Synergy Home Health Care

Very professional yet friendly. Had answers for all my questions but my husband decided on a company closer to his office in case he needed to be in contact with them.

My mother has recently been using the services of this home health company and I am pleased with how things have been going. The staff have been courteous to her needs and all of the caregivers are so professional in there work. They are always on time to appointments and make sure to keep in good communication with me about her progress as well as answer any questions I have. I would defiantly recommend this company to anyone in need of home health services.

I was happy with this service. The staff has been very helpful with getting us the care that we needed. The community is clean. We needed more care than what was needed at the time.

The caregivers that come out to the house have been friendly and on time. They are good companions for my mom. When they came out to set up the service they explained everything up front and listened to what we were looking for. They have been as helpful as they could be. I would recommend this service.

We were only in this area for about a month. But the time that we used their services was good. They kept the appointments never had to reschedule. The caregiver that was sent out was professional kind and caring. I would recommend them.

The care that I received from the caregivers at Synergy was good, but they were not able to accommodate to my schedule. They could not find someone to fill in on the weekends when I needed the help the most.

We had a good experience with this home care agency. I will say it is an expensive agency, but it is worth it. They did provide us with good help, and I was pleased with all they did for us. I enjoy the fact they are willing to work with us, and I would recommend this home care agency.

They seem very knowledgeable and caring. They are very nice and easy to work with. The caregiver they chose to help with my mom is working out well. My mom and [Removed] are getting along very well. Very pleased at this time.

I did get a chance to speak with these people and they have been great. This process has been overwhelming and they are making it easier. The only reason I could not go with them is because they do not have any male caregivers. However, the people answered all of my questions.

The Synergy HomeCare has been very helpful to my family. They have kept my mom company and made her happy. Marisol, the afternoon Homecare helper has been great with my mother, she has been able to relate to her very well. The only complaint i have so far is the morning lady came in with a really bad cold multiple days.

Synergy HomeCare did a fine job. We only used them for a very short bit. The needs of our loved one seem to be constantly changing and this was a short stop in this journey. The agency itself was fine though.

Currently we are going through a transitional period. We are trying to find a good match for my dad's needs. The prior caretaker did a good job. He was physically strong, followed instructions, knew what to do, had an upbeat and good persona, and was on time and never late. My dad liked him a lot.

The staff have been pretty helpful and friendly but it took a little while to find the right caregiver from Synergy HomeCare Phoenix to make a smooth transition. They have been reliable, on time, and have been arriving as scheduled.

I thought Synergy HomeCare did a good job, overall. We used them briefly when my loved one needed to be watched while we were on vacation, and everything went very well.

This is a nice agency and we were okay with the services we received from them. The care givers need to be more knowledgeable about people with dementia. The care givers were not very beneficial to us because my mother would tell them to leave after five minutes of being there. She is doing a lot better now. I would say to anyone looking into home care just make sure you are clear about you loved one care.

So far they are excellent. We have just begun for a month or so. Helpful, caring, prompt. They can be part of your family. We hope we build a great relation as we move forward.

After having Synergy come in and help out with my husband we have been a lot better off. They come in to assist with my husband which allows me to take care off the things I need handle. Everything is going fine they help him with everything and anything like his exercise's for therapy. We are having a pretty good experience just getting use to someone new coming in our home and helping out takes a little time. They are very helpful and I would recommend them.

We had requested specific personnel for my elderly mother and those requests were not met.
