Good community.

Overall very good- but they help is from excellent to poor maybe because the payer then mostly very good. Who are not very accommodating.

All employees are great. Very clean place. Desk employee wonderful, good driver, maintenance wonderful, [name removed] prompt and outstanding. [name removed] is outstanding; as is [name removed]

We had a virtual tour at Arbor Terrace South Forsyth, and the person we spoke to was really nice. We just liked the more personalized feel we found at a different community.

The apartments are well laid out. Staff does a good job of caring for the residents. Wish the dining facility offered more food options.

We chose Barrington Terrace because of the location as well as what they had to offer in memory care. She had a private room and it was a great size for what she needed. Staff is extremely helpful and they really work with you on whatever is needed and are good with communication. I would definitely recommend them to others.

We chose Mariposa because of the cleanliness of the facility and overall it is a beautiful place. The staff and everyone we met were all extremely friendly. I am having a hard time reaching someone in billing for some extra charges, so that is the only issue we have had. My mom seems happy, I would definitely recommend them to others looking.

Arbor Terrace seems like a great organization. When we toured there was a music session going on and all of the staff members were very kind and caring. It just did not feel like the right fit for my mother.

Their tour presentation was very nice and we liked the facility, but it was just not the right fit for us.

The apartment is very pleasant and comfortable at this community. The outside surroundings are lovely. The community is located near a creek with a lot of trees. The core program is good but maybe the staff could be a little more professional.

Arbor Terrace is a beautiful community, and overall the staff are nice people we really do like them. One thing that is very nice about this location is there is a beautiful nature preserve across the street that is very accessible to the residents.

We get good care for the cost that is paid at this community. This is a really good community, with cleanliness and the overall care that we receive. The staff are really good with the residents and I would recommend this for your loved one.

Our family had an in person tour and the tour was fine, but the reason we did not choose Arbor Terrace was because their memory care unit is on the third floor and we just did not feel comfortable with that.

This was a good community, just too expensive.

We think the community is doing a good job in handling covid by covering all the bases. Prior to covid we enjoyed many fun activities such as games, arts and crafts. we especially enjoyed special dinners, different events, music, and dog therapy that they brought in. {names removed] are like family to us. {names removed] are always available to help and fix what you need them to. the servers always go above and beyond to help us with whatever we need. we would recommend this community and we dont think you will find anything better.

The community is very neat and clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. They do a great job taking care of my loved one and the food and activities are great also. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

They're not perfect, but if I have an issue that I bring to their attention, they work on it. I can tell that they're very serious in responding and resolving any issues if something isn't going well. I think their strength is their people - their stability, their focus on their work, and their attitude toward the community that they serve. They're very positive in how they work with the residents. And that's what drew us there. They also do a great job of communicating. The director sends out emails and video messages. And I feel like I'm kept well-informed. They update us on things like Covid and activities. They've done a really good job at communicating. They utilize the Sagely system, where they take pictures of residents in activities and can send you a weekly report of what your loved one has participated in if you choose to receive it. I've really appreciate receiving those updates. And I can see how that would be valuable if you're far form your loved one or out-of-state. As far food, they've been accommodating in providing a special pureed diet. I recognize that it's a tough assignment for any of these places, but on the whole, our experience has been more positive than not. I have real regard for them, and I think they're as good of a place as you can find in the community.

I like it a lot. Everybody has been very nice. There's plenty of activities to do, and I particularly like the aerobics class. I also like the leaders and the staff at Arbor Terrace. They're very good.

We like the modern takes the facility has, it is brand new so it jumps out at you as being quite lovely. Since it is a newer community and them having to start fro scratch there are a few areas that could use some improvement, and work out the kinks. Most of the staff members are pretty friendly.

Just didn't feel right for mom. A little pricey for us right now.
