What we like the most about the community are the staff members, the cleanliness and the activities that are provided. Yes we would recomend Arbor Terrace Lakeway to other families based on the experience so far.

Things are going good - mom loves the place. First - everyone is friendly and patient. The community helped the transition for Mom. She was instantly involved and is very busy.

I would recommend to others. We chose Arbor Terrace because of the pricing, the updated facility, the amenities, the location and the staff

No hidden fees with the estimate and they have been straight forward about prices from the beginning. Friendly service and willing to work with us during the guardianship court process by holding a spot for my loved one until we could legally move her in. I'm very pleased so far with Palm-Aire Memory Care and would recommend them to others

Places exceptionally clean seems like they run a very tight shift. The escort that showed us around was very pleasant showed us three apartments unfortunately, the last one she showed us which we liked. It was already taken. Apartments are reasonably sized, but the cost is just a little bit of both our range.

The food is very good, attendants are very cordial, premises are kept nicely. Very good activities. Only negative thing is sometimes response time is slow. Any problems are easily resolved with upper management.

1.Overall experience 5 2.Cleanliness of the facility 3 – the common areas were very clean, but it was a challenge at times making sure my dad’s apartment was clean – a lot of times, the trash was overflowing and it didn’t look like the bathroom was cleaned very often – the floors in my dad’s apartment were clearly not vacuumed very much and there would be spills on the hard surface floor that sat there for over 2 weeks at a time. 3.Friendliness 5 – Lisa Henderson at the concierge/reception desk was fantastic! She always had a smile on her face and made even the sad visits better 4.Quality of care 5 5.Administrative staff 5 – they were super helpful in answering my questions – they were also approachable and seemed to want to assist 6.Food 3 – what can I say? It’s institution food service – not horrible, but it wasn’t about me – my dad seemed to like it fine 7.Activities 4 – I thought that there was a good mix of offerings for the residents, however, my dad never participated in anything but bible study and Sunday church service 8.Value for the money 4 – after the sticker shock of what assisted living facilities charge, I thought that the services received were probably fair, except, I found it interesting that there were nickel and dime charges like haircuts, guests for a meal, etc. I was in Florida at the time of my dad’s transition to Arbor Terrace and they really helped both me and him make the move. They treated my dad, me, and from what I observed, the other residents, with respect and kindness.

Very friendly staff and I felt welcomed. They provide a variety of options including personal care and a memory unit. Good location and knowledgeable staff. Activities and transport services are offered.

The initial meetings/tour and communication is why we choose this community. I would recommend to others.

Arbor Terrace has been great. They are attentive. Small group in memory care. I feel that my mother is being well cared for. All of the staff at Arbor Terrace Norwood is thoughtful. We are always greeted with warmth and sincerity. I trust that my mother is in good hands and that I will be alerted if any needs arise.

Their setup is good. Their meals are in 1 hour increments which means you see the same people. All the staff greet residents by name. They check on her periodically. Response time when I have a question is usually within a half hour not 2 days later. I feel a lot more at ease with her there.

I took my father for lunch and he liked it.. The villa's in Holmdel left us cold - too big. The Atria in Tinton Falls seemed just a little tired. So it seemed like a good fit. Also the location is between my brothers in Middletown and me in Brielle.

We would honestly give a 5 to all of the categories. I live out of state so I can't comment on the community I know my mother and father in law are very happy.

5 for all. We have been very happy with everything! The workers with my grandma are very friendly and helpful. Love the little things they get to do like making guac to try and engage them and everything with music

I am thrilled to be here. Beautiful grounds surroundings outside and inside very inviting with wonderful staff to help with anything. Clean as can be with wonderful living room, activity rooms, arts and crafts, exercise room, movie theater, beautiful dining room. One of my favorites id the winding walkway in front with sitting areas with comfortable chairs along the way flanked with bushes flowers and trees. Apartments are great with full kitchens and closet with washer and dryer. Decor and colors are very pleasing and most importantly clean, clean!

I would give a five to each of those categories, without hesitation. The staff all seem like they like their jobs and they want to be there. They treat the residents with the utmost respect and friendliness.

Staff is very attentive and caring. Lots of activities and very clean!! I would absolutely recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one. They have a bridges program that is between assisted living and memory care which is unique to their model

My loved one is safe, cared for, and I've not had one moment of concern for her well being while there. The facility is beautiful and well maintained. The activities available are positive and welcoming. She has really thrived there. Highly recommend!!!
