They continue to go above and beyond for my parents at The Arbor at BridgeMill. My parents love the social amenities - bingo, movies at night, veterans outings etc. The cleaning crew does a wonderful job for them. And my parents actually moved twice. We took a first available (like immediately available) apartment that gave us first dibs on the one we wanted when it came open. We used the same moving crew, who were very fair and fast.

Dining room and front desk staff are patient, caring and friendly. Transportation to doctor appointments is very helpful.

The only helpful thing would be using Touchpoint to create the shopping list when supplies run out. I often get multiple calls a day when they run out of soap supplies. Really minor because of such great care and medical coordination. Very happy with the transparency and visibility, the family app with activity participation levels and photos is great as well.

It's a wonderful community-- friendly residents, caring, competent workers, uplifting atmosphere. The location was perfect for us.

I love the overall value. Food is good. But not great.

The staff is very friendly, helpful, and patient with the residents. The food is always good and with several options throughout the day. The place is very clean and lovely. I highly recommend it.

My mother in law loves every single employee- they treat her with love and respect. I do wish the in house PT was better. She came in walking, but is now wheel chair bound (she is a very arthritic 94 year old). I loved that it was new, so many planned activities, and the dining room/menus are amazing. They transport her to Church every other week - something she has missed doing for the past two years.

This is a great facility! Eden Terrace staff is friendly and very caring, very responsive to the needs of their residents. It is a friendly and well cared for facility. I would definitely recommend!

My parents have 2 separate apartments for the price of one at other facilities. 3 meals a day and great food. [name removed] the marketing director is amazing. They have their own onsite care nurses. There are 4 to 5 activities every day.

I would definitely recommend Arbor. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The meals are good quality, but as with any other facility it is difficult to please every taste. Housekeeping is okay. I am used to more in depth cleaning, but they do exactly what is promised and that is fine. Move in was good with a proviso that not everything is put where you want it - but it would be silly to complain when I didn't have to pack boxes or unpack most of what we brought. We have only been here 2 weeks, have not done much of the activities and didn't sign up for family notifications. The apartments are special in terms of their space. They get a 5+.

I can't speak highly enough about this facility. I feel so blessed that we were able to find such a wonderful place for my husband. They did their best to make it be the closest to being home as possible and succeeded totally. The staff are professional, caring, friendly, and everyone goes out of their way to make you comfortable. The food is fresh, tasty and varied. The facility is very clean, and again, very homey. They cater to the residents and have many activities to keep everyone happy. Special kudos to [names removed]. They are incredibly amazing and went way beyond their jobs to do whatever they could to help and make life easier and more comfortable for my husband and me. I can't thank them enough. Summit of Uptown is a find and I can't recommend them enough. I haven't found one negative criticism in the 3 months that my husband has been there.

My loved one was previously a resident at The Preserve at Palm-Aire and everything was great. I would totally recommend this facility to others.

Everyone has been super friendly and helpful. They seem to know most everyone by name, which provides a very homey feel. The communication has been good. We are able to reach someone when needed and they call us with updates, not just urgent situations. The move in was super smooth. We used the moving company recommended by Palm Aire and I highly recommend that. They are familiar with the grounds and know how to work with the older population. My dad really likes the meals. Overall, I would definitely recommend Palm Aire for assisted living.

[name removed] was not just a wonderful leader but also a genuinely caring individual who went above and beyond to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for the residents and her staff. [name removed] had always believed that engaging and stimulating activities were the soul of any vibrant community, and she dedicated herself to making sure that the residents at Arbor Terrace had a variety of enriching experiences. She possessed a natural flair for creativity, constantly coming up with innovative ideas that brought joy and happiness to the lives of the community's residents. Your programs are informative, and educational, and cover current events of the date, time, month, or season.

We had an additional referral from [name removed] the Sales Director at Arbor Terrace that was tremendously helpful. So far my mom is loving it there. No complaints at all! I would definitely recommend Arbor Terrace Middletown to others.

I picked Arbor Terrace because they were the only affordable community with all the amenities for care for her. They were very thorough in finding Mom the best care for her.I would say that they are very friendly and met all Mom's needs. Arbor Terrace is always very clean and they have activities for every senior depending on their ability. I feel that Mom is in the best place for her.

ALL of the staff that I've interacted with have been awesome. The facility is clean and everything is organized and simply beautiful. It's like walking into a 5-star hotel. If I ever need an ALF for myself, I hope a room will be available.

My loved one is a resident at The Preserve at Pal-Aire and is doing quite well. Our family is extremely happy with everything at this facility. When I visit my loved one, I am happy with what I see.

Arbor Terrace has the best staff, great amenities and good food. I have been a resident for three years and are pleased with the community. Teaneck is a nice area with lots of shops and the community overlooks a nature preserve.
