We couldn't be more impressed by the staff at this place. The building itself is lovely, but it's the people inside that make it a home. Grateful for all that they do.

Excellence begins at the top! [name removed], and her team including [names removed] plus plus has made my dad’s transition to Senior Living joyful for him and our family. The quality of the caring staff is impeccable. His apartment has wonderful amenities which makes living at Atria feel luxurious. Although activities and enjoying the dining room, the movie theatre, gym, pool and beautiful outdoor areas are currently curtailed, three meals are delivered daily and treats such as the ice cream cart, cocktail cart and other surprises help brighten the day. Atria is a lovely way to live! Most importantly, The Atria policies has keep their residents safe and secure. Before we decided upon the Atria, we visited five other facilities and upon seeing The Atria and meeting the staff, we knew nothing could compare. Thanks for taking great care of my dad and making us know we are part of your family.

I can’t begin to say enough wonderful things about Atria Villages of Windsor!! First and foremost, my grandmother is a resident here. I couldn’t be more thrilled with the compassionate care and incredible lifestyle Atria and it’s incredible staff provides for her. Second, l own a senior relocation company that assists seniors in their transition from home to assisted and independent living. I’m in many different buildings and one thing that’s a certainty is to how well run atria is! The sales directors work closely with me to ensure new residents have everything they need to be comfortable when they move. The executive director and assistant ED are so quick and responsive to any questions or needs l have for a specific resident or for my own grandmother. The rooms are clean, spacious, modern, up to date and have large kitchens. The food is top notch. The activity directors just rock!! Third, Maintenance department exceeds All of my expectations. They do work orders immediately. They go the extra mile to make sure my clients (and my grandma) are happy. The front desk staff also go above and beyond to keep the building running smooth. Lastly, I’m blown away by memory care. The staff are incredible with the residents. I’m there moving in new residents often and the staff always are warm and welcoming. I’ve been there a couple times when a resident is confused or scared bc they think they are lost and I’ve seen staff immediately attend to them to help them and redirect. It’s a warm, beautiful environment for anyone who needs the extra love and care and security.

Its hard to express the gratitude my family and I have for everything you have done for Mom during her life at the Villages of Windsor. The experience was personal as I was the one that found her new home after "extensive research". My wife a PhD chemist wrote the agenda complete with maps, spreadsheets, reviews and of course appointments. I was instructed not to miss an appointment or visit to find just the right place for Mom. I was diligent to say the least. I do believe you have a beautiful facility but the difference is the people. From the introduction to the several visits I made, the reception I received from the staff to the residence was overwhelming, at that point it was an easy decision to make. Consistency is everything. You and the staff are certainly consistent. It did not take many visits to make friends with Mom's neighbors. What a precious group of people, Mom has some very dear friends there. [name removed] you are a very special person and my mother spoke of you every time I called her. Keep sharing your gift.

My son chose Arbor Terrace Mountainside because he thought the facility was nicer and closer to my home than other places. The room sizes are small, but it is just enough for what I need. they also have other options on room sizes. The food has gone downhill due to the virus. The red meat has been cut down. I would recommend this facility.

This community has done an exceptional job, the staff is very attentive and they have been very proactive with implementing the quarantine requirements. This community is beautiful and so incredible. The staff was has been friendly and very helpful. Our loved one gets a good value for what they are charging, They have activities like water aerobics and sitting aerobics. She really enjoys the art classes. The food portions are good the quality of the food can sometimes be a hit or a miss, so that could use a little improvement.

I chose The Preserve at Palm Aire because I have a condo in this community. The room sizes are very generous. The food is on par, they have a chef that prepares all the meals. I would recommend the community.

When we first came to visit Harbor Chase we really liked how friendly the staff and the residents were. The rooms were very nice on the assisted living side. They were very spacious and more than adequate, however on the memory care side they were smaller but still adequate. The food in the main dining room was very good, but on the memory care side it was pretty bad, sometimes it would be cold and bland.

Gorgeous community with even better staff. Creative programs with an elevated approach. The residents who live at Atria make it feel like home.

We chose this facility because of the location, the value, as well as the overall offering and quality of the facility. The rooms are good sized, they are more than adequate and they do have other sizes that they offer. I have eaten here and the food is good, they have a good variety and if you ever want something else than what is on the menu, other options are available. I would recommend The Solana Doylestown.

The activities provided weren't living up to what we expected, our loved ones enjoyed the food. She was living in a joint room, that shared a bathroom but had separate bedrooms. it was nice and sunny, it had a nice view overlooking the flowers.

Bathrooms were very accessible for our loved one which we really liked. The rooms were excellent, adequate amount of space. The food was very good. They had movie nights, games and various activities, as well as family gatherings during the holidays.

I would strongly recommend it. I am impressed about the community. The staff seems to be conscientious, it looks great and seems great. They are on lock down due to COVID currently. My loved one is in a studio apartment, which is what she needed and can manage it well.

It is a very stressful time when you have to ask one of your loved ones to go to a new home. My brother and I, who reside outside of NJ, went on a mission to find a great place for our Aunt. We looked all over and were lucky enough to have found Atria Norwood. Not only is it great looking and well kept facility, the people that work there are top notch. They are thorough, attentive and best of all always pleasant to deal with. My Aunt, whom we never thought would be happy other than in her own home, calls everyday to say how thankful she is to be there. Mission gratefully accomplished!!!! Thank you to the great staff at Atria!!!!!!

I would recommend Arbor Terrace Peachtree City. The food is repetitive and the quality is similar to cafeteria food. The room sizes are good.

They have been doing their best to keep residents engaged during Covid-19. The location is great. The staff seems to really care about the residents. The room sizes are great, Large units. They have a storage closet in each unit. The layout of the community is good. The food is average, they do have a lot of menu options.

After much careful deliberation, I decided to move my mom into Atria Glenview's memory care neighborhood. [names removed] and the entire Atria staff were so helpful during the vetting process, providing timely responses to all of our tedious questions. Given COVID restrictions, I was not able to tour the facility in person, but rather virtually, and the facility exceeded expectations once we were there in person to move in. This facility is only 1 year old - clean, spacious, updated, bright, and charming. We went with a shared room but there is a full wall and door separating the rooms with a shared bathroom. These were the best shared rooms I've seen thus far - very bright, new, and spacious. The staff has been wonderful during this transition -- highly recommend to families looking, especially during these uncertain times!

We are very pleased with the care Mom is receiving at Atria Glenview. The personnel have gotten to know my mother as a person and provide opportunities for her to participate in activities that are enjoyable to her. A buzz on my phone may bring an unanticipated but welcome picture of Mom smiling and engaged in some activity. When I have a question, it is answered promptly. Sometimes my Mom's dementia makes her upset, but personnel find a way to respond positively and respectfully. The physical space also is warm and inviting, with an attached, secure outside space.
