Arbor Terrace Hamilton Mill is an excellent community all the way around. I could not be happier. The staff members are excellent. The facility is pristine. My brother is very happy there. I had lunch there the other day and the good was great. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

The Arbor at BridgeMill has been great for my loved one, who currently lives here! They listen and are very friendly. The housekeeping keeps everything looking great. The food is wonderful 99% of the time and the options are wonderful, too. I would highly recommend this facility to others, but it is pricey!

Words cannot express our thanks for the love & care our mom got at Arbor Terrace Mt Laurel. She passed away a few weeks ago surrounded by the amazing staff that loved her & took exceptional care of her! My Dad is still at Arbor Terrace & we feel secure he is well taken care of also. We cannot thank [name removed] enough for going above & beyond to make sure moms needs were met. It is appreciated more than you know. Many many thanks to the amazing staff who went above & beyond to make moms last weeks & days comfortable! She adored everyone but [name removed]& [name removed]became ‘family’ to her & to us also. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! It won’t be forgotten! I would highly recommend Arbor Terrace, Mt Laurel NJ.

I Moved my elderly uncle to Arbor Terrace - Burnt Hickory Rd, Marietta GA several years ago. It was unsettling for him to leave his home but very shortly after arriving at Arbor Terrace he stopped being anxious about his new surroundings and quickly adjusted to his new life and not having to worry about meals, bathing, activities, etc. as all of those vital necessities were provided by a caring and professional staff. Notably, [name removed], one of the most helpful and attentive staff members that work there. Anytime we had a special request for my uncle's benefit, Victor took care of it immediately. Which is not to minimize other staff members as they are all excellent at elder care. Eventually, my uncle was relocated to the Evergreen annex at Arbor Terrace because of a failing memory. Again, I can't say enough about the high level of care and devotion that the Evergreen staff use with the residents in that facility. There are many communal activities that keep the residents engaged.

We picked this community, because of the location, friendly staff and residents, and beautiful facilities. I would recommend it highly. They have everything you could want--book clubs, Happy Hour, exercises, Movies, Trips, and etc.

It was a pleasure to work with The Chelsea at Shrewsbury. The staff were always available to answer questions, and were there to care for my loved one and the other residents. There were three meals a day, and the residents had choices to choose from for every meal. I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones.

I have lived at Arbor Terrace for almost four years, and have loved every moment of my stress free life here! The apartments are unusually bright and beautiful, with a variety of floor plans. There are a number of activities for mind and body, such as: daily exercise programs, lectures, crafts and art projects, daily movies, a book group, plus musical entertainment and special seasonal celebrations. An Arbor transportaion takes us to medical appointments and an Arbor bus provides transportation to plays, art museums, symphony concerts and many other outside places of interest, so that life is never dull. The staff is exceedingly friendly, helpful, and accomodating, adding to the worry free life at Arbor that I would not trade for any other!

Our mom was quite content with her lifestyle, so making a change to assisted living after 93 years was going to be a major challenge. Changes are not easy. After visiting several facilities, Arbor Terrace stood out as the best. It was the choice of our mom of and of her families as well. Agreeing on a facility was a major concern for all of us. Now, after 2 years living at Arbor Terrace, our mom remains a happy, and comfortable resident. The building is modern and has a beautiful interior that makes the environment so vibrant for the residents. But most importantly is the the staff. They are caring, respectful and personal to each resident. The building is clean, the food is good and the activities are abundant and creative. The Director, [name removed], is approachable, always available, and responsive. Being professional and knowledgeable, [name removed]knows how to properly manage this type facility. Kudo’s to all at Arbor Terrace!

I am very satisfied with The Vantage of Cityview. What I really like here is the friendliness of the staff as well as the support they give us. Based on the experience I have had so far I would definitely recommend this community to other families.

While my mother was there everything that they did there was excellent and the food was better than you would get in a lot of restaurants. The staff there will do anything within their power to make the families as well as the residents lives to be as good as possible. What we really like about The Vantage at Cityview is the friendliness and the activities. We also really like the ease of using their transportation to get around. Based on the experience we have had so far we would recommend this community to other families.

We had an incident when housekeeping was supposed to come in while my mom was in the hospital & they didn't - the manager of housekeeping called me to apologize & sent crew in within an hour. My family & I have found the staff to be amazing. In fact, my son comments on that all the time. My mom has dementia & I think they are very kind redirecting her, etc. The people who run the dining room know every resident. The food is on par with a really good university dining hall, plenty of choices & the wait staff are very patient, kind to the residents. Activities are fantastic. Each are designed for senior who have limitations, etc. My mom loves all the exercise & walking classes such as morning stretch, chair yoga, sweating to Broadway music, corn hole, drumming for fitness. She also likes video presentations. I believe what they provide, how much is included in the base cost is invaluable. For me & my family, it's peace of mind knowing my mom is safe, engaged & cared for.

My husband has been a resident in Memory Care for two years. The maintenance staff is due special recognition for performing their duties in a efficient, timely manner and always with a smile. A heartfelt thank you!

Our family has had an excellent experience with The Preserve at Palm-Aire. We love the level of customer service they have as well as their attention to detail. We had visited many other properties and this community by far was the best one. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would definitely recommend The Preserve at Palm-Aire to other families. They have a great variety of activities all throughout the week. They take the residents out on field trips - our loved one recently went to Hollywood Beach. They also take regular trips to the grocery stores. It is all encompassing. We also like the availability of all the things our loved one needs.

What we really like about the Arbor Terrace Citrus Park is the stable staff and weekly email activity updates. Based on the experience we have had so far we would recommend this community to other families.

The staff is great. My loved one's only complaint is the food, he does not like it. Otherwise, everything is wonderful at this facility. I would recommend this facility to others.

Overall, I have been pleased with the experience. We picked this community because of the price, and location. I would recommend to other families.
