Synergy has been great! They have been very friendly and always on time. I appreciate their diligence and would definitely recommend to a friend.

Things have gone very well with Synergy Homecare! They've been very accommodating in regards to times changes and scheduling, and the caregivers they've sent have been more than happy to help my loved one with whatever she asks!

Concerned and competent service. They try their best to provide good service and are always available to handle any issues that may arise.

I have not been too terribly involved in the process as my sister has mostly overseen things to make sure mom is getting the care that she needs, but from what I have been able to see and gather, everything with Synergy Homecare of Manhattan seems to be a very good arrangement. I have not heard any complaints and mom seems very happy.

We've had some issues with things not being done like they should be, nothing severe. Things are better and being ironed our with Synergy Home Care.

Overall the service has been good. We've had a few problems, and I feel like I'm on the phone with them more than I need to be, but in general they've been very accommodating about working with us to get the care that my loved one needs.

There has not been any trouble with attendance, they have been very good so far. Our caregiver is pretty good, and it's good. We have a consistent caregiver. Michael the owner, and when I spoke with him on the phone, he was appealing, and knowledgeable, and my mother seemed to like him very much. They are a good agency to work with, my only complaint, or comment, is that I think the aides should get paid more.

They were very helpful in answering my questions when I was considering homecare. They were friendly and patient. They still call from time to time just to check in and see how things are going.

We chose Synergy because we really like what Mark had to say. He is a very hands on person and you can see the passion he has for his job. As the owner/manager he is very involved in helping his company really make it a great experience for his customers. Truly shows he cares about what his company is representing. (I am offsite and only rating overall)

I looked into three companies and Synergy was the best choice for our situation. The staff is really friendly. We are happy with our decision to use Synergy. I am not there day to day with my mom but my brother is and he has told me it everything is going fairly well.

We have been using SYNERGY for about 8-10 weeks now, and the caregivers themselves have all been very good, professional people. However, I am concerned with communication with this company. One of our caregivers called in ill, and we were assured that there would be a replacement. However, the replacement never showed up, and only when we contacted the company, did they tell us that the replacement also called in sick. We have also had a few changes in caregivers, and I hope the newest one will stay on for a while. Anytime we get a new caregiver, I do have to spend a considerable amount of time acclimating them to my loved one's needs, so it isn't very time effective to continuously train new people.

My son decided to help us out after hearing how uncomfortable it was making me use outside help to care for my husband. We used this service for one day then my son took over. Our decision had nothing to do with the agency or the service they provided they were fine for the one day that we used them.The caretaker was professional they arrived on time well prepared to do what was asked and very friendly. It was a personal decision to keep the care giving within the family and not to use outside help. If needed I would use this agency again.

I had a nice interview with this home care agency. The woman that came over to our home was very kind. She was informative, and answered all our questions. The interview went very well, but their prices were to high for our budget.

The caregivers that have been coming to my home have been friendly. The communication has also been good they are always updating with me if i need anything. The caregivers keep me company at certain times. I would recommend them to friends and families their services have been very helpful. They also help at times with some of the grocery shopping that needs to be done.

We like the person who came and sat with Patrice for a couple of days, what I am not too happy with is the fact that I can not get someone to come to the house for 10 to 12 days straight for a 24 hour period. So now I have to scurry around to find a "rehab facility" that I can admit Patrice to for the 12 days that I will be out of town. This requires a whole lot more preparation on our part, doctors visit, chest xray in a very shortened time frame because I was just informed last week that Synergy could not provide the service I am looking for. Will I use them again, yes. But this certainly changes my type of usage for their services.

Working with the caregivers has been good although one caregiver is more efficient than the other. The admin seemed to have things under control with the initial meeting and setting up services but the follow through didn't match up. She provided us with a great caregiver and then told me that she could not fulfill the shift we requested because they didn't want to pay over time. With the switch i was forced to rearrange my work schedule which I really didn't appreciate. The ladies that came were both nice but the admin should get it together! Not sure I'd recommend or not.
