Arbor terrace allows my dad to live independently with dignity in his own apartment . The employees feel like family. They watch out for my dad and would let me know if anything seems off with him .

Arbor Terrace Willistown has been a wonderful home for our loved one. The staff is caring and attentive, and they truly treat residents like family. The community is warm, welcoming, and filled with engaging activities that help our loved one thrive. We feel comfort knowing they are safe, happy, and well cared for.

Mom has been living with dementia for 15 years. This is her third community. We visited several communities and found the resident engagement is far superior to other communities where mom has live.

The facility is very nice and the staff comes across as very caring. We are able to have frequent communication with multiple staff members as we are out of state and not able to visit too often. We get photos through an online portal. We just visited after the first month and we were pleased with how our Aunt was doing. She had gained some weight which was good and seemed comfortable.

When I came with my son 5 years ago, I was thoroughly impressed with the size of rooms, the cleanliness, and I was invited to join in the activities in the patio. The older members were so welcoming and friendly. I wanted in! During my tour, I saw the Dining Hall, the menu, the 2nd floor Theater, the Medical Office, and listened to washers & driers, as well as folks getting their hair done by the hair dresser. Where I had been was a 13 bed facility in Silver Spring, but it did not compare with the size and activities.

I live here at the Vantage, it like a Big family and all the staff are so friendly and most helpful;. All the special things ,they make very special and decorate. so many activities and lots to do. Kitchen staff give the best they can and you will never go hungry. Come check us out, you will love it.

It is a quiet, pet friendly, and a pleasant atmosphere.

Every Staff Member in every function gets a 5+ rating . Always smiles even when walking around and openness attitudes that make it easy to ask questions or ask for help or information. There are many daily activities available to attend.

The Preserve at Palm Aire is 180° different than the Independence hall facility. I was living at in Wilton manors. The staff are all very pleasant. The residence greet you with Smiles and tell you that you're going to enjoy your living here. Where Independence Hall had no activities after 5 PM or on weekends unless run by residence and a few activities they had were poorly designed and few participated. That is not the case here at the Preserve. There's always seems to be something to do. The food so far is excellent. In fact, it is so good that I've been putting on a few pounds and need to watch that. My dog and I are very happy with the decision we made and would refer this location to anyone we knew that was looking for somewhere to live in independent living and or memory or assisted living. It's nice to see smiling people all around.

My complaints are: there are days my husband sees no one until the late afternoon. No one checks on him, bed isn't made and sometimes he has no top sheet on his bed. The other problem is, usually, the protein is cooked so long, he can barely cut it, not to mention chewing or swallowing it. Other than that, everything is very good.

Just visited Mom and she loves Arbor Terrace! A few things I really like most about the community are that the Staff is friendly, caring knowledgeable. Facility is beautiful and clean. Activities are great.

The community is absolutely phenomenal! Friendly staff, all wear name tags. LOTS of activities! Good food choices, clean facility, PT and OT on site. We visited 6 facilities and Arbor Terrace was the best by far

I would give all of them a 5, but as much as we feel we had a great result, we had nothing with which to compare it. We are still very happy with our experience and think it was the best thing we could have done.

The Solana is beautiful, clean and a safe environment for residents. The staff is professional, kind and knowledgeable. [name removed] is OUTSTANDING in every way - a perfect face for the organization. And lastly, my mom reports that the food is excellent! Thank you Solana!

Everyone was nice and friendly. We were given several choices of apartments. The meals were delicious. We had Easter dinner there. They have a full schedule of activities.
