I'm very pleased with things overall at The Preserve at Palm Aire! It's a nice looking place, and the staff all seem very friendly. The food here is excellent! There are always a lot of choices, and there hasn't been one meal where I haven't been able to find something I wanted. However, the dining service itself could use a bit of work, the service is slow and the dining staff seem inexperienced. It makes me wish they'd have some buffet style options, if only to speed up the dining process.

We all loved the Preserve. Lovely common areas, beautiful apartments. Staff all seemed genuinely involved and engaged. Still undergoing some renovation, but what is finished is great. Beautiful grounds. Robust activity schedule. My mom felt at ease there when she saw the other residents. Costs--we need to determine if this is an option. If we are able to get the VA benefits, plus what my parents already pay for living expenses...then this could be a possibility. Again, we all loved this place.

They are doing a great job taking care of my loved one at Barrington Terrace. They do a great job looking after their residents, and the community itself is very clean and nice looking. I have no complaints.

We loved this facility. My grandmother still wants to consult with her doctor to find out if she can move to a senior apartment instead but she says she would like to move here if she has to stay within an assisted living environment. On a scale of 1 to 5 we give it a 5.

The Arbor Terrace community in Herndon was the perfect choice for my parents who relocated from Pennsylvania to Virginia in July 2014. After extensive research Arbor Terrace was selected. The staff at Arbor Terrace is welcoming and professional. There are numerous daily activities for the residents to enjoy. The common areas are nicely decorated and the living areas are spacious and well maintained. We are extremely satisfied with Arbor Terrace. Thank you.

They've done a great job here so far! It's a very nice looking, clean community, and both the staff and the residents seem happy to be here! They take great care of their residents, and the whole place just has a very warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Food is excellent. Food service is excellent. Maintenance is good. Security is good. Transportation is good. Cleaning is good. Concierge is excellent. Cost is good.

This is a community - a village where people are cared for and by one another. I am so greateful to be living in the "Vantage Village." You have my thanks and support!

My parents were here for quite a few years, and overall I thought they did an excellent job caring for them. It was a nice looking place, and the staff were all very friendly. One thing to note is that this is a large facility, and can be difficult to navigate for those with memory issues.

Looks very good, good philosophy, very encouraging to know she will be in good hands. Not open as yet so unsure completely but excellent customer service and care.

My loved one was here for about a year. The thing I liked the most is the number of units they have. It's a smaller facility, and I think they are able to be a little more attentive to the residents. This is assisted living where you have your own apartment. I also really liked the staff here.

Things have been wonderful at Summit of Uptown, we're very pleased with it! The staff have all been very friendly and caring. They really bend over backwards to make sure she is comfortable, we've even had a nurse run an errand for her off of the clock! They do an excellent job keeping the place looking nice, and they tidy up her room every day. One aspect I've been particularly impressed with is the dining service! The food always looks delicious, and they serve nicely sized portions. You always get a choice between two entrees, and they have a salad bar available as well. And they always offer us a complimentary meal when we visit! If there is one area they could improve I suppose it would be the activities. They've got quite a lot going on, but they didn't have quite the variety of some of the larger communities we toured.

They are fantastic. I would give them more than a five! I would live there if I could. The cleanliness is fantastic, and the staff is fantastic. The food is good, and the diversity is very good, they always have substitutes if you don't like something. We are very happy we chose this, the service is incredible. It was the best place hands down that we saw anywhere.

My wife and I were looking for a good but affordable place for my 84 year old mother-in-law who wanted to relocate in our area. She was living in a 3 story townhouse and the stairs were getting too much for her plus she wanted to be closer to her daughters. I visited several places but instantly liked Arbor Terrace of Herndon, VA. The staff was friendly and helpful explaining to me what the community offered. While I was getting a tour of the property, the residents that I talked to privately were very happy with their surroundings and looked forward to meeting my mother-in-law. If you are searching for a reasonably priced and active adult living community, I think you will find that Arbor Terrace will fulfill your needs.

This is a brand new facility, so naturally, it is fresh and clean. But it is also open, spacious and inviting. Not only is it beautiful for the residents, it makes visiting a pleasure as well. My husband moved into the memory care unit last week. He was welcomed at the front door by 3 staff members and escorted back to what they call "Inspirations." The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and truly concerned about the well-being of the residents. The director of the unit went over each aspect of my husband's needs with me to be sure all his care needs are understood and to be sure the care-giving staff is aware. They are taking very good care of my husband as well as trying to preserve his dignity as much as possible. Each resident in Inspirations has special needs which the staff is trained to deal with. I have been told the food is great also!

My family and I were very happy with this facility. Although my father was only there for a very short period of time (he quickly became so ill that hospice became a better choice), I found the administration, nurses and others to be very helpful and attentive to his needs. The room and facility always appeared to be clean. When my father soiled himself he was cleaned up quickly. Nurses and nurse assistants came as quickly as possible when called. I was called quickly when there was a change in my fathers medical condition. It actually felt like they cared about their residents. The staff also appeared to be content with their environment. I've already referred several other people to this facility.

I would recommend the Sudley Manor House to anyone and everyone looking for a special place for their parent. My father had amazing care.

My wife has been at Barrington Terrace for 15 months in the Evergreen area. I could say many positive things about the way the building is maintained, the cleanliness, the food, the pleasantness of the staff, but to me there is only one thing that overrides these areas and that is how well my wife is cared for. She receives excellent attention and care. I am kept informed and consulted when changes are necessary. I visit my wife every other day and in the process I have gotten to know most of the staff, some fairly well. I have seen their care and gentleness and I think their concern for my wife is guinine. I think we made a great choice when we chose Barrington. I am confident that my wife is well cared for.
