The owner was very kind, accommodating, helpful and professional. The caregivers were great, not intrusive and kindly in their interactions. They were night time caregivers that arrived as I was going to bed and left when I rose in the morning. I was able to sleep thru the night and should my wife get up and start roaming around they were there for her safety without waking me.

The owner was available at all times to speak with us. We were out of the country and they made us aware of what was happening with our mother. They even spoke with my brother and advised him of the situation.

Personable and professional from ownership, nursing to the caregivers. But it is the caring professional that makes the difference. She is dedicated and an outstanding caregiver. Would not trade her for the world.

Synergy is a fine agency that my siblings and and I are very pleased with. From the first conversation with [name removed] I was at ease. Unlike the others that I'd spoken to those agencies were could only link to 4 hour shifts? and we didn't need 4 hrs. Synergy could do 2 which was perfect! Unfortunately at first there was an issue with payment bc of some red tape! They didn't just drop us but instead had patience and understanding. Not to mention the faith based mentality, which is want I wanted and I was the person to search! Synergy is an all around 360 degrees of help! They provided an awesome caregiver who lives close and has been an amazing caregiver for my sister! ????Synergy

Our homecare provider was so compassionate and gentle with my husband during his final days. [name removed] was very sweet and worked with me to show me how to care for him when she wasn’t with us. So very grateful.

They are doing a great job, my dad really likes his care giver . She is very helpful, always prompt, and has fit right in with his daily routine

Drove me to & from dialysis as well as, one time, to Sarasota Airport. What I like the most is their flexibility, willingness to accommodate my last-minute schedule changes AS WELL AS to take me to pharmacy to pick up prescriptions & to the grocery store. I will call upon Synergy again as needed,

Came in as strangers, gained trust and made the situation comfortable. Had a caring spirit. My Medicare advantage plan denied payment reimbursement stating they were not Medicare approved.

So far the staff has been great to work with, we like that we pretty much have the same couple of people come and that is nice We are not having a lot of different people each visit We have them for 4 hours per visit 4 times a week. I would absolutely recommend their services.

I tell my family how much I really like my caregiver. We have fun together. And the care she provides has been excellent. She's just a good person. The whole experience has been very good. It does take a while to get someone, but other than that, once my caregiver got to me, it has been great.

The caregivers were very friendly and did a good job. They were efficient and provided good care. The staff overall was very cooperative and friendly. The only problem at this time is staffing shortages made having consistent caregivers difficult. And that made it hard for me because I had to re-educate people all the time. Plus, I couldn't get the days that wanted. I got the total number of the days, but not the specific days that I preferred.

The owner is very accommodating, friendly, and approachable. I appreciate all that she has furnished for me - she understood what I needed and came through for me. I feel like she was diligent in her search. And the caregivers so far have been great. I don't have any complaints.

The owners were great and they met with us and really wanted to know the needs of our loved ones. The caregiver that they send to us was amazing and became part of the family. I would recommend this service to others.

They have gone above and beyond for our family. The lady we worked with we believe she was the coordinator was just absolutely phenomenal. All of the workers who would show up were wonderful and our parents just fell in love with them.
