They are nice, enjoying it very much. Everyone is very friendly.

We have been here eleven days so have not taken in everything yet. Our initial note was friendliness of staff and residents. All have a very positive and upbeat attitude. Transportation people were especially accommodating in helping us get to a doctor’s appointment without the people notice of time. We are still unpacking boxes, but do like it here and are happy with our selection of the vantage.

I also toured The Vantage at Cityview. The community was clean and well organized. When I visited, the tour guide was friendly and informative, it was a good experience but not the best fit for my father at the moment.

I have not been to Arbor Terrace personally, but my 3 brothers thought it would be the best fit for our father. From what I have heard, he is doing very well and it has been a very good for him. He is happy with his apartment, the food, and the environment. I will be hopefully visiting him soon.

We had a pleasant tour of this community. Everyone was very friendly, and informative. The community looked good, everything appeared to be well maintained. It was a wonderful experience, and we didn't have any problems overall. We did find another community that suited our needs better.

This community was our second choice. The administrative person we met was nice and helpful. The community is clean and seemed quiet. This seemed like a really good community.

I had a good tour of this community. Everything went very well, and I enjoy my tour. The community looked nice. Everything was well-kept, and clean. The staff was friendly, and welcoming. It was a nice experience, but the location was to far for my family to travel too.

So far so good as far as I can see. I really don't talk to my wife, but the community is clean and they keep her room clean. The staff is great and they make sure that my wife is good. I like that they have activities for her.

Everything has been going great here so far. My mom is getting involved in some of the activities that they offer. The community is clean and the people are very nice and helpful. My mom said that the food is decent enough.

The Preserve is a wonderful independent and assisted living facility. After taking the tour, we decided that a center with a pure focus on memory care would be the best fit for our mom.

I met with [Removed], who was extremely kind and knowledgeable and gave me fantastic advice. She also gave me a delicious lunch! The facility was very clean and, happily, going through upgrades and renovations. I felt it was secure, clean, food was delicious, and lots of activities were going on while I was there.

When I toured The Vantage at Cityview, I got a good impression of the place. It was clean and everyone seemed to be very friendly. There was nothing major that I noticed would need improvment, it was just not the right for my mother.

This is a very nice looking facility. Everything was bright, clean and cheery. When I arrived it was just after lunch. I liked the fact that someone was on duty at the front desk and could direct me. Residents were out and about. The tour of the facility was ok. The person I met with was quite knowledgeable. My concern is there is only one person on duty at night to attend to all the patients along with an on call nurse. not sure this is sufficient enough supervision.

I like the care of this community. The staff is caring and friendly. The food is good but needs some small improvements. They have been offered activities that are available for those who want to participate. I would recommend this community for other families for good care.

The Solana Doylestown is a brand new facility & absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately we had heard some negative things about the community so we decided to go with another facility.

I have no complaints about the care my loved one has been receiving so far and am very pleased with how smooth the transition has went for her. She has had no issues with the food and has seemed to really like the different activities they have going on throughout the day. Overall everything is going great and we would recommend this community to anyone looking into retirement.

They missed my father's first admission appointment which bothered me but they are working towards getting that resolved. Other than that, the food is good and the place is clean. Once they get him to see a doctor, things will improve.

This facility did not work for mom. She was not a fit for the secure section of the facility and mom tried to elope every evening she was there. Had to bring mom home. 12/2016

We had a good experience for my loved one until an incident. It was not bad but lead to the need for a different community. The meals, activities, and understanding from the staff were all good for us.

We are impressed. Even tho it is an IL facility, AL services are provided by a live-in aide if we get a 2 BR apt. Since it's not an AL facility. Some of tge regulations are less strict. For example, I can sort the meds and the aide can administer it to Mom. This saves us $600/mo. Mary showed us a larger 2BR that was disconnected since it overlooks a dumpster and parking lot. R They put special,window treatments which blocj the view of the dumpster and only show tree toos. 2 baths & a washer/dryer in the apt. Make it very luxurious. Rent asked in $4,800. Niw we're waiting to hear from the home health agencies to get pricingbfor the live-In aide. Mom did not pass her assessment at Sunrise Edgewater, however, the RN in FL says cruteria may be different in NJ than in Fla. Arbor Terrace apt. Is triple the size of the Sunrise apt. and is less depressingbthan an ALF only resident. They have aging in place. So, right now, this is on the top of our list, pending reasonable rates from the home health agency.
