The community is perfect for anyone, assisted living, or independent living. The location is great and there are restaurants and shopping around the community. I would recommend this community to others.

From the moment I walked in, I was impressed. Landscaping well maintained, clean crisp colors with an overall cleanliness that was noticeable from the start. The staff was friendly, everyone seemed to be saying hello to one another. I liked that! We sampled food from their kitchen which was really good food. Meatloaf, sweet potatoes and the mac n cheese had bits of real bacon. Yum. Compliments to the chef. They have several patios throughout the facility but the one on the main terrace allows you to look out over the valley that sits behind "The Grove" restaurant. Spectacular view on a cool crisp day. I loved the engagement offered to the residents. Looks like residents have as much fun and activity as they would ever like. This is a well run community.

I would tell others that we have had a good experience here. It is more expensive as some of the other places we looked at but the care has been great. The staff members here are very receptive and have been good at communication, my father is a fall risk so anytime he ends up falling they are right on the phone with me telling me what happened. They are very friendly and always seem to be checking in on him. The only negative about this facility is the doctor here seems to talk around the residents, we had a conversation about my dad and she was talking about him to me right in front of him and did not engage him in the conversation. Overall, I would definitely recommend this facility to others who are looking, they have been very good about following the covid protocols and keeping the residents as safe as possible.

The care services are excellent, they really are knocking it out of the park. The activities are great, and for everything they have done especially now with COVID, we are getting a very good deal. We 100% would recommend this community to others.

This facility is exceptional, we have been very pleased with the care she has received. They have had a good covid plan and had focused on keeping the residence safe. This facility is newer and very modern, and before covid, they included the family in activities including holiday functions. During covid, we have video calls on a large tv so that we can visit. Their communication has been amazing and they keep us informed. They are currently bringing in a social worker to help the residence cope with the pandemic and the separation anxiety. I would recommend this facility to others

They have had a great covid plan, and have kept the residence very safe. They are starting some outdoor activities including musical performances. They have been so good with my mom. I could not be any happier than I am right now with this community. The room sizes are really nice and big, and the food is good.

During the pandemic we believe they are doing the best that they can, and we believe they are still doing some activities. The director there is really on top of everything, we also found the dining services to be fantastic. They invited us as a family to have dinner, the food was fantastic. We spent last Thanksgiving there and they had friends and family there and it was really lovely. They really take the residents dietary restrictions to mind and to encourage them to eat, which is very important

Excellent discussion. [name removed] was passionate about the facility and program. Also [name removed] (director) was very nice and welcoming. The cost was somewhat concerning for my mother but we will have to weigh the benefits. Thanks to this team for a great presentation.

I would highly recommend Arbor Terrace of Knoxville to anyone who is looking. We really enjoyed my dads stay here for his last year of life. The staff members were very friendly and you can tell they really cared about my dad.

Great staff who has plenty of energy to keep the residents happy. Building and grounds are perfectly maintained. They have great transportation for the residents. Activities are outstanding with several areas to have multiple events and the same time.

This Memory Care community is very unique. The courtyards are peaceful and the design of the community was well thought out.

One of the cleanest places I have ever toured. All of the workers were friendly and the sales person I worked with was authentic.

Although COVID took a toll on everything, Atria did a fantastic job keeping our loved ones safe and entertained. There are always improvements that can be made, but they always listen to feedback and strive to be better.

My mother has been at the facility for almost five months. One of the most important aspects for my mother was the food. When she first arrived, she was not happy with the portions (for a small lady she has an enormous appetite) and the type of food being served. The chef spent time with my mom to understand her needs and wants and now she is happy with her meals. She was also not happy with the location of her apartment and they were very helpful in finding her another apartment and relocating her. She seems very happy and content now. Except for one Aid, the staff is very responsive, respectful and kind. I would recommend this facility to others.

Atria itself was a very nice place. They allowed new residents during the pandemic which some others did not. I think the seniors are the most lonely and need that interaction that they are not able to get with COVID. Atria did do drive up interactions with family members, but you have to stay 6 feet apart and someone from the facility is always there. They are doing the best they can within the restrictions, but I believe this is something that senior facilities as a whole need to work on.

The employees here are rockstars. More places should pick their staff the way Atria does.
