I would give all of them a five. I am extremely happy with the care and services my parents receive and would highly recommend it to anyone.

What I like the most is that it does not seem like an assisted living community. It is clean and modern. It could improve communications about difficulties loved ones are experiencing by giving more real time feedback. And while most of the staff is very professional, we've experienced very unprofessional behavior from time to time from weekend staff.

What we like the most about Arbor Terrace Lakeway is that the staff makes the residents feel like family. The food is also fantastic. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families. I think it's the best one in the Greater Austin area

Clean, reliable, physical plant not as fancy as other places like meridian or allegro, but we have been satisfied with level of care and relative cost. Rom size is good, bathroom is a bit small if one has extra equipment needed for mobility, but can be managed.

I loved the staff. Very friendly and helpful. [name removed] room was one of the larger rooms available and it was great. Not sure about the activities but I know they kept her busy.

The care staff is very attentive but I've had a few minor issues with the billing department which were ultimately all straightened out. She recently moved from a one bedroom apartment to a studio apartment there and both living spaces have been good.

My father is very happy there. He has made several friends and he loves not cooking and says the meals are great. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would absolutely recommend The Preserve at Palm-Aire to other families.

We checked out five different places before we decided on Arbor Terrace. All of the facilities looked really good except one, but that one had the best community. ( [facility removed]Senior Living). Arbor terrace had the best combination of community and facilities of all. And after almost 2 months, my wife has really settled in. She has friends and there are activities to keep her busy. The medical care is top-notch- they really make sure everyone is properly cared for. The dining facilities and food are excellent. The Care staff is really cheerful and thorough as well. There is more downtime between activities than I would like to see though. So it would be even better if there were more, better and longer activities. But I realize that can be challenging. That said, they all really engage with the residents, and I am hoping to see some more time allocated for fun activities. All in all, a very welcoming community that that is really competent. I am very pleased.

Mirabelle is a A really good place and I would without questions recommend this community to other families. Good old Mirabelle deserves the nice rep she has

Arbor Terrace has been great so far. The staff know all of the residents by name. Many staff have been there for decades. They try to engage residents with a variety of activities. My dad says it is a nice place. They are friendly and welcoming, and have helped whenever we have reached out to them. The nurse is great.

The staff is very caring and patient. Whenever I have had questions, they have been very helpful to me.

My mother has been there for a week. The move in process was very easy. The staff has been very friendly and caring. The food is exceptionally good. The facility is very clean. There are many activities available for the residents.

Summit of Uptown is so much better than [facility name removed] and [facility name removed] that we were previously at. Facilities, Staff and Food are top tier. [name removed] and [name removed] have made the experience so positive.

5 across the board... very happy with the place. Staff is amazing and the facility is so clean and bright. We chose Arbor Terrace because of the design of the facility. I like that it was brand new.

What we like the most about Arbor Terrace is the proximity to my home, the cleanliness and the friendliness. Yes, I would recommend this community to other families.

The staff is very caring, they always address any concerns in a timely manner. We for sure would recommend this community to other families, the staff have become like family to me. Arbor Terrace is a great place for your loved one to reside. My husband has dementia and after I could no longer take care of him, my daughters researched and visited a lot of places in the area before choosing Arbor Terrace. I moved from Miami with him and have not regretted my choice

The staff is phenomenal very caring and very helpful and very knowledgeable and the facility is beautiful. The food is sensational.

My mom has been there since [date removed]. She started in memory care but thankfully she was reevaluated after 30 days and was moved to assisted living in mid-January. I have been there almost daily over the last two months. There are so many good things- the common areas are always sparkling clean, the lobby is open and bright, the dining room is efficient (and the food is pretty good), the gym is nice and open, and there are daily events and programming for the residents. But the real story is the staff! I would assume that most places would have high turnover, but I've seen the same faces over the last two months. Everyone (and I mean EVERYONE) is kind and outgoing. The receptionists are amazing, the activity director is funny and always trying to get residents involved, the med techs and support staff know the residents' names and their needs, the servers in the dining room usually know what to bring for the regular residents, the nurses are kind, and overall, it's just a warm, friendly, and fun environment!

They return calls and emails quickly. I live out of state so they were helpful when small repairs/tasks needed to be done in room. I would recommend to others.

I appreciate that the staff at Arbor Terrace are always keeping me well informed on my loved one. The facility is very nice and has a lot of space for residents to roam around.
