Synergy Home Health Care

It is a very nice community. It is a very clean area. The staff and residents are very kind. It is a reasonable cost. The care givers are great. There is many different activities.

I have really had a great experience with Synergy Homecare. This was my first experience with having to use a care service, so I was a little apprehensive at first. They were very reassuring and the owners gave me the confidence that the care givers would be great, and they really have been.

I have found the professionalism of Synergy Home Care to be excellent and the caregiver Nathalie who is serving me to be outstanding.

Recently started with synergy and everyone has been super accommodating and patient. They spent a lot of time in helping us understand our needs with our mother and even came by to introduce our caregiver. Our primary caregiver has been wonderful and we are grateful for the help and relief synergy has provided. We did have a couple fill ins when we needed last minute support, some better than others but overall has been such a huge relief for our family and we know our mom is in excellent hands!

Synergy Home Care of DuPage was our choice when my dad was diagnosed with terminal cancer. Met with Mark (the owner), who was extremely attentive and accommodating in our meetings on the care for my father. Unfortunately, the rapid decline with my Dad never gave us the chance to get him home with Mom to live out what short time he had left. I have every confidence that Synergy would have proven the right choice for the care we intended for my father. Very pleased with our experience!

Synergy has done a wonderful job. They had one person that we didn't think was the right fit, but they really worked quickly with us to find someone who was a good fit. We found a very good person that likes to stay long term, and when it's her days off. The accounting and billing have done an excellent job dealing with the insurance companies, and all of their people have been quality people. They had a very quick response to our inquiries, and getting coverage right away.

They did a good job. We didn't have any complaints or concerns. We didn't have any problems with people showing up late or not showing up. It worked out well for us. We only needed them temporarily, but they have met our expectations.

I'm pleased with Synergy home care. They have taken good care of my mother. Staff is always friendly and on time. The services and care they provide is really good.

Our experience with Synergy Homecare has been a good one! Everything has just been above average in general. They're easy to work with, always on time, and the aides themselves have been very friendly.

We had an interview with Mike on Friday afternoon and opted to have one of his staff start with 2 days per week. I am hoping we can convince my Dad to increase the number of days. We were very impressed with Mike and the staff member we met on Saturday. I feel it is going to be a really good fit for our parents.

We really like the person we have. They are a good value for the money! She gets a lot done in the two hours she’s here. I don’t know how we ever got by without her!

They’re very friendly, prompt, and willing to negotiate and they are consistent. Their workers are very dedicated to working. We never had any problems with her showing up for the care of my mom. I trust them to reschedule if they ever needed to. I have the utmost confidence in them.

Overall it has been a good experience working with Synergy Homecare. David Munson, the owner, has been great to work with. He is very responsive to call and communication, and I feel like he put a lot of effort into getting us matched up with someone my loved one with work well with. They really try to be available for any sort of scheduling, and to have replacements available for any sort of scheduling conflicts with your regular caregivers.

I’d give them a seven out of five. I really enjoyed meeting Joel and his wife! They were a perfect fit! They made an effort to match us. I was able to work directly with the home care provider they assigned us. She was able to accommodate any changes I needed to make. They were a huge help! I miss the care giver – she was like part of the family.

I thought they did an absolutely excellent job! It's unfortunate that my loved one just would not tolerate the idea of a home care service. The staff were always pleasant and professional to interact with, and the care they provided was excellent.

I couldn't recommend them highly enough. They helped us though her ending days so well. The dementia was horrible - I don't know what they would have done without them! They also have an inpatient unit at Phoenixville Hospital.

The person who came in to help my mother in law from Synergy Home Care of Orland Park was wonderful. She was on time, very friendly and caring. Definitely a good fit. She provided great companionship for my mother-in-law. She helped her with her physical therapy and exercises. She represented herself and the company well by her clean appearance and positive attitude. We would definitely use Synergy Home Care of Orland Park in the future.

The home care provided by Synergy Home Care is pretty good. They have only been working here at my home for a little over a month so far. They try very hard to provide quality care. They send out different care givers each time and some of them are better than others. They show up well groomed and I feel comfortable with them helping me out. They show up on time and are willing to do whatever I ask of them.

I'am satisfied with the services my wife has been receiving from this home care agency. So far everything is working out well. I know she is safe, and in good hands with the care giver. This is a home care agency I would recommend to my family, and friends. The experience is going well.

We hired Synergy Home Care of Edmond on a short term basis. My Dad came home from the hospital on hospice and we needed care for him at night. Synergy has employees to help in a variety of care. I was pleased with the care of 2 of the 3 employees provided by Synergy. The third employee was nice, just better suited for another situation. Once determined what type of care and initiative was needed for my Dad, Synergy scheduled the appropriate employees. I stress that you, as an employer, need to express your expectations of care so Synergy can send the right person. One detail I would change is the formal assessment; it was too long for my situation. My Dad's condition was my only concern and I didn't want to spend time assessing future needs Synergy can help with. An aspect I appreciated was that Synergy was able to send an employee the day I called them. It helped tremendously. Overall, I'd hire Synergy Home Care of Edmond again.
