The interaction with the staff is excellent, they are so helpful. My loved one likes the food, and loves the activites. They have been so good to us, and we are very pleased. I would recommend to other families.

What stood out to me about this facility is the great price for nice size floor plans, nice common rooms, and three meals included. The staff were all very nice and personable, lots of activities, housekeeping is included and do decent job. The only other thing I would add is that they gave us a resources sheet upon move in for things like in home care companies, doctors and PT. A lot of it was out dated which was frustrating when you are calling the companies.

I have been here for 3 years. My wife passed right after we moved here, the activities are awesome The Staff is friendly and very helpful. It's a great facility and I am happy to be a resident at the Sheridan

My husband & [name removed] I just celebrated one year living at Sheridan at Cooper City. The caring and competent staff make living here so enjoyable. The Director [name removed] and her management team are always available to meet our needs with a smile.

We had a very good tour at The Arbor at BridgeMill. We just didn’t need all the services they offered yet. But the staff were fantastic and very friendly. And the director called and followed up after our tour to let us know they would love to see us back if our needs change later on, which was a nice touch.

I toured this facility and it was fine, just over budget for us.

Arbor Terrace Citrus Park is an absolutely lovely place. We are actually on the waiting list for this facility and we are hoping that we will be able to move in soon.

The staff members at Arbor Terrace are so wonderful - we have family that live in the area that visit quite often and they always have a good experience and always talk about how much our loved one feels as if she is part of a community or an extended family. She is very happy and satisfied with the meals and dining service. They have so many different activities going on - they do regular drives out to the country, and they take them to an art museum sometimes which our loved one really enjoys.

We had a great tour experience with Arbor Terrace of South Forsyth. The location was perfect and right outside of my neighborhood. This would have been our first pick, but unfortunately they did not have any availability at the time.

We really loved Arbor Terrace. If we had more time and my mom was in better shape we would have gone with them. The community seemed very warm and focused on creating a family. All accommodated our schedules and allowed both virtual and in-person tours for our family members.

Arbor Terrace Shrewsbury is a beautiful facility. We ended up going with another Arbor Terrace location because they offered independent living. My mother just fit in better with the residents over there. I did not think she would gel with the people here as well.

They have been wonderful. She is safe here and it gives me peace of mind, which you cannot put a value on. The staff know everybody by name. If they cannot help you, they will find someone who can. So far I have had nothing but a positive experience. They have been very accommodating and go above and beyond to make my mother feel comfortable. She is in independent living and it has been great for her - she is very social and is thriving here.

The staff were very helpful during the tour. The community was bigger than what my loved one needed.

We are happy with Arbor Terrace. I can sleep easier knowing that my mother is in a clean safe environment. I have no complaints. The facility is very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. When you meet staff that really like their job it say's a lot about the place where they work. The apartment my mother is in has enough space. She doesn't feel cramped. The food in the dining hall is good. They try to keep the residents active. I would recommend Arbor Terrace to others.

What made the best impression for our family was the staff - they have such excellent communication between each other and the families. They are on top of our loved ones care and we get plenty of notifications and updates. They are always there if we have questions and if not, then we get answers in a timely response. We could not ask for better, they are so attentive, patient and kind.

I had a great tour experience with Arbor Terrace Peachtree City. All staff were accommodating and friendly and the facility was clean. The location just ended up being too far away for family.

They have done very well - I would highly recommend it. It's a very good place for somebody who needs help. Sometimes the language barrier with the caregivers is a little tough (for someone of my age to hear and understand), but they're very willing to help. And overall I would recommend Arbor Terrace.

The Sheridan at Cooper City is a very nice place. It is the Taj mahal of facilities. The staff were all wonderful towards us. We just got a gut feeling from another place and we went with our gut.

Just started my search for senior living for my mom. I had no idea what to ask or where to start... Amanda was able to answer every question plus more for me! I wish there were more activities going on in the community. Once we make a decision Arbor Terrace in Waugh Chapel is at the top of my list!
