We were very satisfied with the care the facility provided. The staff was excellent and overall they were so good. I would recommend this community to others.

They did take great care of my mother while she was here at The Sheridan at Cooper City. I would just recommend others to check in with your loved ones and keep an eye on them while they are here because we did have a few issues.

All my ratings are based prior to the pandemic. The professional staff was good. The direct support staff wasn't very friendly and didn't seem to care that much. I believe they could be a little more engaging with the residents.

We chose Arbor Terrace Citrus Park because it seemed to have the best options for the money all the way around. The apartment sizes here are good. Overall, we have been happy with our experience and I would recommend to others.

Arbor Terrace community was great, and then did a great job with our loved one. It was a very positive experience. The rooms were very nice, and the food was just okay it could of been a little bit better.

Clean, comfortable, nice place, studios $2599 includes laundry, cleaning once a week. Like 379 and 299.need to buy bed, night stand, chest. Hospital;Bethesda. Currently near cost in NY. However a feel it's too big: it hokds A L, I L and Memory care. Eventhough there are separated areas y feel my aunt will need something more cozy, and small.

We researched many other communities in the area and chose The Arbor at Bridge Mill because it sounded like they were a company that really knows what they are doing and are in it for the long run. The management has been in the business a long time. The room sizes are very good. The best part about the community so far has been the friendliness of the staff members. I would recommend.

The cleanliness of Preserve at Palm Aire really stood out to us, and in the beginning the food was amazing. However they had a change of ownership and at that point the food quality declined. There isn't that many food options to choose from, and the portion sizes are smaller. The rooms at this community are very nice, and pretty spacious. This community has done a great job with COVID, they have been very conscientiousness with the residents. We would recommend this community.

There is sometimes a language barrier between families and staff. The community has a lot of activities going on and available for the residents. They are very good during COVID. At first they were giving us daily updates on COVID and now it is once a week to keep us updated. I wish they had more sidewalks available for residents to walk on for exercise. They do have courtyards outside for the residents to sit outside and enjoy the community.

Still the best facility in the area Until the virus hit our area we had several activities, food in the dining room, movies. Because of the care taken here no one has the virus, so it is still the best assisted living and Memory Care in Marietta Georgia. The residents now spend most of the time in theirapartment, whichis not good for them Activities for 4 people at a time include bingo, drawing, trivia. Some entertainment.

My 90 year old mother with Dementia has been living at Arbor Terrace since it first opened in 2018. I would completely recommend to others to have their parent live in this beautiful, safe, warm, and engaging place. While no assisted living facility is able to take care of our mom 100% the way we would like them to, Arbor Terrace in Mountainside New Jersey comes really close. The whole team works tirelessly to care for our mom. From the doctors, nurses, care and activity providers to the kitchen, building and office teams they make our mom as comfortable as possible; she receives the attention she needs. When we have an issue, we bring it to Arbor Terrace’s attention and it gets resolved to our satisfaction. We are grateful to the Arbor Terrace’s teams for taking care of our mom during the Covid-19 pandemic and during this season of her life. Since we are unable to see our mom (and grandmother and great grandmother) during this time, the staff have helped us organize a Zoom call with her every Sunday. She is not capable of doing this herself of course, so the nurses set up the Zoom for her where she is able to see 15 of her family members at once. For us to get to spend time with her like this means everything in the world to our family, and for them to accommodate this specific request, we will be forever grateful! This is a simple example of the care and support that Arbor Terrace Mountainside lives to their residents.

My mother is in the Life Guidance/memory care building. The community was always kept clean and they were always on top of the housekeeping and keeping the common areas clear. There is a lot of natural light that comes into the community; it is not dark at all, it is very bright. My mother has a couple of the aids that she really loves and they are all very consistent with her care. The food at Atria is a little inconsistent but usually good, which could be the result of the changing chefs. They recently got a new activities director who seems to be really good. Within the Life Guidance area, it seems a little hard to pick activities that fit the abilities of all the residents and their differing needs at the same time. Atria seems to be a little pricey for what you get. They have very strong management and the director is great and makes adjustments when necessary. This community is pretty new, which is a selling point; nothing looks rundown or old.

The community was clean. From what we've seen the grounds and the community are kept up nicely. They were very accommodating and responsive to our questions.

Even with the isolation, the food is still good. The staff are pretty good and they really care for the residents. We get email communications with virus updates. We chose this community because of activities offered. My loved one is very active and enjoys moment and engagement. They offer live music with dancing, bowling, a swimming pool, and happy hour. My advice to families is to pay attention and be present.

Clean facility with a lot of activities happening during the time I was there touring. The residents seemed happy and well cared for and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
