Our family had an in person tour and we thought it was a nice experience, once you got into the community everything was super nice however the location was just to far away for our family.

Our family had an in-person tour and while the tour lady was very nice and helpful and sat down with us to go over different things, the community was just not going to be the best fit and there was a small odor.

I wouldn't consider Solana to be assisted living. They need better help for elderly care, they need a better chef, the activities were limited, and the nursing staff needs more bodies.

The biggest negatives I have are that the food is not very good. Apparently, a lot of people there complain about that. I expected more for the money that we are paying. The positives are it is a very clean facility. The staff knows everyone by name and their family members. They are inclusive to the family and the residents.

The activities, staff engagement, and bridges opportunity won me over at Arbor Terrace. The variety of food is good and she does not skip meals. I love they put so much effort into activities even on the weekends and do lots of art and music as well as reading with students which as an ex teacher is right up my moms alley! They are numerous and thoughtful. Staff are friendly from front desk to directors. Nurses are on top of patient care and good at communicating with family. Staff displays patience and care.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a nice tour experience and they did offer memory care which was good, however we felt that the space was a little more confined and did not feel as open to us.

The food is not that great and small portions, and staff (front desk) is useless. They know nothing and are not helpful at all. Other than that everything has been great. They can improve by, getting better food, serving bigger portions and hiring more knowledgeable staff.

We chose Arbor Terrace Fulton because of the convenient location for family and it was the nicest one that we saw by far. I would tell others that you do need to keep an eye on the medical side of things just because sometimes things slip through the cracks. Other than that, they are always checking in on her and seeing if she needs anything. They are attentive to her needs. I would recommend Arbor Terrace to others.

Overall I thought Arbor Terrace Shrewsbury was fine based on our tour. They met the basic criteria for our needs. At that point, it just came down to personal preference for our loved one.

I love their upkeep of the grounds. They have lovely outdoor amenities. The staff are great to work with. We loved the location and setting of Arbor Terrace. The outside pool is amazing. My loved one personally had guests over to swim with them.

We chose Arbor Terrace Lakeway because of the apartment that they had available. It has its own exit to a fenced in courtyard which made it easy for my mom to be able to take her dog outside. I would definitely recommend this facility to others.

I toured this community and it was comparable to other places in the area. This one was further from home, so we decided to go with the facility that was closer to home.

Arbor Terrace Sudley Manor is a beautiful facility. I would say this is probably a place for a single or married couple who can still get around pretty well. This is a place that I would move to in the next 5 years for sure. I did not see many staff out and about interacting with residents.

The community is very friendly, and easy to work with. They are prompt to the family's requests. I have nothing but good things to say about our experience. I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The communication with the family is very good. There are three meals a day served to the residents, and there is a menu for the residents to choose from. Some of the activities available include bingo, games, exercise classes, outings, current event discussions, religious events, theme parties, dominos, and more for the residents to participate in.

The only reason we didn't put our family member at Arbor Terrace Lakeway was the location was in farther proximity to our home. But the setting itself was nice, and it looked like a very nice place overall.

It was a nice place. It was too far away, and the cost was a little bit more.

Our family had an in person tour and the staff were very nice it was definitely a good option for us, however at the time they did not have a two bedroom apartment and it just felt a little more institutional and a little to big for our loved one

This has been an excellent experience for the family and our loved one so far. The staff communication with the family has been wonderful. They have been quick to respond to any concerns or questions we had about our loved one. There are three meals a day served to the residents and the community has been able to accommodate dietary restrictions for our loved one, as well. This is a community I would recommend to others for their loved ones.

I toured this facility. It was a very nice place. The staff was caring.. They were great about answering my questions!

We liked the community. The fees were more for independent living than assisted and this was confusing for the family.
