Overall we've had a good experience with The Solana Willistown! It's a nice looking, clean, well kept community, and they've got a lot to offer their residents. All of the staff we've worked with so far have been very friendly, and they are great about staying in touch with family members.

I like the safety, staff, the beautiful surroundings. Maintenance is prompt and efficient. I enjoy all of the activities. My fellow residents are very interesting and have had impressive careers. The two people who make all of the difference here at Arbor terrace are: Darry Welch and Rosemary. Darry just loves all of us and Rosemary keeps things running with tact and sensitivity. My husband and I are 90 years old and these years have been eased tremendously by living at Arbor Terrace. Our activities director is also fantastic: Leslie DeLoach. One of the most important things is that our children can rest easy knowing we are safe and sound.

We toured this community when we were looking into care options for a loved one. I thought this seemed like a nice place, overall! The facility itself was well taken care of and clean, and the staff seemed friendly. It was, however, a bit more expensive for the same level of care compared to others we saw. It also did not have the secure outdoor area that we were hoping for.

Very nice, being remodeled. small apts. great staff. lots of new changes being done, all for the better. could be a great option.

The Solana is doing a good job. It's clean, and they have had some changes in management so we are hoping somethings will improve. We aren't too keen on the physical therapy, or the dining. They had a lot of fried options, and not very many healthy selections. They would have one special option for the meal, and the stuff they always offer, and that's it. When they offer chicken it's always chicken breast, never legs or thighs. They just hired a new chef at the beginning of the year, so maybe the menu will get better. It's also a little more crowded than it used to be, perhaps they need to have a few more caregivers.

Overall our experience with Arbor Terrace has been a good one. The facility itself is amazing, and the aide staff are all very caring, attentive, and flexible. Our loved one is in the memory care section, and I do think there are some improvements that could be made there. I'd like to see the ability to make a more individualized care plan for the memory care residents. But overall it is a nice place, and I would recommend them to others looking into senior care.

It was nice. I showed up late for the tour and Deanne was already showing another family around, but I was taken care of by one of the gentlemen who worked there. Didn't have much time to explore the community but I do recall that the dining area looked pleasant. The gentleman who showed me around provided me with very useful information regarding the process of moving in. Deanne contacted me the next day to find out what I thought about the visit, which I also appreciated

Our only concerns were with the pharmacy, a prescription that cost us $60 before, now costs $800. It's a nice clean place, her view is unbelievable. I really like it. It can be hard to find someone around on the weekends. The food is great and the activities are unbelievable. They don't fold the clothes, though, they just get tossed on the bed. The ladies call and send pictures of her and what she's doing. In the memory care area, they don't lock the doors so the residents will wander in and out of peoples rooms. Overall we like the place, it's a beautiful place.

We've had a good experience with The Solana Willistown overall. It's a nice looking, clean community, and the staff are all friendly and attentive. They take great care of their residents, and we would recommend them to anyone looking into senior care in the area.

I am starting my ninth year here. It is very adequate for my needs. I enjoy the people very much.

Things have gone well with Arbor Terrace overall! The facility itself is well kept and clean, and the staff have all been very friendly! They also do a good job with the food, I'd rate it 4 on the 5 star scale. One thing I think they could work on it tightening up the internal communications between their staff. Sometimes instructions you give them don't get passed along between shifts, so you have to stay on top of things.

Although they provide some amount of care this place seemed to focus more on independent living, and thus wasn't somewhere on our list of final considerations.

It’s an independent living community, so the care services aren’t really applicable. It’s a pretty place. They are redoing it, remodeling the entire facility. The food is not five star, but it’s adequate. It’s close to home.

At the time we toured there were not many options for rooms, and the facility was a bit larger than I thought my loved one would be comfortable in.

I researched several places. The staff at Kensington, especially Sandy, were extremely caring , helpful and understanding. They made the transition as stress free as possible for my mother. The facility seems to have everything you could want for a parent and then some and most importantly the staff treated my mother with compassion, smiles and care.

The Residence at Greenbelt and very friendly, the Executive Director that gave my aunt and I the tour was very helpful the room that I was looking at for my mom would be perfect for her, I like the services they offer. It is a bit pricey, however my mom is worth it and it will give me a piece of mind regarding to know that she is in a place where I know she will be getting the things she needs to improve her life and have some independence.

Overall it's been a great experience! They really make an effort to make people feel comfortable when they move in, which is good since these transitions can be hard. The facility itself is great looking, it's always very clean and well kept. The staff are all very friendly and caring, and they provide all kinds of activities to keep everyone engaged and entertained. This is an older facility, and doesn't have the bells and whistles that some do, but it is still a high quality place. It's a great value as well, the apartment was both larger and less expensive than many options we looked into.
