We chose this community because of all the categories above. The quality of The Residence is really good. It is a very very nice community. It is more like apartment rather then a nursing home. It just provides the feeling like you are actually living here not just staying here.

Every time I am there the staff is extremely outgoing and friendly. The Marketing Director Rachel was the same, very friendly and helpful giving repeat tours (2 or 3) before our final decision was made. Everything has been spot on for expectations, they give the care they say they will give. I cannot say enough about Sudley Manor House and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for a stable and engaged staff and home for their loved ones.

Great Place. Nice-sized bedroom. Licensed through end of life (assisted living license). Very active community. Memory care divided into two areas, one for more several, one for less. Lost of common areas for visiting. Pet friendly (for visits)

We chose Towne Club because they have a swimming pool and the staff is really friendly. If I could give friendliness 6 out of 5 I would. The swimming pool is nice and the community really has a resort like feeling to it. It is a very relaxing atmosphere. They offer two bedroom two bathroom apartments, which no body else in the area does that. The community is really beautiful the way they have it decorated and landscaped. What took us to Towne Club was the fact they have a swimming pool and when we visited everything else just sealed the deal. It is costly but you do get what you pay for and feel like it’s a very good value.

My mother has only been there a week and so far things seem to be doing ok. Once they know her routine then things will get better but over all it has been a good experience. The staff is friendly and I have talked to residence and they seem to be happy. Unfortunately my mother has a hearing problem and doesn't at this point take part in many of the activities. She is 92 so guess we have to take in account to. When I ask questions they seem to be willing to fix what ever I have a need for. Moving a loved on out of their home is hard, both emotionally and physically. There is always going to be something that was forgotten or has to be modified to fit the place. I think it is a nice place, so far. Your loved one might not think so but in my case it was a better alternative to living alone.

Have had tour and the Residence is close to me convent to stores, bank etc. It is clean, looks nice, smells nice, bright airy, staff is very friendly.

Top shelf, may even be too nice, services are as nice as facilities

We loved the Towne Club. There wasn't anything that I did not like. The guide said that some of the people there were getting VA Benefits even though it was not yet assisted living. The key is that either one of us needs to be able to afford to stay there if we survive the other. It looks like on paper that we could, but it is not a for sure.

loved it Director was great the rooms are really nice , they made us feel very at ease. Clean good smell rooms had everything necessary didnt check for emergency rope in ther rooms so they could be nice outdoor and transportation included. Laundry in the apartment which was great no other facility offered this. Only issue would be if home care was required they would have to move otherwise this is a definate choice just the right amoutn of independance.Price includes couple other place partner had an extra fee.

KEEP on list - #1 so far. Excellent location. Very nice facility, though we only had a quick walk through.

I WAS EXTEMELY HAPPY WITH EVERYTHING I SAW. THEY HAVE EVERYTHING I COULD WANT. MOST OF THE FOLKS THERE FOR THE MOST PART ARE IN THEIR 70'S AND 80'S HOWEVER THEY DO HAVE SOME IN THEIR 60'S. THEY ARE WORKING ON GETTING MORE IN THEIR 60'S. LOVE THE APARTMENT, GOOD DOG RUN FOR MY DOGS, THE FOOD WAS EXCELLENT

This is the place I feel most suitable for us.

Great visit. I liked the place very much. Waiting to review with other places I have visited and ones my sister has visited in California.

Good possibilty. Very clean, personable and quiet. Only problem, no meals. They do have a menu for carry out for dinner.

Very clean, large apartments with light. Price is reasonable Services are good not sure if my mom would prefer a dinner plan. Church very close for driving. 30 minute drive for me.

Very nice with qualified help. Director and Care manager are both RN's. LPN on duty 24 hours. LPN does medical care only, medicines etc. Physical and Occupational therapist on staff.

I toured this facility and it was great! The set up was more for assisted living than independent living. But overall, very nice! If it was closer to home, it would have been one of our top choices.

We decided on Arbor Terrace Senior Living because of the location and also the value for the money - they had a lot to offer for a lower price than others we visited. His food had to be mechanically mashed and did not look or taste appetizing. But when I did put in a complaint, the chef came up and talked directly with us and we got things settled. I would highly recommend them to others, they do whatever they can to please the residents and solve any issues you may have.
