Not only do I admire my new home but my family does as well. My neighbors and I enjoy playing chess together as well as meals three times per day. The staff is excellent and social. I look forward to many more years here.

My wifes grandfather lived at Barrington and he always seemed happy and well cared for when I went to see him. The place was always clean and the staff so caring and kind that is a 5 Star place in my book..

I moved my mother to Arbor Terrace Highland Park 3 weeks ago. The entire staff has gone out of their way to make my mother feel welcome and comfortable. I am very surprised with how quickly my mother has acclimated to her new environment. My only hope is that she will start to take advantage of the activities offered. In addition, everyone made me, and my husband, feel welcomed as well! Whenever I have a question or a request, it is quickly addressed. I am very happy that my mother is living at Arbor Terrace. I know that her needs, physically and socially, are being met.

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. I have no complaints. All the experiences have been nice with the staff. Any questions I've had the staff have been able to answer my questions on.

I've made so many friends here in a very short time. I love the girls at the front desk. They're always there smiling and wanting to know what you need. All the staff are excellent. They're very attentive to the residents' comments and concerns. They're very accessible, including the director. And you don't see that everywhere. Maintenance will bring packages to your room and take your décor up and down for you. I love the food. Every day there are always so many choices. They have options that are offered daily, like sirloin steak, hotdogs, salads, soups. And then you have your choice of a couple of daily specials. Sometimes they do a buffet. But there's a huge amount of choice. They remember what I like to drink and just bring me my Arnold Palmer. Activities are the best. They have daily activities available on our TV channel, and they post the day's activities there as well. They're having an entertainment lawyer in to speak about Lucille Ball. Previously he's spoken about Gershwin. And I'm a musician, so that's right up my alley. There's a movie every day that airs twice a day. They air Ted Talks and One Day University. They also have a photography floor with a gallery. There's a professional photographer who lives here and started the gallery. He gives talks to the group about once a month. He talked with me recently and agreed to put up some of my work. There are so many cultural and educational opportunities here. There's definitely enough to keep you busy every day. They're never pushy, but there's plenty to do if you choose to. And the activities director is wonderful. They have a car service that takes you places you need to go. The gentlemen who drive us are really good drivers, and it's nice not having to worry about finding and taking an Uber. The activities are one of the best things here, right up there with food and friends. I feel like the cost is reasonable for me, and it actually puts me in better shape than when I was living in my house with all of its upkeep. Lake Worth is a lovely town. I'm able to walk across the street and get my hair done, or get pizza or Chinese food. I've been very happy here.

We toured HarborChase and it is a GORGEOUS facility. The room sizes here were very tiny though and the sales team was a little pushy.

The value I found to be a highlight of the facility. You definitely get value for the dollar spent. The team members actually had personalities. The CNAs and nurses that I was exposed to truly cared for the individual and were patient with family members. The facility, from optics to cleanliness to amenities, is a very nice place as compared to other settings, which can sometimes be institutional. I am a relatively hard scorer on surveys. They did a very nice job. I would say I asked many questions in the interviewing process. I listened to their feedback, which actually lived up to what they said they would do. They had many opportunities for the residents to get engaged if they chose to participate. There was always something going on throughout the day. And they also had, even with Covid going on, some activities that were outside of the building. I would have no problem recommending this facility to anyone. One of our family members mentioned she would go here if she ever needed services like this. They really did a very nice job. There's a lot that impressed me. During the sales process, they were open and honest, and then they really delivered when it came down to my mother living there and situations that arose. They had an empathetic ear. If something needed to be changed a little bit, they worked with the family. There were a couple of very minor hiccups, but you can't expect anything to be prefect. They really did a very nice job. They have a tweener program called Bridges, that bridges the gap between assisted living and memory care. It's a great option for people who are not able to be by themselves in assisted living, but are not yet ready to go into full dementia care. I found that to be very unique, and it fit my mom perfectly. She was able to have the independence of assisted living with the oversight of dementia care. I thought that was so unique. and it worked out very well for her.

My good friend lives at this community. We were neighbors across the street and when she moved to assisted living I would come to visit weekly. At first I was scared for her about the idea of living in assisted living, but I quickly realized that Arbor Crabapple was a lovely place. Always greeting everyone who walks in with a warm, friendly welcome. We would sit outside in the courtyard or participate in happy hour. Though I hope my journey to assisted living is a while off I no longer fear it as I once did. Seeing how well cared for she is makes the notion more acceptable. I actually am looking forward to the socialization I don't get living alone at home. The activities Arbor Crabapple offers are impressive!

Our family had an in person tour and it was a really nice facility but it was just way to large for our loved one.

This is a wonderful community and what makes it so great are the people working there. The team at arbor terrace is so compassionate. They always greet us by name and the ladies at the front desk are the sweetest. My husband and I enjoy visiting his mother every Sunday as we take her out to church and lunch. She has made a few friends who she really seems to enjoy. The socialization was something she wasn't getting in her home, so it's great to see her laughing and genuinely enjoying herself. I can't say enough good things. Keep up the great work!

Everything has been going great so far, it is a very clean and nice facility. What we really liked was on our tour the load who took us around was very honest, straight forward when talking to us about fees and additional fees. Also they seemed well staffed and had a better staff to resident ratio then other communities we looked at. We get emailed every week about what activities are going on. The director of memory care has been awesome, she always keeps great communication with us, very information, patient, and friendly.

The staff members so far have been wonderful, and the people who run the front desk are great. However the administrative staff has had some turnover on top of coping with covid and the laws in the staff, but they are still very careful. Anyone who has had interaction with our loved one so far has been wonderful. The physical therapist has been fantastic. Our loved one is very happy with the meals and dining service so far. No complaints so far about this community, our loved one says the staff are not workers but her friends and family.

Staff is terrific and a great place to live. Meals are delightful, for me this was a great place to move to.

Arbor Terrace Mount Laurel is a beautiful facility and they have a wide range of activities for the residents. They also have multiple categories of different size apartments.

Dogwood forest is an amazing place . [name removed] is definitely an asset to this organization. The facility is so clean , the staff is amazing and the occupants looked happy and satisfied. The organization of this facility is perfect . [name removed] was attentive to my every need and also anticipated my needs . I toured the facility while looking fir my Mother an assisted living facility. I would highly recommend this place
