We moved Mom here on August 2, 2016 and could not be happier. [Removed] the Executive Director plus the Senior Care Counselors [Removed] & [Removed] are all the sweetest and most kind one could ever hope for. The entire staff from the LPN, Housekeeping, CNA, Servers,Cooks, Life Engagement Director, as well as Maintenance guys are the most professional and hard working & caring folks I have met in a long time. I felt the need to give a shout out to entire staff because they truely work as a team to care for all seniors living here. All the residents I have met are very happy to be here, that says a lot. There is a lot of positive energy here, everyone smiles, laughs and enjoys each other's company. Thank God we found this wonderful place for Mom.

I have looked at all communities in the area and several in Austin. I know that all communities are different and have different choices on apartments, dining, activities and care. The Harbor at Lakeway goes above and beyond to assist with any concern and always with a smile ! I love the community and could not ask for a more caring and dedicated management team. It will never be "home" and no place is perfect but The Harbor is truly a great place. We are glad we found it !

The communication with the staff has been very well. I feel that my loved one is in a safe place. People in the community are all really nice. One of the things that i liked was that the staff is very attentive to my loved ones care needs. I would recommend the Arbor Terrace at Citrus to family and friends it has a positive atmosphere.

My tour of Arbor Terrace at Citrus Park went well. I felt the community was well run. The guide answered all of my questions and concerns. The community was clean and the set up was good. Meal plans were included when residing in the community. I didn't really like that there wasn't much space outside. Activities were only inside there was none available outside for the residents.

I spoke with [Removed] from "A Place for Mom" She listened to what I was looking for and I had a few places I thought I would be interested in looking. [Removed] was spot on after listening to me and after going to Dogwood Forest of Acworth, I didn't need to look any further. It took care of everything I was worrying about. It is close (5.3 miles) and I can be there in 15 minutes. It is absolutely beautiful. It is staffed exceptionally well. Lots of managers working at the top and the staff in the memory care unit fit the bill perfectly. They are all positive and happy in what they are doing. They are very patient in handling the patients and show they know how to care for them as well as show that they care for them. Food is not bad and thats a hard subject to please everybody and keep within the diet restrictions of folks that age and health.

I came to tour the community and i really liked the set up of everything. The tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable. The community was clean and my room was nice. Just yesterday my family came to help me organize my furniture and everything is coming out very well. They have meal plans and activities on site. So far the staff has been nice and they have been communicating well.

The staff and facility was great. Unfortunately my father wasn't able to enjoy his stay at Arbor Terrace as he had a health condition that was terminal but I believe that he would have truly enjoyed it. I would recommend working with this facility to anyone.

The personnel seem to really care about their residents. Food is excellent. I am very happy that I selected Solana for my mother.

The tour guide at The Vantage at Cityview was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. During the tour we were able to visit actual rooms with residents in there. I got to see that the residents looked happy and their interaction with the staff was good. Overall, the community was clean and had wonderful staff.

My mother has been here for 4 months and loves it. I couldn't say enough good things about it. The employees are caring and kind

I really like that the community is new. Everything is very organized. My mother seems to be enjoying the meals provided for her. It's very safe and the rooms are nice. The caregivers help keep my mother engaged in their activities. I would recommend this community.

My mother is doing well here, everything is working out very well. She is really getting involved in the community, they offer wonderful activities for her to try. Everybody is very friendly, she has made a few new friends. The staff is great, they are helpful and kind. They do a very good job with keeping everything nice and well maintained. She is pleased with meals, the food is very good. I know she is safe and getting good care. This is a community I would recommend.

My mother is doing great at this community, she has adjusted very well to it. The community looks great, everything is always nice and clean. The staff is great, they are caring for her very well. She stays very busy with all the activities they offer. She likes the food, they sever well-balanced meals. She is happy and that makes me happy. A place for mom was great with helping me find this community. This is a community I would recommend.

The community is clean with no trash or debris. The staff always know my family and me by name and understand the history of my father-in-law. The care is the best, the staff respond to all my father's care and needs. The meals provided is good, fresh and portioned to the right amount. The staff try to get my father to be involved in the activities available. I would recommend this community because I feel they genuinely care and give attention to all residents.

It's only been a week, but the Solana is incredible. It's beautiful but, more importantly, The care my husband is receiving is first rate. The people are terrific!

Very friendly staff. Everyone worked as a team. It was nice to see them really try to help mom feel comfortable. Thank you so much for helping mom get settled in.

I've resided at this facility for almost 12 years. The place is absolutely beautiful, people are wonderful, and the food is great. I would recommend this facility to anyone, it is the place to live. Also it is one floor there are no elevators and no stairs.

Excellent place for mom!

When you interact with people who have mental and physical problems, you are bound to have difficulties. The staff from Top to aides are usually trying to do a CARING JOB in helping to make our lives comfortable. They work to make us more physically able and more mentally alert. The food is exceptional for institutional food. They are willing to have meetings so that us residents can voice our complaints.
