We checked into so many places and here was where we decided would be the best place for our Dad to thrive. We worked with [name removed] and she made us feel so comfortable and was able to answer all our questions and put our mind at ease. We knew this was a big move but felt like we were in good hands. The comfy cozy feeling of this place was our first impression. All family had agreed on this place. Unfortunately our Dad passed unexpectedly while we were finalizing the paperwork but rest assured this was going to be the place for his final years.

Communication is excellent! The staff is familiar with the residents and their families and are always pleasant and involved. I would absolutely recommend Arbor Terrace Willistown to others looking for care for a loved one.

Arbor Terrace is the only place that had a spot for my mom, with dementia, that didn’t require her to be in a locked memory care unit. For now, she is able to receive care which is a little bit more than basic assisted living. Arbor Terrace was also the only place that had numerous meal options. My mom is a picky eater, so if she does not like the main entree options of the day, then she can order food that is always available. The staff are very nice and friendly. The entire atmosphere is brightly lit. My mom loves it here.

One standout aspect of our experience has been the staff. They are compassionate, attentive, and genuinely seem to care about the well-being of the residents. A special mention goes to [name removed] at the front desk, who has been incredibly welcoming and helpful. Her friendly demeanor makes a significant difference in the overall experience. We would also like to express our gratitude to [name removed] from the office. She played a crucial role in making the transition from my mother-in-law's private home to the facility seamless and stress-free. Her professionalism and dedication truly stood out, and we appreciate her efforts in ensuring everything went smoothly. We highly recommend it to others looking for a supportive and nurturing environment for their loved ones.

They are friendly and knowledgeable. Someone should be available at all times to let visitors out of the building after hours.

Arbor Terrace in Norwood has been a great find for Memory Care for my elderly mother. The staff is caring, attentive and experienced. I feel that she is cared for and her needs are communicated with me in a timely manner.

Everything is working out great for Mom at the preserve, her apartment is perfect for her..meals are great..facility outstanding..activity levels and very outstanding staff who are happy to assist, even as Mom is in independent living. Mom feels she struck GOLD at the Preserve!

I would say it was very good when mom was there, hopefully it hasn't changed. We picked because of the location.

What we like the most about Arbor Terrace Senior Living is the cleanliness and friendly staff. Based on the experience we have had, we would recommend this community to other families.

Arbor terrace was excellent in every sense. They were quite flexible and accommodating. They had good food and kind staff. It was organized and clean. They were reasonably priced, approaching underpriced compared to the competition.

Overall experience. - it was a stressful experience to move my mother in law in but everyone at Arbor Terrace was helpful. Cleanliness -common space is always clean. Friendliness of staff - everyone is so nice & friendly. Quality of care - sometimes we need more communication with the staff but overall we are happy. Meals/Dining - the food is good. My mother in law is picky and can find things to eat each day. Activities - there are many activities. My mother in law thinks she will not like the activities but she is always busy and has fun at most activities. Value for Cost -the value & cost is okay. The apartments are much roomier than most other communities we looked for to live. An example of how friendly everyone is, when the see my mother in law she is always greeted with a smile & often someone asks her about an interest such as reading or her grandson. It is clear that most everyone is personable & enjoys interacting with the residents.

They care about their residents and provide a wide variety of activities. No place is perfect but if there is an issue they listen. I would recommend.

So far the experience has been great. My mom is loving her apartment. The staff has been super friendly and caring always trying to help in any way they can for my mom. The dining experience has been interesting food has been good, service has been mixed. But they have made some changes to leadership and promised improvements in that area. My mom was reluctant after 45 plus years owning her own home and being by herself. But she has made so many friends already and is enjoying the activities and fitness classes. I would recommend this facility for sure.

The staff were exceptional and very friendly. I developed a wonderful personal relationship with everyone that remains after my auntie moved to Louisiana. She passed away last year. I will always cherish the memories at Arbor Terrace.

It's a great place to live. Great food, lots of activities, and people who care. Close to my brothers home, and how good the facility looked and operated.

We picked this community because of the Activities. But then she declined the Activities. [name removed] thinks she is treated like royalty.

The staff is warm, welcoming, respectful, and helpful. The caregivers are kind and patient, for the most part, especially given some of the challenges they sometimes gave caring for clients in memory care

I would just say that they treat the residents with dignity and respect. They are patient and kind. The activities they offer are excellent... esp. in memory care. The staff is wonderful to deal with and are extremely helpful and accommodating. I could not have imagined a better place in which to have put my dad. He was quite happy there, and like I said earlier - I'm not sure what I would have done without Arbor Terrace, as I was my dad's sole caregiver. I would highly recommend the place to anyone in my situation.

It’s a very lovely facility the Summit of Park Ridge. It’s a very clean and beautiful environment! They offer very good assisted living services. Lots of activities to do. My mother-in-law is very happy to be there. Her private room is very spacious and it’s nice. We were able to move in all her furniture so she felt more at home.

We picked this community because of personal recommendations from nurses who see patients there, plus after touring, it was clearly the best.
