My mother moved to the Solana about month and a half ago. This has been a very positive change in her life. The staff is very caring and thoughtful. Upon our arrival, the sales manager ensured we had a hot meal waiting. She knew we were getting in past dinner time after traveling from FL since early morning. The staff takes care to integrate new residents quickly so they feel like they are in a community from the start. My mother has already made friends and has joined in many activities. She loves the evening movies! I've noticed that her being on more of a schedule has helped her sleeping habits. I am glad we chose the Solana.

Such a great place to be with the atmosphere being warm and welcoming! The staff are friendly and you can tell they care about the residents! Overall, a great experience and would strongly recommend a loved one to stay there!

Arbor Terrace felt more "homey" to my mother than the other facilities we toured. We also met the Exec Director on the first visit. The food is big upgrade over where she was staying (Independent Living) and the staff has been very friendly and attentive.

There are no words to express how much the overall experience has been for my Mom at Arbor Terrace. She has been there almost 4 months and she is happy with all she has experienced. The people there are amazing, each person there is friendly, caring, supportive, and makes her feel welcome. They have so many fun activities and all are well done by the amazing event planner. The staff in the dinning room are top notch and they care about making the residents happy and cared for while they dine. The nurses and CNAs are over the top with they way they treat the residents. The maintenance staff are right there with any issues the residents have with maintenance or to help them with additions to their apartments to make them feel like home. Physical, occupational, speech therapy are all onsite. The teams that take care of these services are awesome. The salon onsite has a hairdresser that everyone loves. I highly recommend Arbor Terrace as a place for a new resident to call home.

Starting with Samantha the Sales Director and continuing to the billing office and caring staff, we couldn’t be happier making Solana mom’s first home away from home. It’s clean, bright, quiet, and has an apartment feel. We highly recommend!

I wish they would do more for those that come and have a hard time adjusting like counseling etc even if it was offered and had to pay for it) but the care for Assisted Living and memory care may have been where mom should've gone but she wouldn't have gone to that side even if we would've suggested it.

Only the food got a lower number. It's good, just not many choices. After 1 year there my parents have run thru the menu. All staff are very sweet and accommodating. The facility looks very nice with courtyards and balconies and porches for sitting and enjoying the outdoors. It is also a Memory Care so if needed, your loved one does not need to move to another facility-just to get he Memory Wing.

Arbor Terrace has been amazing and was the perfect place for mom. From the red carpet on her first day - to the everyday dedication and care for mom. The nurses and all the staff are professional and provide family like care to each individual - specifically the Memory Care Unit - outstanding Service !!! It was a blessing that I found this place. I would highly recommend it to family and friends.

Everyone here is super caring and supportive for our DAD. We appreciate everything they do here to make him feel cared for and at home. They welcomed his companion [name removed]. They are always available for questions and help whenever you need. Wish he could play bridge like he wanted but he appreciates the quality food and companionship.

The former facility my loved one lived closed and were in a situation for had a short notice before a move was needed. The Preserve at Palm Aire went to and beyond my expectations of making an easy transition into the new apartment.

The staff and workers are friendly, efficient, and helpful. The residents are welcoming to all new residents. There are lots of great activities and trips. A great place to live.
