The staff is very caring, I feel he has received excellent care, they are always cleaning, and for the care and amenities I feel the price is a fair price. I have several friends with family in this facility.

Long story short, they were awesome! My Dad was supported through his passing. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would absolutely recommend this community to other families, thanks again!

I have recommended Arbor Terrace to others already. [name removed] is fabulous. Their food service staff is so very personal. It was what was needed for our folks at the time.

I would recommend Arbor Terrace. While others may have a different preference. One of the top things on my "preference list" was a minimum of traffic & pollution and a sense of tranquility, which Arbor fulfills. To be perfectly honest, the 1 thing that have been of concern for me is a security issue e.g. access to each tenant's room, I think that the internal controls in that area needs to be tightened. The Front desk should have a written log each time that a worker, etc. needs a key for a specific room and that worker should sign when taking and returning the key/fob. (If 1 Fob fits all, the rooms being visited should be identified. Additionally the tenant should be told beforehand unless they have waived that right or there is an emergency ( i.e. sick tenant, fire, flooding, etc.)

If you have long-term care insurance, file the claim and let the insurance company work out the details. Mix up your visits. I always visit on Sundays, and try to throw in some random visits on other days. They occasionally have holiday celebrations. Like Mother's Day, Father's Day, Easter, etc. These are awesome, and such a help. I find taking my mother out to be so stressful. It's wonderful when I don't have to. The food and dining staff are wonderful. The staff is really helpful with things like getting my mother ready for weddings, and big family events. They somehow can convince her to bathe. I don't know how. They check on my mother often. I recently visited for three hours, and in that three hours they came to check on her four times. These people do God's work. I can't emphasize that enough. I want to hug them every time I see them.

The overall experience at Arbor Terrace is very good. This is mainly because there are many longtime employees. This is important when it comes to elder care facilities. The staff is responsive to our concerns and have an open communication at all times. My mom has plenty of activities to stay as busy as she wants. Thank you Arbor Terrace!!

The team was very welcoming to my grandfather and family from the very first time we toured Arbor Terrace. Every time I walk in to visit I am greeted warmly and any questions I have are answered quickly. I feel that the residents are genuinely cared for and respected by all the staff. The apartments are spacious and clean, as well as the entire building. We are very happy with our decision to make The Arbor Terrace my grandfather’s new home.

From day one of them literally rolling out the red carpet - Arbor Terrace has provided exceptional care for Mom …. Mom’s room is always clean and well kept - they keep the her in engaged with various activities (the staff recently got Mom all dressed and dolled up and I was able to take her to the ‘Senior’ Prom) and Mom seems to be genuinely happy ….. I highly recommend Arbor Terrace’s Memory Care Program

Place was fantastic! Did not choose wanted a place closer to me. Would recommend you all do actual site visits to the two Pacifica locations as the exterior of those two locations were disgusting with mold and mildew. Gutters and downpouts were missing, several screens and railings on balconies were missing. These exterior items are what prompted me to cancel both tours.

The resident is spacious, clean and well kept. The staff is courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. The apartments are very attractive. There are lots of activities and outings each week. Arbor Terrace is a great place to live.

I have lived here at Mariposa for over a month now and I am pleased to write a good review. The community is beautiful, there are always great activities happening to keep me busy, and it is exceptionally clean. I have traveled a lot in my lifetime and stayed at five-star hotels, and this community is fairly comparable to that.

I think this is about as good as it gets. So, I would rate each category of care a 5 except for Quality of care as there is none in Independent living. Friendly and welcoming residents. Quite a few couples. Great event planner. Apartment sizes are quite adequate, but small closet space.

I was previously a resident at The Arbor at BridgeMill and the overall experience was great for me there. Based on my experience, I would recommend The Arbor at BridgeMill to others.

I am happy with the facility and the staff. The facility is clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are daily activities. The rooms are a nice size.

My loved one is currently a resident at Arbor Terrace of Herndon and everything has been great for her at this facility so far. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The staff, activities and meals are also good. Based on our experience, I would recommend Arbor Terrace of Herndon to others as an option.

We are VERY happy with Summit of Uptown. The staff is extremely friendly and always willing to help. Frequently I will call ahead so they can remind mom to be ready and they are great doing so. Food and portions are ideal as well. Everything is wonderful. Very pleased with our decision to move her here.

The staff is extremely helpful and responsive. The move-in process was seamless. They hung the pictures and hooked up the TV cable. They were very flexible in terms of food - think my father-in-law requested a cheeseburger or a grilled cheese with bacon everyday! They catered to his wishes. The nursing staff was very attentive in terms of changing his leg wound bandages. Could not say enough about the care he received.

The friendliness of the staff and the community feel is what stands out. Everyone knows everyone else and has a conversation in the hall and seem genuinely happy to be there. In addition, the facility treats all of the residents as if it is truly their home. For example, there is no assigned seating at meals, there are no mandatory activities etc. The facility itself is first rate. Always clean, always bright etc. I would absolutely recommend this facility to others.

My experience has been a good experience at the Summit of Uptown. I feel they have provided good care and have kept me informed. Based on the experience we have had so far, I would recommend this community to other families.
