It's a nice place. I like my room very much. I spend a lot of time reading outside in the courtyard and in my room. The time goes really fast here, at least for me.

My mother has now been at Barrington Terrace for about two months. I am very pleased with the staff and their communications with me. Whenever I go to visit, Mother is always clean and being cared for in a loving way. I ask for nothing more.

My parents really do like this community. At the moment we are clearing some things out of their current home. However once everything is done they will be making the return back to this community. It is a lovely community, and they even got involved with the activities they have available. The staff is kind, and very quick to respond to any concern they may have. I've tired some of the meals, and the food is good. I would recommend this community without a doubt, it is a very nice facility.

This place is brand new and everything is gorgeous. They have happy hour at least once a week where the residents I am assuming more from the assisted living side more than the memory care side can come and be social and interact with each other. I would have loved to move my mother into law in here, however, cost was a major concern. The assisted living side was within her budget range however the memory care side was not and her care level indicates she is in need of the memory care.

They offer a ton of activities as well as an app where you can see what your loved one is doing. They also send pictures of them participating in the activities. They offer a happy hour and have volunteers stop by to help with community activities such as an easter egg hunt. The staff are caring, friendly and helpful. The community is very clean. I get a feeling of warmth and caring. I would recommend this community.

I needeed to find a place for my brother. I live in Indiana and he is in the Fort Myers area. Contacted the a place for mom and with their help I was able to place him in a respite center. They were very helpful in all aspects.

My parents have been getting the care they need in this community. I appreciate the staff, they are good quality people who are doing a wonderful job for my parents. They can be challenging at times and they are getting use to it. I like the layout of the community, it is open and cozy with lots of light. My parents enjoy the meals 70% of the time, no specifics but they have their good days. My mom liked how she got her hair done from the onsite hair salon.

The Vantage at CityView was an amazing place. Unfortunately, I had to move my loved one out, but the time that she was there the place was great. The staff is very friendly, they actually still go to visit her where she's at now just to check up and see how she's doing. I would defiantly recommend them to anyone,

My parents wanted to stay at the beach as long as they could and they sure did. Arbor Terrace has been wonderful for my parents as they transitioned rapidly from independent living to memory care and hospice. From the staff to the nurses to the assistants, everyone has been helpful loving and kind. They even gave me the tough love to realize my mother really did need memory care already. Bridges is the perfect program for her.

Very good facility in regards to comfort, support, living conditions and cleanliness

My mother is in the lower level of memory care unit and they treat her very well. Taking everything in stride even though they are new and having a great deal of activity in these early days. We r grateful that they have this low level of memory care. No one else in the area has it.

My mom was in the memory care unit and my father in assisted living. I can't say enough good things about the staff. They are truly wonderful and care about the residents. The facility just got a huge facelift and looks much more contemporary and warm. My father never participated in activities and somehow they got him involved!

My 90-year-old mother has just moved to the Harbor, so the adjustment period is ongoing. But all levels of staff have been extremely welcoming, and communication among the caregiving team is very good. We feel very confident that she will receive excellent, individualized care there.

My mom was only at Harbor at Lakeway for 2 weeks before she fell and broke her shoulder. The staff there are very nice and took good care of her. The activities are a little weak in regard to the residents participation. She liked it there and they only reason she is not going back is because we are moving her closer to us.

We could not be more pleased with this facility. My mother is on a special diet and they have been most accommodating. She has just started medication management and we have had no problems. I believe the change over in the head of nursing position has been due to unfortunate personal health problems for two of them and is not a reflection on the facility. All our requests have been quickly dealt with and the staff could not be nicer or more accommodating. They also routinely have events for the residents and their families such as a Mardi Gras party with food and music. The residents seem to really enjoy them. I saw the comment on no activities. I get a calendar every month listing lots of activities. I think it is more a problem ini getting residents to attend.

The location of Arbor Terrace is great. The facility itself is spacious and clean with lots of amenities. The staff is wonderful and you can tell that they really care. There are many activities that the residents can enjoy. Great place.

It is great at Harbor at Lakeway. The only issue I would mention is the inconvenience of visitors having to log in and out. The nurses aren't always at the front desk, they are busy. That is only a minor issue though. Overall the location is convenient and it has been a good experience.

We are pretty pleased with it so far. All the people we initially made contact with, seems to be real enjoyable to work with. They are very open about things. Seeing the staff's interaction with the residents, seems like more of a family than just a job. The other residents seem to be pretty welcoming. He loves the food there. They have him going from one activity to another, and they keep him pretty busy. They were pretty similar in price to everything.

Caring, friendly, upbeat staff from the administrators to the front desk to the caregivers to maintenance. Everyone knew her name after just a few days!! Beautiful, comfortable facility. Lovely common areas as well as well planned rooms/apartments. Great food. Very reasonable prices, especially for the quality and care. Seems to have a lot of support, services and a variety of activities. Staff actually comes to the rooms to remind residents of activities and to help them get there if needed. The only area we'd like to see improved is that while I'm absolutely sure the intentions are great, we've had a problem with timeliness of response to phone calls, especially requests for information.
