My mom has been here at Arbor Terrace for one year and 5 months and she loves it!! We were greeted by [name removed] and [name removed], they are the best. We have worked with [name removed] and [name removed] at the front desk they too are amazing people who only want the best for our loved ones. The care givers and med techs are so caring, like [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed] and all the way down to cleaning and kitchen staff, thank you [name removed]!! Everyone has a smile on their face and ready to help attitude. This is truly a great place, thank you all and God Bless you all

The staff at Arbor Terrace is very accommodating & responsive !!They go out of their way to ensure the wellbeing of their tenants...(including my Aunt [name removed]).. On the day that my Aunt moved in...different staff members, representing the different services ..(ex. Food Services; Activities Coordinator; Nursing Staff; etc.)..stopped by her apartment to welcome her!! Daily..,several of the onsite staff stop by to check on her & to ensure that she is engaged in the activities offered at Arbor Terrace!! Arbor Terrace is a clean & well maintained facility!!!

My loved one was previously a resident at Arbor Terrace Teaneck and everything about this facility and her experience was great! Everyone was excellent! The cleanliness and friendliness were great. The staff, meals and activities were also great. I would 1000% recommend Arbor Terrace Teaneck to family and friends!

Our family had an in person tour with Arbor Terrace of Athens and it was a great tour experience, but at the time we needed to move our loved one in, they did not have any availability. However, we did like them.

I do not know how it could be any better than this. Residents and staff are friendly and welcoming. Staff go out of their way to make sure residents have what they need / want. Food is better than one could expect for a facility of this nature. Facility is very clean. It would be a challenge to find something to complain about here.

They bent over backward to accommodate my mother-in-law and the staff was excellent at Arbor Terrace of Knoxville! They were always helpful and always cheerful. I would absolutely recommend Arbor Terrace of Knoxville to family and friends!

We toured Arbor Terrace Mount Laurel when searching for a Memory Care facility for our loved one. This facility was very nice. The cleanliness and friendliness were great. However, I was lied to about availability and pricing.

I am very happy living here. With 30 acres and lots of mature trees, 3 ponds with fountains, fully equipped apartments, and good food. Also very friendly personnel. Plus lots of activities, I really enjoy it here. Plus, none of the hectic and noise you have in Dade or Broward. If you are looking for peace and quiet and lots of nature, then definitely yes. Transportation to doctors appointments, grocery shopping, and outings is provided.

My mother-in-law loves her one bedroom apartment. The fact that she liked it so much made it easier for her to leave her home of 50 years We cannot really rate this. She does not require any daily care (she has memory loss). People stop in to check in on her multiple times a day and she is administered her medicines twice a day. So for her needs, her care would rate a 5. She would rate the food a 5, but she does not like heavily seasoned food. We have not eaten there yet. My mother-in-law does not choose to participate in most activities, but she enjoys the musical performances and she sometimes joins in the Bible studies. The activities' coordinator is fantastic and is open to suggestions from residents and families. Based on the apartment she has (there are only 2 like it in the building) we would rate it a 5. The extra charge for medicine administration seems a bit much, but it may be the going rate. We have had several issues with being charged too high a monthly rate (3 months in a row) but that was rectified

We had a great experience with Arbor Terrace Shrewsbury, although it was less than 2 months before our loved one passed away. The public area was always clean, but his room often had dirty glasses and bowls. Empty water bottles sitting around rather in trash. Trash can would be overflowing. [name removed] and front desk staff were extremely friendly, helpful and caring. All the nurses and aides gave him lots of care and were very patient with him. He enjoyed his meals and the fact that they would cook what he wanted. Unfortunately his health prohibited him from being involved in the activities offered. But when visiting, the other residents looked very engaged and the type of activities offered looked appealing. The care he received was worth the cost. His room was spacious.

We picked this community, because of the cleanliness and staff interactions. My loved one has improved, since moving there, and the staff and leaders are all engaging and provide excellent support to my loved one. I would and have recommended it to others.

My mother is currently a resident at Arbor Terrace Willistown. Our experience at this facility has been great! The care from the staff is the number one reason that I feel comfortable having my mother live here. The cleanliness, friendliness, and meals are also great. This facility truly is one of a kind. I have recommended this facility to several of my friends for their parents/spouses already and will continue to do so!

First of all let me start with the staff. For anyone interested in living here, the minute they walk in the door until they leave, will be an experience they won't soon forget. They are all the nicest people you'd ever want to meet. They make you feel like family from the get go. And once here their door is always open for suggestions. Truly very helpful at all times. Secondly, as for the facility, it is the only place to be if it is affordable to the individual. If a potential tenant is looking for assisted or independent living, an apartment, cottage, or a house it's all here and very nice. Just check it all out. The facility speaks for itself. Sorry if I got carried away, but I do really like it here.

My dad currently lives at Arbor Terrace Mountainside. The facility is extremely easy to work with. The one thing that really stands out to me here is how happy the residents are. They all genuinely seem to like the staff and are happy to be there. We are thrilled with the results in all of these categories/ratings. I would definitely recommend this facility to family and friends.

We toured Arbor Terrace Norwood when searching for a Memory Care facility for our loved one. It was a really nice facility. The staff was also very nice. However, we didn't feel like the Memory Care unit was a big enough area for our loved one.

What I like most about the Arbor Terrace of Knoxville are the staff. They are wonderful, the meals that are prepared are good and they offer a lot of different activities for us to do. They have things like Exercise, crafts, movies, guest singers and pianist, what's in the news, Bingo, Brain quest

They're struggling with having enough care people available, as is every facility but everyone is kind & patient. Family needs to be around as much as possible at first to make sure the transition goes well. Not hovering but just visiting even if for just an hour. Makes it much easier a month later when some new patterns of activity have been learned. Residents are friendly as is the staff, Mom has been more active in all areas than we've seen her in the last year. I would definitely recommend Arbor Terrace Lakeway.

Mirabelle is a nice facility with friendly people and excellent staff. Only downside is the food is not geared to a vegetarian, which is what my wife is.

Crabapple seemed nice except they charge for "care" on top of their monthly fee. They decide on the appropriate "level of care" and therefore the additional care fees. They also charge extra for medication management (giving them their meds) and incontinence care. It would have been about $[removed]a month to start as as my mother aged, the fees would get higher. They don't advertise those details when it comes to rates. [removed] was nicer too--or so I thought. The tour was 5 but I think the fee presentation felt like "bait and switch" because I was about to sign when all the "extras" were then explained.

I toured with Arbor Terrace Mountainside and it was a great experience. It was a very nice facility, but the entry fee was just way too expensive.
