This is a well-kept community, great maintenance staff and everyone here is friendly.

I’m new to this community but have found this move to be a great one! The staff couldn’t be more helpful and supportive and the residents have been very welcoming and friendly.

Looked examined several other retirement places. This one is better in many ways – food excellent like an upscale restaurant. Cleaning (well done) Activities interesting (with) services.

Breakfasts are always excellent. Employees and residents are very friendly. Quality of food is very good at present time. Transportation service is excellent. Drivers are exceptional

I love living here at Vantage. After getting to know the residents that live here, it’s easy to strike up a conversation or get a game of “42” dominoes or play bridge, going. We have a restaurant, serving 3 meals a day. Our apartments are cleaned every other week. We have activities planned for us and we have a movie theatre. A church service is held every Sunday morning. We also have so much more too numerous to list all. It’s great living here.

My husband and I enjoy living at The Vantage. The community is one of friendly, people, interesting and enjoyable activities and supportive staff. The property is well maintained and in an area where shopping, restaurants and medical facilities are conveniently nearby.

We like this facility very much! It is very clean and the staff are great! The meals are okay as well! There are plenty of activities for my father to participate in. Overall, we have no complaints about this facility!

This is a newer community that it is well maintained and well kept. The food is good and they offer a variety of choices. The staff are encouraging mom to participate in some of the daily activities. We have good communication with the staff. The staff are nice, attentive and accommodating. I am extremely happy with this community and I would recommend it.

On our tour they allowed us to see the rooms and showed us all through the community. They did a good job at being professional and knowledge. I didn't see anything bad while on the tour. We didn't pick them because the private rooms were not available.

We toured this community and we were so impressed with the menu. We liked the staff and the community were very clean and maintained. They had great entertainment when we toured the community. This is a nice community. Families might want to see the community for the care and the cost. They did not have a lot of men at that this community. Families might consider a tour of this community

This is a brand new beautiful community. It reminds me of a nice quality hotel. The food was good and they serve it in a restaurant style. The executive director was there to help us when we moved mom in for her respite stay. The staff are pleasant and helpful. They offer daily activities including exercise classes. They were willing to work with us on the financing and I would recommend this community for a respite stay.

The care at this staff is outstanding. The staff are always nice and caring for my brother.. The community is clean and maintained. The menu was nice and a good variety. They offer a lot of activiites, but he did not want to particate with the other residents. This community did a lot for my brother. We highly recommend this community for the great care and value for a loved one.

We are very pleased with the care of our Mother. She was formerly in another facility but prefers being at Arbor Terrace. Excellent care and communication with all staff.

My mother is doing well, she is finally settling in. I would absolutely recommend this facility because it is very clean and organized. The staff is friendly. I have been there during meal time and the food looked good. So far, it has been a good experience.

My dad spent one month in respite care in the Bridges program at Arbor Terrace Hamilton Mill. I was under pressure to find an appropriate place for him after a hospital stay. When I called AT and spoke with a very kind sales specialist, I knew it was the one! The community was beautiful, inviting and clean. The entire staff was extremely friendly, helpful and respectful. The Resident Care Director was amazing! She was always cheerful, engaged, eager and willing to answer questions and bring resolutions. Although I desired for my dad to stay at AT permanently, he chose another assisted living community closer to his home. I would recommend Arbor Terrace Hamilton Mill without reservation to any person or family seeking an assisted living community!

My father is a resident here. In the beginning there was an adjustment period.He wasn't very happy with the meals because they were too close together but they have started giving him his lunch at dinner time. They have been very proactive with keeping me informed of things. He was going through some ups and downs with some things and they were very patient. They take him to outings and bring entertainment in. He has a little crew he hangs around with.We chose Arbor Terrace because my father is a social person, he loves people but he was looking for an intimate family-orientated setting. My father also loves the outdoors and they have a bird sanctuary. He can go outside and meditate or sit and watch the birds.They offer things to him at a better deal than other communities we looked at.

Our first impression was good as we pulled up in the car park. Inside the foyer was clean and bright, the sales staff were attentive and listened to our concerns and answered all of our questions. The nursing and care staff were excellent and treated the residents with care. The food was being prepared and looked really good, it was also hot which was important to my Father. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a good place for their relatives. Shirley.

Barrington has a high patient to staff ratio. I think the activity program is very good.We chose this community because we liked the larger scale and thought it would be a good fit for my mother.
