Loved this facility and are exploring options to see if mom will fit here. Waiting for feedback from my family.

Everything is going pretty well for my wife here at this community. They are doing a good job with caring for her and her needs. They keep the community very clean and well maintained. The staff is great, they are very helpful and attentive. Overall I know she in being cared for well and I would highly recommend this community.

So far everything is going well for my aunt here at this community. I'am satisfied with the care they are providing her with. She seems to have adjusted well to it and I'am pleased. It has been a pleasant experience so far for us here at this community.

My parents are being cared for very well here at this community. I know they are good hands here, they have a lovely staff. They have been very helpful and kind. There are activities offered for the residents. They have an aviator club, and my father got a chance to go up in an airplane. The food is very good, they serve lovely meals. They are providing my parents with great care. They are safe and happy here and I would recommend it.

The staff that offered the tour were very kind and knowledgeable. The living quarters had nice floor plans. The common areas were dated and not very inviting. It could use an update with paint schemes. We had lunch while on the tour and it was above average. It was presented well and not highly seasoned.

This community was great. The people and staff here were very friendly. It was very well up kept and clean. My father was here very little unfortunately it did not work. I would recommend to family and friends.

I love the facility. It is new well arranged and beautiful. My only negative is that they r very busy and as a result are not as easy to touch base with when u need to discuss the care of your relative/their resident. Although this is my first experience with assisted living and its highly likely this problem is unavoidable - i still find it concerning. Im hoping to come out the other side of the learning curve soon.

I helped a loved one find this community, and so far things seem to be going well. She has settled in well, she says the place is nice looking and the people are friendly, and from what I have heard she really enjoys the food!

My father seems to be liking it at The Vantage at Cityview. He is getting settled in there. I would recommend this community over other ones I toured. The food I would say would be rated a four.

I toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. The facility was well kept and clean, and all of the staff I met seemed friendly and professional. We ended up selecting another community, but this is somewhere I would have considered as an option for my loved one.

My father did not like the limited lighting in the parking garage which we were told will be fixed and the location in the downtown Park Ridge.

I toured here when I was looking for options. It was clean and the staff was friendly. All the places we looked at were pretty comparable, and it ultimately came down to location.

It's been good so far. We are very happy with them. It's clean, the people are friendly. there haven't been any major complaints so far.

The Arbor Terrace of Herndon is a very unique place in the market place, if offers independent living with a plus because this place is not strictly independent living it still gives you that independent feeling knowing assistance is there if needed. The executive Alyssa, she has been very helpful throughout my experience.

We're very pleased with how things have turned out at Arbor Terrace, it has been a good experience overall! It is a nice looking place, and the people here are very friendly, they've done most things very well. We have had a few issues with the medication service that we've had to get corrected, but otherwise everything has been good!

I think they have a friendly staff and good food is at the top of the list in things they do well.

We toured this community while looking into care options for a love done. The Solana Willistown seemed like a nice place overall, although not the best fit for our loved one. The facility itself was well kept and clean, and the staff seemed friendly and professional. Definitely worth a look if you're looking into care in the area!

Overall I think things have gone well at The Preserve at Palm Aire. My loved one seems to be enjoying herself here! The facility is well kept and clean, and the staff are friendly and professional. I do think that the dining service could use some work, it can be very slow, at times.

I have someone that live there. Over all the people are great and a good place to live. DOnt really have much complaints. The price isnt that bad.
