What we really like about The Vantage at Cityview is the friendliness and the activities. We also really like the ease of using their transportation to get around. Based on the experience we have had so far we would recommend this community to other families.

We had an incident when housekeeping was supposed to come in while my mom was in the hospital & they didn't - the manager of housekeeping called me to apologize & sent crew in within an hour. My family & I have found the staff to be amazing. In fact, my son comments on that all the time. My mom has dementia & I think they are very kind redirecting her, etc. The people who run the dining room know every resident. The food is on par with a really good university dining hall, plenty of choices & the wait staff are very patient, kind to the residents. Activities are fantastic. Each are designed for senior who have limitations, etc. My mom loves all the exercise & walking classes such as morning stretch, chair yoga, sweating to Broadway music, corn hole, drumming for fitness. She also likes video presentations. I believe what they provide, how much is included in the base cost is invaluable. For me & my family, it's peace of mind knowing my mom is safe, engaged & cared for.

My husband has been a resident in Memory Care for two years. The maintenance staff is due special recognition for performing their duties in a efficient, timely manner and always with a smile. A heartfelt thank you!

Our family has had an excellent experience with The Preserve at Palm-Aire. We love the level of customer service they have as well as their attention to detail. We had visited many other properties and this community by far was the best one. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would definitely recommend The Preserve at Palm-Aire to other families. They have a great variety of activities all throughout the week. They take the residents out on field trips - our loved one recently went to Hollywood Beach. They also take regular trips to the grocery stores. It is all encompassing. We also like the availability of all the things our loved one needs.

What we really like about the Arbor Terrace Citrus Park is the stable staff and weekly email activity updates. Based on the experience we have had so far we would recommend this community to other families.

The staff is great. My loved one's only complaint is the food, he does not like it. Otherwise, everything is wonderful at this facility. I would recommend this facility to others.

Overall the experience at Arbor Terrace Norwood has been positive. There were a few hiccups in the beginning with laundry and cable issues, but it was resolved in a timely manner.

Mom really likes the facility and the amenities. Only problem is we have to keep up with the staff on the shower schedule. We pay for their assistance and they have missed her days. The family overall likes it, there are only a few kinks but we would recommend the Arbor Terrace Glenview to other families based on our experience so far.

The staff, facility, friendly residents, meals and activities have made my mom truly happy! If you're looking for someplace that offers everything you'd want for yourself when you age and where the people genuinely care about you and your wellbeing, then go to the Summit. You'll have total faith that your loved one is in great hands!

I toured Arbor Terrace Citrus Park and it was gorgeous! It's a beautiful facility, absolutely amazing. But it's pricey. My tour was lovely. It was very clean. Friendliness was great, all of the staff was lovely!

The interaction with the staff is excellent, they are so helpful. My loved one likes the food, and loves the activites. They have been so good to us, and we are very pleased. I would recommend to other families.

What stood out to me about this facility is the great price for nice size floor plans, nice common rooms, and three meals included. The staff were all very nice and personable, lots of activities, housekeeping is included and do decent job. The only other thing I would add is that they gave us a resources sheet upon move in for things like in home care companies, doctors and PT. A lot of it was out dated which was frustrating when you are calling the companies.

I have been here for 3 years. My wife passed right after we moved here, the activities are awesome The Staff is friendly and very helpful. It's a great facility and I am happy to be a resident at the Sheridan

My husband & [name removed] I just celebrated one year living at Sheridan at Cooper City. The caring and competent staff make living here so enjoyable. The Director [name removed] and her management team are always available to meet our needs with a smile.

We had a very good tour at The Arbor at BridgeMill. We just didn’t need all the services they offered yet. But the staff were fantastic and very friendly. And the director called and followed up after our tour to let us know they would love to see us back if our needs change later on, which was a nice touch.

I toured this facility and it was fine, just over budget for us.

Arbor Terrace Citrus Park is an absolutely lovely place. We are actually on the waiting list for this facility and we are hoping that we will be able to move in soon.

The staff members at Arbor Terrace are so wonderful - we have family that live in the area that visit quite often and they always have a good experience and always talk about how much our loved one feels as if she is part of a community or an extended family. She is very happy and satisfied with the meals and dining service. They have so many different activities going on - they do regular drives out to the country, and they take them to an art museum sometimes which our loved one really enjoys.
