We toured this community when we were looking into care options for my loved one. I really liked the look of this community. It was a beautiful facility, and the staff all seemed very friendly and professional. Unfortunately it was a bit too far for us to consider it as an option, but it is definitely worth a look!

I was really impressed after my aunt and I did the tour at The Residence At Greenbelt to the point that after my aunt and I left and saw a second Assistant living place that I had already decided that the Residence At Greenbelt was the place for my mom. My mother is young by all standards for being in an assistant living place as a matter fact I believe she is the youngest person there right now, but do to her health issues I felt she needed something like this for a while. She has been there about 3 weeks now and is doing very well and she is really enjoying being there. It's expensive but it worth seeing my mother doing well and happy. And because I know she is being active and doing what she needs to do to get better, a lot of worry and stress has been lifted off of me.

Fantastic. They provide the guidance to assure the person is receiving the level of care needed. They help you in determining that level of care. Great people to work with in every level.

We moved my 85 year old mother to The Vantage in December 2013. She has acclimated herself quite nicely to apartment living. She enjoys Wii Bowling, Bingo, getting her hair done weekly and the movies. She's made lots of new friends!!! Everyone that works at The Vantage is really helpful and friendly. It's very convenient having Physicians Senior Services come directly to her apartment for all doctors visits, checkups and blood tests. Overall, she's adjusted well and is happy.

We have just been so pleased overall, it's been wonderful. It was just everyone needed. Everyone has been so nice, so, so nice. The food is great. The fact that when we visited the residents were always busy and there was always something going on and activities, which tipped the scales in their favor, when we were choosing. Everyone was very helpful with the whole intake process, it has just been great.

We are very pleased with The Residence at Greenbelt. My mother was at another facility for respite. It was not a good experience. The staff at The Residence At Greenbelt is caring,friendly and professional. We are happy with our choice.

The Preserve is amazing. We were so worried about finding "the right place" for my mother, who is independent and healthy but does need a hand with matters of cooking, cleaning and "getting around." This place delivers on all fronts, is competitively priced and far better in so many ways than the other establishments we visited.

I just think of all communities we visited when we were searching for the right community, this one was the friendliest and the most welcoming. The people looked most engaged. The food is great. We haven’t had any problems with the laundry or with the parking either.

When I walked in I was amazed at the staff's knowledge of each of the residents, their care needs and how friendly and attentive they were to them.

The facility is clean and nicely decorated. There are lots of on-site amenities and each apartment includes its own laundry room and full kitchen. Transportation and social events are available. Breakfast and dinner are available in a communal dining area.

This is the most wonderful place of its kind that I have seen.Inovative,responsive and clean and always smells fresh!

My mom lives here and loves it! The best part is there are many resources in this area to help with everyday things for her. We use The Medic-Maids for her senior care services. They are outstanding and so personable. The have better pricing than any one else in the area. The combination of both is a blessing.

We visited this place last Thurs. when they had their open house. Very nice. I think I could be happy there but I don't think we can afford it. Theres a place south of Peachtree City that we are going to investigate maybe after the first of the year.

It's expensive, but we chose it because it was jsut a beautiful facility, it was welcoming, everyone was so accomodating and we felt safe having them there; they love it. Sometimes there are little "loose ends," for example, for a while the bus that took the women to Shoprite was not working but that's been fixed. Some of the other residents are cranky old people so there is a little bit of child-like behavior that goes on that needs to be managed; so it's like tall day care issues, what you would experience if your child was in day care, only they're taller. The one other thing I would point out it parking is a little bit difficult and not necessarily for the residents, but for visitors who are loading and unloading. I would recommend loading zone for visitors and it's not an everyday kind of thing, but, for example, if I'm bringing them groceries, I have to park elsewhere. The reality of it kind of plays with the cranky old people. I can unload the car and have everything done in 20 minutes and then I'll move the car because I don't want to take anyones spot, but some of the people have nothing to do but be parking lot monitors so there will be times when someone will come out and yell at me. Overall we're very, very happy and I've recommended them to a lot of people, these are just some of the things you have to know about going in.

I'm not pleased with the laundry service because a lot of my mom's clothes are missing and they don't hang them up. We talked to them about it and I'm sure it will get taken care of. I'm very happy with the care aids though. They're just gone beyond. They did a big thing for mom's birthday. They provided a cake and everything and we invited friends and family. It's been a good experience. She's being very well taken care of.

It's going fine, the only thing I've had issues with is a little bit of mis communication as far as medicine is concerned, but it's okay. Basically I figured out that they aren't giving her certain medicine or they were giving her one too many times a day, but basically I figured it out. I don't like that I can't do her medication for her, I feel like I don't have any control over that. It's very clean, it smells good, it's fine. They have activities all the time. They're constantly going on trips, little day outings and bingo and crafts, she's always got something to do. I feel she's getitng more and has more to do, her room's not as big but you have to take the good with the bad. So she has more to do, but less space and this was the most reasonably priced in the area when I was looking.

It came highly recommended by personal freinds, it was also very nice. They did not have any availability at the time so that's why I didn't spend too much time there. I got the tour, it was very nice, much smaller than Potomac place, they had lots of activities, it was the closest to my home and that would have been very nice. It was very clean, the dining room was very nice and the high recommendation that I got from other people about it would have made it a great option if there was availability.

Very impressive and Ilene Warsaw was both helpful and patient. We enjoyed our meal and like that there is a menu to choose from for each meal and that there is waiter/table service. Pleased with the number of activities available to residents each day and the services that are available.

My father just moved in yesterday. The place is beautiful and has lots of nice features and the staff is helpful. My father chose this place from out of town based on their literature, my visit, and talking to staff on the phone. He was pleasantly surprised by the size of the apartment and the food in the dining room. This is turning out to be a very positive experience.

Place is very well maintained. The rooms were nice with kitchenette. The Companion Suite has potential at $2636 per month. Sunday church service, daily activities, rides to appointments available, 24 x 7 awake medical staff available. Convenient Individuals with memory problems are housed separate.
