I love the facility. It is new well arranged and beautiful. My only negative is that they r very busy and as a result are not as easy to touch base with when u need to discuss the care of your relative/their resident. Although this is my first experience with assisted living and its highly likely this problem is unavoidable - i still find it concerning. Im hoping to come out the other side of the learning curve soon.

I helped a loved one find this community, and so far things seem to be going well. She has settled in well, she says the place is nice looking and the people are friendly, and from what I have heard she really enjoys the food!

My father seems to be liking it at The Vantage at Cityview. He is getting settled in there. I would recommend this community over other ones I toured. The food I would say would be rated a four.

I toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. The facility was well kept and clean, and all of the staff I met seemed friendly and professional. We ended up selecting another community, but this is somewhere I would have considered as an option for my loved one.

My father did not like the limited lighting in the parking garage which we were told will be fixed and the location in the downtown Park Ridge.

I toured here when I was looking for options. It was clean and the staff was friendly. All the places we looked at were pretty comparable, and it ultimately came down to location.

The Arbor Terrace of Herndon is a very unique place in the market place, if offers independent living with a plus because this place is not strictly independent living it still gives you that independent feeling knowing assistance is there if needed. The executive Alyssa, she has been very helpful throughout my experience.

We're very pleased with how things have turned out at Arbor Terrace, it has been a good experience overall! It is a nice looking place, and the people here are very friendly, they've done most things very well. We have had a few issues with the medication service that we've had to get corrected, but otherwise everything has been good!

I think they have a friendly staff and good food is at the top of the list in things they do well.

We toured this community while looking into care options for a love done. The Solana Willistown seemed like a nice place overall, although not the best fit for our loved one. The facility itself was well kept and clean, and the staff seemed friendly and professional. Definitely worth a look if you're looking into care in the area!

Overall I think things have gone well at The Preserve at Palm Aire. My loved one seems to be enjoying herself here! The facility is well kept and clean, and the staff are friendly and professional. I do think that the dining service could use some work, it can be very slow, at times.

I have someone that live there. Over all the people are great and a good place to live. DOnt really have much complaints. The price isnt that bad.

Very new facility. Beautiful. Walk to Lakeway hospital. Rooms have built in units. Full refrig. Storage needed for my mom. Small therapy pool on site. Laundry ea week. Outdoor areas have TV, fans, nice furniture. Breezeways to sit in. 2 stories.

The facility care was wonderful itself. My mother got disoriented and fell which brought on more care than the facility could handle so I moved her to a different one. As far as value she paid an extra amount of money for the membership but was only there a month and wants to get a refund.

The dogwood Forest of Acworth in Acworth, GA is a beautiful place. It's clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. They don't offer enough activities and in terms of value, they seem a bit pricy and expensive. For the amount and value, I would rate it as poor and give it only 2 stars.

About 2 years ago, I was unable to care for my wife due to her Alzheimer's dementia. We moved into Barrington Terrace so that we could stay together. We wanted to rent, not buy-in and liked the one floor plan. We liked that it is a nice place and the location near all the stores, restaurants and Healthpark hospital. My wife and I were able to stay together until she went to Hospice. The staff cared well for my wife during the difficult times. I decided to stay in the community even without my wife, because I was so well adjusted. The staff, nurses and aids are courteous. I also enjoy the good room cleaning and laundry service. I like the meal choices at meal times. I use the exercise program and walking track. I enjoy the church services, house fax, barber & postal service

We visited this community when we were looking into care options for a loved one. It seemed like a nice place, it's worth a look if you searching for care in the area.
