Very nice facility with a lot to offer its residents. April and staff were very nice. Rooms were nice and spacious.

Liked the people and facility a lot, especially that it was smaller and recently renovated.

My mom moved in about a week ago. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. Her room is clean and she appears to be well taken care of. Plenty of activities to keep her busy.

My mom is getting use to things and finding her way around the community. Every staff is very nice and accommodating. The community is nice looking and clean. The meals are good and I would recommend them. From my medical background I had a few clients here and saw first hand they were a good community.

Did tour on 2-21-17. Was extremely impressed with the building (new in November 2016), the technology band worn by residents which tracked their location and the presentation of staff. I thought it was great that I spent 30 minutes discussing details of my mother's situation before venturing out to review the building.Price is a little high but in my opinion well worth it.

We toured this community when looking for my mother-in-law and it was very impressive. It was newly remolded with a hotel like atmosphere. The rooms were gorgeous and on the larger side.We decided against this community because the common areas were very large with three stories.We felt that it would be too large and overwhelming for my mother-in-law so we chose another community in the area.

My wife is doing well since her move to the Arbor Terrace at Hamilton Mill. The place is nice and clean and all of the staff are very friendly. So far, it has been a positive experience for her.

So far everything has been going great. The staff work real well with mom. They are always trying to get mom involved in some of the many things that they do here. Mom says that she likes the food.

This is a nice community for our father. We are happy with the care from the staff. Our father does like to participate in the activities. He seems to be happy with the meals that are provided. We would recommend the care and the value for other families to have cared for a loved one

This was a new community. The staff was outstanding. The meals were very good and we were pleased with the menu. She liked a lot of the activities. The care here for her was wonderful. We would highly recommend this new community to other families for the great care and value.

This is a fantastic community, and everything is working out great since my fathers move here. It is an outstanding community with great people. He has adjusted well to it, and he likes it. The nursing staff is great, they are taking good care of him and his needs. They are very attentive and helpful. I know he is safe and receiving good care at this community. We are pleased with all they have done for us.

Arbor Terrace took the time to find out the specific needs of my mother through an in-person visit; and an assessment from her doctor. The staff is professional and friendly.

Loved this place! The director was amazing. Hoping my in-laws will like it.

[Removed] was our tour guide. The facility is gorgeous and she was very informative. I was ready to move in myself by the end of the tour. Loved, loved, loved this place. May be a little too formal for my In-Laws though. but in 30 years I'm there.

My mom has been at Atria for two full years now. Bringing my mother to this wonderful facility was the best decision we could have made for her. From the very beginning the staff could not have been any nicer or any more attentive. The atmosphere is beautiful, clean, and the food is more than above par. We brought my mom against her will, as she refused to leave her home, not realizing that dementia had begun to steal her life and her ability to live on her own. Within a few days, she was seeing the benefits of living in such a close knit and loving community. She LOVES the staff and they love her! She has made friends. She is no longer isolated like she was in her home. Mom is enjoying life again! She goes out to lunch. She goes on almost every outing Atria offers. She attends the many events and parties that Atria is always organizing. She goes to their movie every night and she has recently started to workout every day! When mom is having a tough time, the staff is on top of it. They always keep me abreast of what is going on. Mom has her ups and downs, sometimes she'll say she wants to "be in her own house". Though, after we take her out of Atria for a meal, a holiday or a visit elsewhere, she gets very anxious and agitated. She tells me "I want to go home, home where all my friends are". She literally can't wait to get back to Atria, because Atria is "Home".

This community has a very warm feeling.Because of the 3 levels of care, no section seemed too large or overwhelming. The managers were extremely knowledgable and took time with my mother to answer any questions.

We love this place. My loved one has finally found a place to call home. My loved one has a great time with the residents and the staff. They are very nice and accommodating. My loved one has been getting involved with a lot of the activities that they have. The room is a really nice size and they keep everything nice and clean. The property is new and very nice.

The are very good with my mom and she is doing well in the assisted living. A doctor from St. Johns comes to see her. She is adjusting really well. She likes the meals that are served and she has made some new friends. She plays bingo and goes to bible study.

If we had a choice we would have picked this community. The people treated us nice and it was great. My mom has friend's parents here and they say it is nice. The distance was too far and my mom needed to be close to my dad.
