It is a beautiful facility and my friend is in the memory care unit and the ratio of residents to staff seems to be very good and the food is good and they seem to be doing a good job and she seems to be content.

I think everything they have done has been good, and I can't think of anything they need to improve on so far. They have made everything really easy and have followed through the entire time, with getting my mom moved in and with any questions or concerns we might have had.

Harbor at Lakeway has such great quality of care. The people that live here are so friendly and nice. They all want to get together and socialize. I took a video while I was visiting and a staff member played the piano for the residents. It was lovely. Everyone is so close here. Residents are monitored so closely at the push of a button. Anything we have asked they have done. They have outings to the grocery store regularly and even going out to lunches! Cannot say enough good things about this facility.

They have totally taken care of my brother and also helped me as a family member take care of a lot of difficult situations and the head of nursing is incredible. I feel as though we are being taken by family members and that is very helpful. I am so happy to have found them.

They are constantly doing activities, which is a good thing. There is also a hair salon in their unit. The way the room is designed is perfect for those with dementia, like what my loved one has. It is just perfect.

We're very pleased with how things turned out at The Solana Doylestown! My loved one was very against staying in one of these places, but they really won her over here! The workers here are caring and understanding, and they do a great job looking out for the residents. Mom also said they did a great job with the food! I would highly recommend this place.

Experience wise, from the answers I have given, we have been very satisfied with them and they have bent over backwards to accommodate us. We are very satisfied.

I've been happy with what I've seen so far.

Our stay was very short. I felt like it was a good place in his final days, it was private and peaceful. We didn't have any issues or problems with them at all.

My mother loves it, she loves the activities so much she is called the mascot of Arbor Terrace! Everything has worked out well for her, the facility is very nice, pretty, and well kept. The food is not very good however, which decreases value for the money.

Absolutely beautiful, clean and organized. Staff is helpful, caring, friendly and professional at all times. We are thrilled!

Although I haven't had a chance to move in yet due to some unforeseen circumstances, so far my experience with Arbor Terrace has been a good one. They've were a huge help throughout the whole touring and sign-up process, They continue to stay in touch with me, and they've been very accommodating as we work things through getting ready for the move in!

We're very pleased with how things have gone at The Solana Willistown! The facility itself is lovely, and always well kept and clean no matter when we visit. The entire staff is wonderful, they seem like they are so in-tune with Alzheimer's and dementia care. They're really great at engaging with the residents and keeping them active and involved. My loved one is doing fabulously here!

We initially had some issues but we worked them out. The staff was willing to work with us on issues concerning my parents adjustment. Overall, it was a pretty good experience. The facility itself is very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The care services are excellent. The activities are pretty good. I would recommend the Dogwood Forest of Acworth to anyone to put on top of their list. It's nice.

My siblings and I have been very happy with Solana. The facility, the staff and their care philosophy are all top-notch. They have made what could have been a very difficult transition for our mother (and us) very easy. Our mother has adjusted well to her new surroundings and is truly enjoying the interaction with other residents and the wonderful staff. She also raves about the food! The family is much more at ease knowing that Mom is in a safe environment and is participating in activities that will help her to maintain her physical and mental health. I would recommend Solana to anyone who is considering Assisted Living or a Memory Care Unit for themselves or a loved one.

They have been there for me since day one when I first started looking for a place for my brother, with all his medical issues, to stay. The lady that runs the place does extremely well, and provides excellent friendly care. They just have been phenomenal! They have been willing to work with us on the financing, and have really been great overall. I always rave about the place and very highly recommend them. My brother is really enjoying himself there.

The staff at Arbor Terrace of Athens is exceptional. Everybody from the director on down to the individual caregivers are all really good quality people. The facility is beautiful and very well maintained. They have really good onsite physical therapy and other activities. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about them. It has been an overwhelmingly positive experience all the way around and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We just placed our mother at Arbor Terrace a couple of months ago, but so far our experience has been only positive. Great care, warm personalities, wonderful facility, high quality and diverse food, and multiple daily activities. It's expensive, but you get what you pay for.

Our close family friend has been engaged with this facility 4 months until it opened recently. He has been there a week. When he gives a compliment, he really means it. He does not give them freely. Tonight he said to me, unsolicited, that the Harbor staff are the kindest strangers he's ever been around in his life and that they are so nice to him. I've spent quite a bit of time there, and I cannot even begin to find the best words to express my heartfelt gratitude. Our friend is a precious human being. We are thankful that he is listened to and the staff work with him regarding his special requests and concerns. What I love about Harbor is that they treat him with dignity. They give him the emotional safety and respect he needs...and deserves.
