It was a beautiful community, just out of our price range.

Arbor Terrace turned out to be a much better situation for our loved one, we are very happy so far. We are very happy with the care our loved one is receiving and they are very good with encouraging our loved one to participate in activities. The community is very clean, and they have been really good with getting our loved one to clean themselves and pick up after themselves. They still assist with a lot, but its encouraging to see the staff would with our loved one. Our loved one is sleeping much better here, and gaining weight they had lost at another community. This turned out to be a blessing and we would recommend this community.

Overall it's been a great experience. My family was very concerned about placing our loved one, especially because she didn't really want to go. She always had the image of abuse in these types of places. But it's been a warm, family environment. She says the people there are very friendly. That's been a huge relief for our family, and we've been very happy. The only issue we've had is we opted to use their pharmaceutical company for her medication, and we question the billing sometimes. It seems on the high side, and they billed her for something we had already supplied. That's been my only concern. I would just recommend that people check very carefully that their billing is accurate.

Our experience has been pleasant and good. The people have been very helpful and very attentive. The food is hit and miss with my loved one, but she seems to love the activities. Her favorite is the live music sessions they offer.

We loved this community. It was total assisted living. There would have been more people who are more like our loved one to socialize with. The price point was much more with no patio was the only downfalls for us. The staff that gave us the tour was very nice.

Our family had an in person tour and just based off the tour we would recommend Arbor Terrace Citrus Park. The community was very clean, and very new. They had a lot of different activities, they had a pool and a putting green. It is also pet friendly.

My mother was a resident of Arbor Terrace for over 3 years. She recently passed away at the facility due to ongoing medical issues. I can not say enough about how great the staff was in caring for her. She was always well-fed (special diet) with a medical staff that was on top of their game. I would strongly recommend a site visit to Arbor Terrace when choosing a home for continuing care for your loved one.

Dogwood Forest is an absolutely gorgeous facility. I appreciated that we were able to do an in person tour with them at the time. One thing that I really liked about it was that some of the rooms had either private or shared balconies. It is a bigger facility so it was more expensive, otherwise this would have been our first choice.

If we ever leave the facility we are at right now, we will be going to Arbor Terrace. We toured the facility and it is very nice and modern. All of the staff members here were friendly and helpful.

I would look into it for sure, for your loved one. My mom is enjoying being there. Everyone is very nice. The community keeps my mom busy. Everyone is good to her and taking care of her. The staff are always very helpful when calling to check on my loved one. My mom loves the food, and always finds something she likes.

Our family had such a great experience, everything there was truly awesome and we would absolutely highly recommend the Arbor Terrace Schrewsbury community to other families and friends.

It was very comfortable, and a wonderful experience for my loved one. I would recommend it. The staff was friendly, and that was most important to us. It was Covid times, but there were still plenty of activities.

We chose HarborChase of Prince William Commons because they gave us a deal on the price and they provided my mom transportation to and from her dialysis procedures. My mom is in a private room here. The location of the facility is really easy to get to, very accessible for the area. I would recommend to others and already have.

The staff members here are very friendly, and the meals are pretty good. They activities are great, everyone there has been vaccinated so they are able to go out and about. It is a little expensive, but the services, friendliness of the staff and their communication is 100 times better then our previous community and completely worth it.

My mom is in the memory care unit and the staff is fantastic and we are very pleased with our experience at Arbor Terrace. They bend over backwards whenever they can and I am so appreciative of the,. The activities provided are great from what I see on the calendar, but my mom does not participate much. The day we moved my mom in my husband had the ribs that they served and he said they were really good. It is a lot of money but I know she is being well taken care of which gives me peace of mind.

Atria Norwood has been wonderful, it has been such a good experience so far. The staff members are excellent, and the give excellent care services. They are all very friendly and very accommodating. They communicate with our family all the time, especially during covid they were constantly sending us emails, texts with pictures of our loved one. They also would call us immediately if something came up.

We found Dogwood Forest of Acworth through A Place for Mom & I would give them 10 stars if that was possible. We moved Mom into the Memory Care Center & could not be happier with our decision. Mom is very active & engaged every day & is the happiest we've seen her in many years. Every staff member from, from the Sales Director & upper management to the caregiving staff, maintenance & housekeeping, the wellness/activities director, concierge, the list goes on-consistently goes above & beyond in providing exceptional service. The property is beautiful & pristine clean. The entire team is extremely attentive, responsive, compassionate & professional & is always respectful, patient, helpful & upbeat. Mom feels safe & is happy in her new home. We sleep better at night knowing she is being well cared for by a group of people who embrace us like extended family. I simply can't say enough good things about DF of Acworth. Our heart felt thanks goes to the entire team. You are all outstanding!

Beautiful facility. Large rooms and wide well lit hallways. Staff has longevity which speaks for itself. Definitely at the top of the list!

The experience there was great, we were very pleased and our loved one absolutely loved the facility. However, the way they handled the covid situation we were not pleased with that. The communication was lacking, and our loved one contract covid, and it took them a few days to realize it. Once the head nurse realized she had it, she called us immediately to get our permission to take her to the hospital. The head nurse went right into action, she was great and wonderful, but the assistance just seemed to kind of dropped the ball. The marketing lady we first met with was also great, it was just how they handled the covid pandemic that was frustrating.
