Arbor Terrace Willistown was recommended by a home nurse, our neighbor who is a physical therapist, several CCH ER nurses and the Coatesville VA Medical Center. The staff knew my loved one's names almost immediately and everyone was so very helpful as we moved them into their unit. The meals are terrific and the kitchen makes a special ice cream sundae for my loved one. The housekeeping could use a bit of improvement, as I've needed to take trash out several times. Overall, I would recommend Arbor Terrace Willistown to others.

We loved the Arbor Terrace Willistown community. They treated my father with a lot of kindness. The community was kept clean and the meals they prepared for the residents was good. Based on the experience we had with the community, we would recommend them to others.

The majority of the staff at The Preserve at Palm Aire are very friendly and kind. It's the staff in the dining room that are not very kind or friendly. The servers I have had trouble with and their bad attitude, and then how long they take to serve the meals. All in all, I would recommend The Preserve at Palm Aire. It's overall a very good operation.

I would highly recommend the community. It is supportive and friendly. We picked this community because of the location.

The Arbor at Bridgemill really is a wonderful place, and there are many residents there that love the community and do consider it home. However at the moment our loved one is still adjusting to the community.

The staff is friendly and the attendees are regular at Arbor Terrace Citrus Park. On most of our visits, we see the same caretakers. The move in process was easy and the staff was accommodating. I would definitely recommend Arbor Terrace Citrus Park to others.

My loved one is currently a resident at Mariposa and the experience has been pretty good so far. The cleanliness and friendliness is good. The quality of care and staff is good, also. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

It had an uplifting feeling because it was modern and newer. For me all the places I visited had comparable amenities and good people but some of them looked old. They are all expensive too. So might as well look good because my mother was on the fence. Good people running the place/ nice surroundings/ apartments are very nice some look at a lake/ food is ok not great/ my mother is very picky. Looks more like a hotel than a home.

Everyone is very friendly, therapy is good, food is good. But there seems to be lack of communication with regard to some of my sister's medications. Seems that she doesn't receive one of her pills to help with her itching because head nurse feels she will be over medicated even though the script was written by the attending physician at Resurrection Hospital while she was there from an ER visit. We are currently looking into this.

Our family had an in person tour with Arbor Terrace and it was also a wonderful tour experience but they didn't have a room available when we needed to move our loved one.

My main issues relate to money. They assessed my mother at a low level of care but then raised that within a month - even though her condition did not change. At the beginning of the calendar year, the rate for each care level increased. Then at her one year anniversary, the rent portion went way up. With all of that, we were then paying a lot more than what we expected when we signed on. I complained and they reduced all of it somewhat. Anyway, maybe this happens everywhere. But it is an issue. Once an elderly person gets settled in, a move would be difficult. I think they take advantage of that. All in all, I think it is a very good place. It is a little smaller than others I looked at. So, even though my mother is not outgoing and does not do the activities, she knows most of the residents and staff. The staff is very capable and warm which seems like the most important thing.

Meals are perfection and the main reason that we don't consider any other place. The staff is always pleasant and on task. When things do go awry, I have found management very receptive to meetings and correction. We were told last Oct that the pool would be open for water aerobics in March. If you take a look at it now you will see the walls and ceilings are under some kind of construction. So the pool is an elusive dream that I can not get an answer on. Activities are only advertised each day with a print out at the desk that the resident must remember to pick up. No advance activity schedule improvised so you can plan your week. Religious services were presented as a perk, but transportation does not happen. Door to door advertising to make people aware of activities does not happen routinely. People are left to figure it out on their own. Wine parties are a routine 3 times a week and seem to be a hit with a very select group. Cliques develop among the residents, which makes it hard to enter into the community as a new person.

My mom resides here in evergreen . [name removed] who basically does the fun entertainment for the evergreen residents and [name removed] who keeps the rooms spotless are so very caring to these people they go beyond their jobs! Ty

I would recommend them, but you need to stay involved with the staff to make sure everything is going as expected. If they say they will do something , you need to follow up to make sure it was done.

Our family had an in person tour with Arbor Terrace Norwood, and the tour experience was nice but we just did not really like the community as much so we just knew at the end of the day it was not going to be the place for our loved one.

The good thing about this facility is they were very willing to help my sons relocate my ex-husband when he was not allowed to go back to his original place. They had the abilities to take him on. They have different levels of care provided, so they had the ability to take him in. He was also able to get hospice here at Arbor Terrace as well. My sons were happy with the care he received.

I enjoyed the tour experience. The activities, and food was a higher quality. I liked the Arbor Terrace. It was a stretch for the price point. It was a nice location.

Our family had an in person tour with The Solana Doylestown and we thought it was an excellent facility. The person who took us around on the tour we found to be very friendly, and informative. It was very positive and the only reason we did not pick this community was the cost - it was just going to be to high

We had a good tour at The Solana East Cobb. I found the tour guide to be helpful and informative. The facility was beautiful, and the rooms were huge. But I felt like it would have been too fancy for my loved one. I think she would have felt uncomfortable in that environment. Perhaps it was geared toward a more affluent demographic used to living in a giant house, etc.

I toured with Eden Terrace, it is an absolutely beautiful facility but it was outside of our budget. Unfortunately they also told us that my loved one was not going to be a good fit - his dementia was too advanced for their care.
