Synergy Home Health Care

Synergy has been a great help in caring for our mom! They have gone above and beyond to ensure that her care is top notch and that she is happy, satisfied and healthy. During the massive hurricane in Sept 2017 they made sure our mom was evacuated to a safe location that the company arranged with a qualified 24 hour care person. When it was possible to get a flight out, the owner made sure she got on the plane to her destination and then even arranged for her to get home when her house was repaired! Synergy staff are in constant communication with us to update us and to consult about any issues that come up. We are extremely great full for all they have done for our mom.

I love the caregiver that comes out to help my husband and he is great and companionate. He goes way beyond what he needs to do. He is always 10 min early and that's nice. He is well trained. He will do some light housekeeping and some cooking for us. He checks my husbands blood sugar and gets his breakfast. He also helps him shower. I would recommend this agency.

This agency is great they sent out multiple caregivers and they were all on time for the interviews. Very professional and kind to my dad. They at this point will help him run errands and being a companion. They will do some light housekeeping. I would highly recommend this agency.

I'm using this agency for my dad and we wanted a male caregiver and they responded quickly with someone. He stays with my dad on the weekends. They are great at following up with me to make sure everything is OK. They are highly trained and go a step above their training and are excellent. He is patient, kind and polite to my dad. He also helps clean a little like the dishes or if the sheets need to be changed. And he'll fix his food for him. I am so comfortable with this agency.

I interviewed Synergy HomeCare while looking for options for my father, and while we did not end up using their services, I feel they did keep their promises to us. I spoke with [Removed] a couple of times to get information about the service, and I found her to be very helpful. My father decided he’s feel more comfortable in a community, I do feel that Synergy might be a good option for those who insist on staying in their homes.

Synergy is good/considerate. Helped me out in so many ways. Synergy is cooperative and considerate. Synergy works with me when things come up.

Synergy is honest and sufficient, always on time. There is always someone here to take care of me.

We started home care with Synergy on Saturday, Oct. 7. The aids are working 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. They are working out well. Two aids are currently working.

We were happy with the service and the staff was able to get someone to come when needed. We have been happy with the caretakers that have been helpful for the needs for my mom. We like knowing that they are caring and patient. We would recommend the service and the caretakers for good in-home care

It has been wonderful using Synergy HomeCare of Prescott. The caregiver is awesome and we love her. She is on time, happy and ready to help. She helps my mom with getting dressed, taking showers, cooking and supervising the meals with my mom, and she takes her outside. She takes good care of my mom.

We have been very helpful. We liked that they were able to get us the help we need for the care for my mom.We like that they care taker has been helpful and kind. We like that she is willing to help with personal care for my mom. We would recommend the service and the care taker for doing what is takes to help.

Everything is going just great! As far as I have seen, the staff show up on time and they give my father the care that he needs. We have no complaints so far!

We have used Synergy Home Care for almost a month now. It is just what we were looking for.

Thank you so much for all the help you provided. As we live out of the state it was becoming overwhelming as to what our next step would be to help my in-laws stay in their home. While visiting Florida my in-laws and I visited the office of Synergy. My in-laws now have home-care two times a month. I have no complaints about this home care agency. The caregivers are on time and wonderful to work with. They help with whatever assistance we need. They made setting up the service easy and explained everything up front. I would recommend this home care agency.

So far everything is working out well for me with this home care agency. They have been great to work with, and I'am pleased with all they have done for us. The care givers are great. They do a very good job taking care of me, and my needs. It has been a good experience, and I would recommend this home care agency.

Everything is working out very well for my father since he started to receive home care services for the agency. He is improving, and doing very well. All is well so far for my family with this home care agency. We are satisfied overall.
