We loved the Towne Club. There wasn't anything that I did not like. The guide said that some of the people there were getting VA Benefits even though it was not yet assisted living. The key is that either one of us needs to be able to afford to stay there if we survive the other. It looks like on paper that we could, but it is not a for sure.

loved it Director was great the rooms are really nice , they made us feel very at ease. Clean good smell rooms had everything necessary didnt check for emergency rope in ther rooms so they could be nice outdoor and transportation included. Laundry in the apartment which was great no other facility offered this. Only issue would be if home care was required they would have to move otherwise this is a definate choice just the right amoutn of independance.Price includes couple other place partner had an extra fee.

I WAS EXTEMELY HAPPY WITH EVERYTHING I SAW. THEY HAVE EVERYTHING I COULD WANT. MOST OF THE FOLKS THERE FOR THE MOST PART ARE IN THEIR 70'S AND 80'S HOWEVER THEY DO HAVE SOME IN THEIR 60'S. We decided on Arbor Terrace Senior Living because of the location and also the value for the money - they had a lot to offer for a lower price than others we visited. His food had to be mechanically mashed and did not look or taste appetizing. But when I did put in a complaint, the chef came up and talked directly with us and we got things settled. I would highly recommend them to others, they do whatever they can to please the residents and solve any issues you may have.

The community is good, however, would be great for me if there were vegan options daily! The staff, housekeeping, kitchen, dining room and bus driver are all very good. I appreciate them as well as the residents. My one wish is vegan! Actually, I'm living my best life!

Active Community for Diverse Collection of Seniors
This is the place to go for a community for your loved one. The meals are gourmet and as much as the residents want, and the meals are served in a beautiful dining room. The community has lots of activities available for the residents to participate in, if they choose to. It is easy to reach the Executive Director and other Administrators if the family has concerns.

Tour experience
Eden Terrace was really like - this was definitely our second choice. The only downfall was that the residents have to eat their meals in the dining room and my dad wanted the flexibility to be able to cook/eat in his room every once in a while.

Arbor Terrace was a very nice facility, out of all of the places we looked - this was our second choice. The reason we did not choose this facility was because in memory care they only had shared rooms available and they did not have a private bathroom, it was down the hallway.
