I would tell others that in general it has been a good experience for my mother. She has been happier here than she has at 2 others she has tried. Apartments are a nice size. The only place it has failed is that their choice in people who do the care, what they advertised was an inside service that could do whatever you needed, but we had problems with them coming in when scheduled so we decided not to use them. Other than that it is really good. It is a small and friendly community.

Lovely place, reasonable price, larger than the other place I saw yesterday, with the add on care option may be good for me. Going back to try the food on Monday.

I found the facility to be very esthetically pleasing . Everything seemed to be very well laid out. Found rooms to be nice overall, but on the small side. Closet space was non existent, which is a main factor. [name removed] was very informative and was very explicit throughout the tour of the facility. I felt very comfortable speaking to her . I’m still going through the process at looking at various facilities.

It is a good community. The people make it the community. The communication with the staff is good. I would like to see the meal options changed for the residents to eat simpler items they are used to.

Already taken a virtual tour. The representative from Arbor Terrace was very helpful. They answered all my questions. I have a very good understanding of the facility and their mission.

We did the online tour with Arbor Terrace. From what I could see, it looked to be a little too confining and my dad really likes the open space. It is by a busty road and the location was just a little too far for us.

I would recommend the community again to friends. For the level of care they are getting the care is appropriate and the environment is good for residents. The communication with the staff is good and they are very responsive.

We would like to see a better response time when the call button is used. Communication could be better between the management and me. The community is neat and clean, the staff is friendly and my loved on really likes the community. The food is really good and they have daily activities for the residents. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

I'm not happy with the head nurse, waited until the late afternoon to let us know that our loved one didn't have their meds. I was able to get ahold of a friend to issue replacement medications. The aides are wonderful, and the community doesn't have enough to respond to the resident's call buttons. There are times I have to call the nurses to assist my loved one. If there is an emergency what is my loved one to do? I would like for this to change. The place is beautiful, though!

Very nice facility and amenities. All of the residents and staff were friendly and happy. [name removed] was very helpful with our questions and educating us in the process. They did not have any 2-bedroom apartments available at this time, which may be a prohibiting factor in selection.

It's very clean. We have had nothing but pleasant dealings with any of the staff, from admin to the front desk to maintenance. We're not using any of the caregiving staff since we're in the Independent Living section. The food could use some improvement. It has been better lately, and I think they did the best they could under the circumstances during lockdown. It was very difficult for the residents during the Covid restrictions, but the Preserve did an excellent job keeping everyone healthy and safe, and making the best of a bad situation.

This seems to be a good community but it was on the main road and was too noisy for my loved one.

They are very nice at the community. It is very good. The stuff is very good. The meals have dropped off a little bit, the dining room is open. They have a gym, movies every night, and holiday programs for activities to choose from.

Your loved ones will definitely be cared for here. They'll be seen as an individual and not a number. The small community is definitely part of that, because they don't have to cater to so many different residents. Everybody that I've run into has been very nice. They've been understanding of my loved one's diagnosis, acknowledging that anxiety and paranoia play a big role in dementia. They try to do the best they can, even though sometimes it's hard to please my loved one. My only complaint is they're at the tail end of going through some staff changes. It was tough for them to maintain and for us to keep up with care services. It was just difficult to establish a care plan because the staffing was just not in place. We feel like some of the value has been lost due to Covid, but I know that's not their fault.

We chose HarborChase of Price William because the person that I was dealing with was excellent and very helpful. Based on what I know I think the room sizes are on the smaller side. I do think the food could use improvement and I think they need to improve the timeliness of the cleanup in the rooms such as changing sheets and things like that. But overall, I would recommend.

It's hard to comment because I've not been allowed inside yet since we moved in. We've had some bad experiences at other communities, but not here. This is one of the few communities that say they offer a carb conscious diet and actually do. They put it in the care plan and everything. The food looks pretty good, and our loved one always cleans his plate. Each floor has its own dining room, and then there's a signature dining room on the main floor. Everything our loved one needs is right there on his floor. They're still offering a few activities even with Covid, and they're just now starting things back up again. Every Friday afternoon they bring in live music. The rooms are a bit tiny. We can fit a recliner and a bookshelf and that's it. But there's a small balcony off the room. Overall the value is great based on the extra care he's receiving. They provide transport to medical appointments, and then you meet your loved one there. They've had our loved one there on time every time. They even took him up and got him checked in when I was a few minutes late one time. The director has been really great at communication and following through, taking action taken when needed. She gave me her cell phone number and has been so reassuring after the experience we had before. She really fought for providing great care for our loved one. The staff overall is really great so far, and I'm looking forward to meeting them face to face.

The staff is friendly. The community is very clean. The food is very good, my loved one likes it a lot. They have lots of activities for the residents as Covid is ramping down. I would recommend this community to others.

We chose the Solana because of all the above rating questions. It was clean, the food is very good, and the staff members were great. The room sizes here are perfect for the needs. I would recommend them.

The staff members are excellent, they are just marvelous. The activities are starting to pick back up, they are now doing things every day. Compared to where I was before the value for this community is excellent. They have a beautiful pool with a swim up bar and 12 fountains surrounding the pool. They have a van that takes us to doctor appointments Monday, Thursdays and Fridays. Tuesdays they take us sight seeing and on Wednesdays they take us shopping.
