I have lived here 5 months and I still enjoy living here.

I could not be happier since my mother move into Arbor Terrace. They are doing a wonderful job taking care of her she loves it there. The place is really clean and looks nice and clean and the food here is just great taste delicious and they have a wide variety of food I love it! My mother is doing really well here the staff is really good at getting her to participate in the activities they have and she has made some new friends as well. I have already sent two of my friends of there to tour it so I highly recommend this community.

We toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. I thought Arbor Terrace was absolutely beautiful! It's a brand new community, so it was well decorated and everything was pristine. However, possibly due to how new it was the prices were a little high for the size of the rooms they offered. We ended up selecting another community, but this was a close second on our list, and definitely worth a look!

I have been amazed at the smiling faces and caring managers. I have looked at a lot of places and they are not all the same. We really are glad we picked the Harbor at Lakeway and would recommend any one to this community. It truly is lovely. We are so happy !

I'm very pleased with how things have turned out at Arbor Terrace! The staff here is friendly and professional, and I've really been impressed with how present and available they are. There's always someone ready to help if you need anything! The facility itself is clean and well kept, and they do a great job looking out for the residents.

We moved to the Harbor after looking at several places and have been with them now for a few months. We read all reviews, talked to many people and came back to The Harbor feeling that they truly cared about us . We have been very happy ! Every place will have growing pains but when they listen and follow up and truly care, that is when you know you are in the right place. If you are not living here, you should not be able to truly give your opinion . We have recommended The Harbor to several friends of ours in Lakeway and some have moved in. Harbor Resident -

Looked around the area for a assisted living 2 bedroom and the Preserve met all our needs. Folks are very happy with the facility

We moved my mother in a week ago and she is doing great. She has acclimated to her new surroundings better and faster than any of us ever dreamed she would. I think the friendly staff, and the welcoming residents have made for a very smooth transition for her. After living on her own for 98 years that is pretty amazing.

I love it. They are very responsive, and they keep up on the place, and they are very friendly. They all go out of the way from the person who does all the food, to the person who takes care of the rooms, to the management. They are all wonderful.

So very pleased with this facility. It has met every expectation for my parents. Great food, welcoming environment and an incredible staff!

They are very high end which is really nice. They are sort of like a high end Hotel. My Dad likes it there and they keep him occupied with things to do.

I think it just all has been a good experience for us. I have enjoyed the experience with them and all of the staff members are always very accommodating when the family comes to visit, which is quite often.

After visiting many senior communities The Preserve offered the best of all. The food is really good, the staff is extremely helpful, the apartment is comfortable. We need more active participants in the programs that are offered which I think will happen when the assisted living residents and the independent living residents are separated into their own programs.

Dogwood Forest is just a wonderful place and the staff is so friendly and professional. They really made the transition a seamless one. The facility is so clean and homey. We have not been here long, but the experience has been great so far.

The entire staff is awesome from the first step in the door to my almost daily calls about mom. They have helped me through every difficult situation. We are only on our second week of care but I could not be more satisfied.

They are doing some change-up on the employees who are working there, so as soon as they get all of that figured out and settled then I think that the Harbor at Lakeway will be a really good place to be.

Very pleased with Solana Doylestown. Staff is friendly, efficient and meals are superb! The 24/7 refreshment lounge is well stocked and always clean. The rooms are spacious with elderly-friendly bathrooms and full size refrigerator/freezers. Mom has been there a short time and she is very, very happy. No complaints whatsoever.

Arbor Terrace Sudley Manor has been excellent. We have been very happy with this facility. Dad who doesn't participate in activities, has participated in the activities here. The staff have been very responsive, any time I need anything they get back with me very quick. I am really pleased with this facility.

It has been only 5 days, nut everyone seems very helpful. I am very pleased at this point.

My mom and I toured the Harbor in January and again in September. Molly and Keisha came to VIBRA Rehab Hospital to do an assessment on Friday, 9/25. Waiting to hear about level of care needed.
