The community is good, however, would be great for me if there were vegan options daily! The staff, housekeeping, kitchen, dining room and bus driver are all very good. I appreciate them as well as the residents. My one wish is vegan! Actually, I'm living my best life!

Very lovely place and wonderful tour.

This is the place to go for a community for your loved one. The meals are gourmet and as much as the residents want, and the meals are served in a beautiful dining room. The community has lots of activities available for the residents to participate in, if they choose to. It is easy to reach the Executive Director and other Administrators if the family has concerns.

Eden Terrace was really like - this was definitely our second choice. The only downfall was that the residents have to eat their meals in the dining room and my dad wanted the flexibility to be able to cook/eat in his room every once in a while.

Arbor Terrace was a very nice facility, out of all of the places we looked - this was our second choice. The reason we did not choose this facility was because in memory care they only had shared rooms available and they did not have a private bathroom, it was down the hallway.

They could work on having a more special menu for certain dietary needs. They have a normal menu and a menu for those with diabetes but for those who need soft foods we had some troubles with getting certain meals

Our family had an in person tour and this was our second choice, it was a great experience but we were looking for a community that solely focused on memory care.

i toured this community and found it very pleasant and beautiful. when i spoke to two of the residents, i did get mixed reviews. we chose another community because this was a bit outside of our budget.

a huge factor in why we chose this community was the memory care facility director, who was amazing. she had a great personality and we felt comfortable knowing our loved one would be in her care. she unfortunately passed away very shortly after our loved one moved in. due to the communities loss, we do believe they may be suffering in that area. i sense that they are trying their best to recoup, but i do have concerns about my whether or not my loved one is receiving the care and activities they need. aside from that, this community is very clean and upkept. they seem to be handling Covid well, as we have been told that only resident was hospitalized - but are doing well. The Sheridan feels high quality, there are always people around and the residents interact with one another. the nurses and staff are all lovely and often have positive feedback about my loved one.

They do a good job at this community. They take excellent care of and genuinely care about the residents. They are extremely responsive to the needs of the family and the residents of the community. This is also a very cozy and smaller community and it makes my mom feel like she is part of a family.

We had a good tour and they spent a lot of time with us, but they would not answer our question on what the staff to resident ratio was.

We had a great tour with Arbor Terrace. It was a very nice facility and it is conveniently located next to a hospital. The location was just too far from us

Our family had an in person tour and it was a fine tour we had no issues with the community. At the time we were in a difficult situation and Arbor Terrace was not able to accommodate the medical transport we needed, and another community was. However, this community would of worked out better location wise, it is much more convenient. It is a really good facility as far as touring and we would of chosen Arbor Terrace given a different circumstance.

Most of the people that work here are very friendly. I have had some issues with the head nurse and the director being dismissive with my loved ones medication and adjusting them. They have a nice schedule of activities for the residents.

It is a well run community. The staff care for the residents, in a nice location. The community is on the expensive side for us, and there is a community fee to get in. All of the community is a rent based.

It's a new well-lit, clean, secure community. The staff is accommodating. The food is very good. My loved ones are seriously enjoying all aspects of the kitchen and the chef. The food is fresh, and they have great desserts. When you get to a certain age, sometimes you can't do some of the things you used to do, but food is generally something you can still enjoy. They do a good job communicating with the residents and getting feedback from the residents. They have a happy hour Monday through Friday. I would recommend it if you can afford it.

The community is super friendly. It is beautiful and clean. They are a little disorganized, but the people in their hearts take really good care of the residents. You have to be on top or train the staff and then they are fine with the newly placed residents. Once you are in they are good. In the beginning it is a little rough, you have to be watchful of what they are doing.

The thought of putting my father in a "home" just didn't sit well with me even though it was the best thing for him with Dementia. After visiting with Dogwood Forrest, nothing else compared. He has been there for over 2 years and he loves it and so do we. The staff is always helpful and keep us updated. Meals and entertainment are great and his room is nice. We were able to get him a room with a balcony overlooking the garden area.

We chose this facility because of the comfort, it didn't feel like a nursing home, it felt like you were in a nice hotel. The staff here was more motivated and they were all very friendly. The location was also ideal from my brother and I. My mom was in a studio and it was roomy enough for one person. My mom said the food was good and that they were very accommodating if you wanted to order something else than what was on the menu. I would highly recommend The Solana Doylestown.
