One thing we really liked about this community at first was how clean it was, and the overall friendliness of the staff. We were extremely impressed with how knowledgeable and understanding the staff was with patients with dementia. The room sizes at Arbor Terrace are nice, the food is pretty good but could use more of a variety,

Friendly, gracious and very willing to help answer questions concerning life at Atria was what I found after being contacted by them. I took a virtual tour and was impressed by the cleanliness and layout of Atria. My guide explained not only about the layout of Atria but also about the various activities, outings and services offered. I was just feeing out what is available for my husband so when the time arrives to put him in memory care I will have done my homework. It is very reassuring to know there are places like Atria and people who work there that care so deeply for their patients. The place was lovely and is on my future list of places to consider.

Arbor Terrace Mt Laurel has exceeded our family's expectations! As a family we significantly struggled when our mom moved in mid-January but everyone at Arbor Terrace helped all of us through the transition and within weeks we saw a huge adjustment. Then COVID hit, we were blown away by the care and extra precautions taken to keep all the residents and staff safe. The staff truly cares about the residents and you can see it in everything they do. They have given our family a piece of mind knowing our mom has a new extended family to keep her safe. This is exactly the place we were looking for so our mom has the best quality of life as the disease continues to progress!

Arbor Terrace in Mountainside, NJ, has provided a wonderful and safe home for my parents for almost a year. The staff — led by [name removed] and including [name removed] - are caring professionals that have kept us updated on guidance during this COVID-19 period and have held frequent Zoom calls to answer our questions. We truly believe Arbor Terrance has been the perfect place for them during the pandemic. I know a majority of family members on those calls feel the same way about Arbor Terrace. It truly is a wonderful place. Even before the pandemic, we felt Arbor Terrace was the best place for our parents.

My parents have been living at Atria at Villages of Windsor for almost two years now. We've gone through the growing pains of opening a new facility and ramping up and training staff. The kitchen is improving greatly and I look forward to the creative new ways to prepare healthy foods. The special theme food nights are my parent's favorite! Overall, the staff could not be more excellent! The lifestyle staff goes out of their way to be creative and thus things are never boring. I love that even the facilities and kitchen guys join in on karaoke night. Everyone laughs and has fun together. My mother is "on a cruise ship that never leaves port," I tell people. Since dad prefers his quiet time alone, this gives mom a chance to make friends and be busy without having to drive all over town. This offers me and my siblings peace of mind for our parent's safety and well-being. The care the team took during the last Hurricane crisis and now the Covid-19 situation is exceptional. I feel grateful to have such excellent stewards watching over my aging parents.

Great place for my mom

After several site visits to facilities in Northeast Pinellas (Clearwater/Safety Harbor/Palm Harbor) and in Northwest Hillsborough, I selected the Evergreen (Alzheimer's) Unit at Arbor Terrace Citrus Park for my father. He has been in their great care for 5 months now, and our entire family is very pleased with all they do for him. I visit at many different times and find every team member of every shift to be compassionate and loving for all of their residents. Dad is treated with dignity and respect. The service attitude is modeled throughout the entire complex. The facilities and grounds are beautiful and well kept. I only have one negative -- cell service is spotty indoors, but that gives me more reason to take Dad outdoors to explore the gardens (and beyond).

The care is great. I can rest easy knowing my Dad is safe. The building is new, light and bright. Residents use the outdoor patio often. My Dad is very happy with the quality of the food.

I eat breakfast and dinner and I enjoy the food very much. Considering they cook for over 200 people it is amazing how they vary the meals to appeal to almost everyone. The excellent kitchen staff varies the food so we do not have the same food every day. They make sure we are offered vegetables, soups, and pies, cakes cookies, puddings and, of course ice cream.

Professional management, clean, with many activities offered.

We have been very pleased with Arbor Terrace Crabapple for our mother/mother-in-law. The staff is very friendly and helpful to us as well as the resident. They offer a good variety of activities for the residents. We feel that the security in place gives us peace of mind. We have our family member in the enhanced level of care, for which there is an extra charge, and we feel that it is worth it.

My name is [Name removed] and I have lived at Barrington for almost 6 years now. I moved here with my wife. I like Barrington as much as can be expected. The best part is that they are all one level so it is easy for me to get around. I have a nice large apartment. The staff are great and they treat me with a lot of respect and for that I am very grateful. The dining experience is good but I feel could improve.

I like the home like feel here. I like the "Happy Hours" and the music is great. It's very relaxing and I think all of the people need that. I have lived here 3 years and am really happy here

Dad has been a resident for about four months. The staff was very helpful in getting Dad acclimated. Before actually moving in, we took him there for meals and activities. Everyone is very warm and caring. I really believe everyone loves their job at Arbor Terrace. The place is not too big and not too small. It's impressive that no matter what the title of the employer, they know Dad's name and greet him very cheerfully. The nursing staff are great, and the RN's are on top of Dad's medical needs and records. It is very convenient to have Fox Rehab on site. The Arbor Terrace bus takes the residents on countryside rides and bus tours of local interests. This place is a little "chunk of heaven" for your loved one. The grounds are beautiful, the halls are cheery, and very clean.

Our family's experience at Arbor Terrace has been excellent. Whoever does the hiring for staff has chosen wonderful people. A few months ago it was necessary to seek assisted living for our mother who had mutable skeletal issues and short term memory loss. Our tour guide Shannon couldn't have been more knowledgeable or charming. We also found the director [name removed] to be excellent at her job, as is the nursing staff, and the operations department employees. Their receptionist [name removed] is a gem. It took awhile for our mother to become acclimated to living alone, but she feels comfortable there now. She has made friends, which is important. We've adjusted too and enjoy visiting at any time.

My Mom has been here a while and she’s very happy. The staff is good to her and she likes the food. There are usually 2 entrees at night that she can choose from and she likes the variety that they provide. The staff has always been very cordial when speaking with anyone in our family and if there are any issues or if we have any questions, they always say how happy they are to help. The facility is kept really clean and housekeeping comes by every Thursday to change her bedding and clean the room for her. She’s actually bragged about how clean everything is kept. There are plenty of activities like game nights and she’s been able to socialize a lot and make some good friends. Everything really is going very well and she seems really at ease living here.

The service at The Vantage is really nice, there is always someone at the front desk, they always know where to direct people, but are not high pressure, and the place is elegant inside, yet comforting. The food is rather good, but there are not as many options as I thought there might be. This place is busy. There are so many activities going on, it's always buzzing with excitement. The Vantage is always tidy, and the maintenance is very fast to answer requests as well.

Lovely location, have recommended this place to my neighbor for their mother. She needs a little extra care that they provide for assisted living. Caregivers are welcoming and compassionate.

I have lived here over a year. Anything that I want they do for me. If I could suggest anything it would be new flavors in the dining room. The therapy and medical assistance has helped me immensely.
