for one year and 5 months and she loves it!! We were greeted by [name removed] and [name removed], they are the best. We have worked with [name removed] and [name removed] at the front desk they too are amazing people who only want the best for our loved ones. The care givers and med techs are so caring, like [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed] and all the way down to cleaning and kitchen staff, thank you [name removed]!! Everyone has a smile on their face and ready to help attitude. This is truly a great place, thank you all and God Bless you all

The staff at Arbor Terrace is very accommodating & responsive !!They go out of their way to ensure the wellbeing of their tenants...(including my Aunt [name removed]).. On the day that my Aunt moved in...different staff members, representing the different services ..(ex. Food Services; Activities Coordinator; Nursing Staff; etc.)..stopped by her apartment to welcome her!! Daily..,several of the onsite staff stop by to check on her & to ensure that she is engaged in the activities offered at Arbor Terrace!! Arbor Terrace is a clean & well maintained facility!!!

My loved one was previously a resident at Arbor Terrace Teaneck and everything about this facility and her experience was great! Everyone was excellent! The cleanliness and friendliness were great. The staff, meals and activities were also great. I would 1000% recommend Arbor Terrace Teaneck to family and friends!

Our family had an in person tour with Arbor Terrace of Athens and it was a great tour experience, but at the time we needed to move our loved one in, they did not have any availability. However, we did like them.

I do not know how it could be any better than this. Residents and staff are friendly and welcoming. Staff go out of their way to make sure residents have what they need / want. Food is better than one could expect for a facility of this nature. Facility is very clean. It would be a challenge to find something to complain about here.

They bent over backward to accommodate my mother-in-law and the staff was excellent at Arbor Terrace of Knoxville! They were always helpful and always cheerful. I would absolutely recommend Arbor Terrace of Knoxville to family and friends!

We toured Arbor Terrace Mount Laurel when searching for a Memory Care facility for our loved one. This facility was very nice. The cleanliness and friendliness were great. However, I was lied to about availability and pricing.

I am very happy living here. With 30 acres and lots of mature trees, 3 ponds with fountains, fully equipped apartments, and good food. Also very friendly personnel. Plus lots of activities, I really enjoy it here. Plus, none of the hectic and noise you have in Dade or Broward. If you are looking for peace and quiet and lots of nature, then definitely yes. Transportation to doctors appointments, grocery shopping, and outings is provided.
