We were happy with this service. The staff have been very helpful with getting us a great caretaker. We are happy that she is willing to help with the care that is needed and some househould responsibilities. She does arrive on time when needed. We consider her part of the family. We would recommend this service for other families needing in home care.

We were very happy with this service for my mom's care. The staff here were able to find me a great care taker to assist with taking care of my mom as requested. She was respectful and caring. We found her to be very helpful to our needs . She arrived on time when needing assistance. We would recommend this service to other families wanting care for a loved one.

If I could I would give this staff a 100! They are the reason why I am doing so much better. The therapy they give me is great and the people that they send are always on time and they show me respect. They are so courteous and kind and I could not ask for better people.

I as in need for immediate help for my dad and they were extremely quick and responsive. It went well for us. The aids were wonderful with my dad during their visits. They were an awesome referral. If I need someone in the future, I will call them for their reliable care.

The aide that comes in is wonderful and takes good care of mom. She actually likes them and what they do. They work well together and she is able to get everything done in the time that she has. We could not be happier.

Everything is really good and it has been a temporary fix which was great. It helped us get through the hump until getting my in-laws into a community. Based on what they tell me , they have a time set up and they are happy with the caregivers who having been helping with my mother-in-laws medication and assisting with the care for her. It has been helpful since we are not there and it has worked out

I needed help with applying medication to my skin. I have a caregiver that comes once a week to help me shower and put the ointment on. They are doing a good job for me.

The caregivers that this company provides have all been extremely wonderful and I could never say enough great things about them. The ladies who have came out are [Removed], [Removed], and [Removed] and they have all been angels to my mother. They are very compassionate in there work and my mom has really connected with all of them which is most important. They are very responsive to emergencies and attentive to all of her needs when they visit. I would highly recommend there services for anyone looking into a five star home health care company.

I am happy with the service that I have received here. We like the care takers. that we have gotten here. She is helpful with my mother's needs around the house. and her personal needs. We have found her to be a good active companion to her. She is doing light cooking for mom. The services are a great value and highly recommended.

So far all is well for my mother since she started to receive services from this home care agency. She is pleased with all they have done for her. They help with cooking, cleaning. and personal care. [Removed] from Synergy HomeCare was amazing.She did light housekeeping, mainly my laundry. I felt bad when she did my laundry because my washer and dryer were in the basement and she had asthma so after going down to do laundry she would need to sit down and use her inhaler. She would sit and have long conversations with me, she actually cared about me, when I would stand up to do something she would ask if she could do it for me.

They are very detail oriented and make sure that everything is going well. I will be using them again in the future. Omar and Kimelyn checked in while I was gone and made sure all was well. The aides were very knowledgeable and did a great job.

I was happy with the services provide by this agency. The caregivers were on time and ready. They kept the home maintained and clean. The meals were no problems. This agency just tried to be very accommodating, helpful and flexible. I would use them again and recommend them to another family.

Brooke the owner takes great pride in her business and made my loved one feel very comfortable with lots of compassion. They where always on time when appointments where set. I really enjoyed there services and would use them again if needed.

Synergy HomeCare of Edmond has really great caregivers. At the moment the person that is helping my mother is providing great services. They help prepare healthy meals and make sure the portions are good. My mother likes them to assist her with re-organizing the house and watering the plants they do a great job. I would recommend this place, the caregivers are very friendly and they make sure my mother is safe.
