I think it's worked out well for my father in law. We had some issues at the previous facility that he was at. We moved out of the area and transferred him to The Solana. We have only had minor issues. They told us they would make his bed everyday but they do it about 5 out of 7 days a week. That's just a small issue. Overall, we are generally satisfied. He has been there for 6 weeks. He seems to be happy and he participates in the activities.

This is my third month living at Arbor Terrace and I couldn't be more pleased. The apartment is lovely and conveniently arranged. The staff is friendly and just can't do enough for you. Everyone is helpful and are pleasant and always smiling. The thing that amazed me most is how everyone from the person at the front desk to the dining room staff to the maintenance people all know your name!! The food is very good and all of the dining room staff do their best to please you. They will even bring your meal to your apartment if you are not feeling up to coming to the dining room! There are plenty of activities to keep you busy all day if you wish or you can relax by the pool or watch one of the many movies that are shown in the media room on a large screen.They will help you adapt your apartment to make it truly your home. i had a chandelier that had sentimental value to me,and they said ,"Sure,we'll put it up for you"That is the helpful and kind attitude that I have found to be part of the reason that I feel"at home" at Arbor Terrace. So,if you decide to leave your home,for whatever reason, you couldn't find a better place to move than here. On holidays there are special activities ,like the barbecue we had on the Fourth of July. and your family is always welcome here. My daughter and granddaughters are here often,and my grandson spent last weekend with me. They all love to come here. My grandson thinks I live in "a luxury hotel!!!" We have "Happy Hour" in the Club Room twice a week and entertainment on one of them. There are health advantages to living here also such as a PhysicalTherapist and Occupational Therapist that treat you right here so you don't have to travel. There is also a supervised gym,a library,Bingo,Bridge and other games you may be interested in. So if you are bored or lonely here,it is of your choice. I love living at Arbor Terrace and I think you will too!

They have been fantastic. I don't have any concerns, at this point. It's clean, and the staff is friendly. The food is good, and it has worked out well. We are very happy with them. I would rate them very highly.

My aunt really likes the people at Harbor at Lakeway, both the staff and the other residents. She has commented that the food is not as good as it should be. The food service is also a bit slow. They seem a bit understaffed in that area. The activities could be better - she described it as "juvenile". They are very responsive and listen to and appreciate any feedback you have. Overall everything has been very good.

I have had a family member at Arbor Terrace for 3 months now, and am quite pleased with the facility. The food is very good, the activities and outings are engaging and fun, and the attention to personal health needs is reassuring. I can comfortably recommend Arbor Terrace as an assisted living option.

I am very impressed with the facility and the level of care provided. The staff is caring and professional and interact well with the residents. The many activities provided on a daily basis keep the residents actively engaged both mentally and physically. Being there is like spending time with a very large family. It is a wonderful place to call home.

Through the services of A PLACE FOR MOM, I was able to assist my brother in looking for a facility that could best meet his needs. The internet information was most helpful because I live in NC and was unable to get down there. I pray that he can afford to stay there.

Our Mother was extremely resistant to moving out of her home and into an assisted living. The wonderful staff at the Solana helped us slowly help transition in the community by inviting her to have her hair done there, then inviting her to have lunch in their restaurant a few times, and even invited her to join in some of the activities. Mom finally agreed to move in for the "winter months". Now, she loves her new home and new friends she has made at the Solana. We could not be happier for our Mother.

What a place this is! They are under renovations however took the time to spend with me and my Mom to discuss our concerns. Meghan was very dear and genuine. She was everything the advisor at Place for Mom said she would be. I can't thank you enough my Mom is so happy and I would never have found this little place under renovation since I live North of my Mom and never drive that far to shop.

I looked at several independent living communities before deciding on Arbor Terrace. It has everything I need and want. It is also close to stores and churches if you drive. If you don't, transportation is provided for shopping and doctors. Many activities, great chef and nice people. The staff is very helpful.

My experience with The Solana Willistown has been fantastic. We are very, very happy, and very, very comfortable with mom being there. The staff is incredibly patient and very professional. They all seem very invested in my mom's care. The facility is immaculate. It has a homey like feel to it. The food they provide is fantastic. I do wish they had a little more variety. They offer lots of activities. Activities are held every hour. The Solana Willistown is very impressive.

The staff is amazing! They really try their best to accommodate every individual persons needs. I can't say enough about how they supported me with emails and phone calls about my family member. They are always available for questions and helpful information as needed.

I like living at the Vantage in Fort Worth. I have lived here for two years and am very pleased with the service. The food is always very good, an the service is wonderful. Every one is so very helpful. We know have some new exercise equipment and the instructor is very helpful in helping you to learn how to use them. We have very good cleaning service here and there is always some kind of activity going on and they take you out on different trips. I just can't say enough about the Vantage and the staff. I would recommend the Vantage to any one that would like to move into a retirement home. You are made to fill very welcome and the people are very friendly that live here. We are one great big happy family.

Everyone has been very friendly and helpful and kind to not only my Mom but her visitors. The food is wonderful at the Summit of Uptown. My Mom can't wait to help with the gardening as that is her favorite Hobby,

Moving from my 3-bedroom home after 44+ years to a studio apartment was a major adjustment. However, after just over 3 months later I find it was a good decision. I have made a lot of new friends; there are many activities and I'm never bored. The overall atmosphere is homey and comfortable. Three meals a day, housekeeping, shopping, activities and much more -- what more could I ask for.

I visited this community with my mother who is considering independent living. The staff was friendly and I noticed many residents out and about engaged in activities throughout the community. My mother felt very comfortable there which is the key to success on this move for her. The dining room was very nice and we reviewed a sample menu that was befitting of a five star restaurant. The apartments were nicely laid out with some updates. My mother loved the lanai that overlooked the preserve areas. Grounds were well maintained. Overall it was a great experience.

My mother has been a resident of the Vantage for the past 18 mos. She moved into her apartment after recuperating from an auto accident. Since she can no longer drive a car, the convenience of transportation was very important to us - especially for doctor appointments. The shuttle service is most convenient and gives her the mobility she needs to maintain her health, shop, dine out, etc. And, the Vantage has provided so much more. Fine dining, social activities, exercise, movies, etc. are available. Her apartment is beautiful, spacious and well appointed. It gives her all the privacy she needs along with the security to make her family feel comfortable that she is safe. The staff is friendly and helpful. We could not be more pleased.

I really like the Vantage. Everyone is so help and the food is great. The sevice in the dinning room is wonderful. Once you place your order it doesn't take long to get your order. The verity of food is wonderful. The hours in the restaurant are great. We have great transportation at the Vantage. and if we have a problem we always have someone to talk to. We have great cleaning service for individual apartments and the overall building is always. clean. We also have some great exercise classes. The instructer will always help you on if you need some extred help. Their always seem to be something to do here.

Congratulations to The Vantage for the 2013 Excellence award. It is hard to believe we chose Vantage with our dad almost two years ago. From the staff to the food; the movie room to the excercise classes everything is first class. Your staff has been supportive during dad's illnesses and extended stay away from the Vantage this year and was helpful in reintegrating him into life when he returned. We cannot thank you enough and we recommend the Vantage to anyone looking for themselves or their parents. Our children love to visit and have special dinners with their Bapa and go to the movies. They are always treated specially by the staff too!

We were drawn to The Summit because of it's prime location--walking distance to dining, shopping, movies, library, train station. During our tour, we were impressed with the choice of apartments, the friendly and accommodating staff, and open areas. There was a lecture taking place with a large group of people in attendance. The exterior of the building has been remodeled, as well as the outdoor swimming pool. The Summit offers three meals a day, housekeeping, transportation and some activities. Reasonably priced when considering amenities offered and great location. Certainly, a serious consideration for our future home.
