Autumn Leaves of Clear Lake offered a special area for memory care. They had their own enclosed area securing the residents making sure they would be safe. The tour guide was attentive with me and answered all of my questions. I feel that i got all the necessary information about this place.

I am happy with the care that my mom is receiving here. The staff is very caring and patient. The community if clean and well taken care of. I would recommend this for great care for loves ones.

The staff that i met along my tour were nice. I thought The Ivy of Mckinney was a clean place. I would recommend a tour of this place to friends and family. The community was up-kept and very organized. The guide gave me all of the necessary information about the community like meal plans and activities offered.

The community at The Heritage at Twin Creeks is very updated and new. The tour staff were very friendly and took us around the community. It was apparent that they have a very clean facility. They were very knowledgeable and courteous as they explained the services they offered.

Orchard Park of McKinney Assisted Living is a great community. The staff that offered the tour were very friendly and caring. They understood our needs and addressed all of our concerns. The community is nicely kept throughout.It was very tidy throughout. The community just was not the right fit for mom.

The staff are nice and they seem to care and think of this job as more than just a paycheck. The community is clean and it gets our recommendation. My Mother in law let me know the food is pretty good. There is plenty of activities to keep them busy.

The people at The Heritage are nice and helpful. The community looks good and seemed clean. The price points were higher than the community we chose. This is a new community and while we were there it felt like there was no one there.

They had a change in directors when we moved in and the new director is nice. The entire staff are involved with the residents. I would say overall the food is good. This community is quiet and peaceful. The community is clean and I would recommend it.

We looked at many places in the area and chose Autumn Leaves due to the staff. They seemed to truely care about their residents.

The Heritage at Twin Creeks is a brand new community so they are going through some growing pains. The staff are nice and helpful. My dad is doing great and has started participating in some of the activities offered. I would recommend this community.

Overall our experience with Autumn Leaves of Meyerland has been a good one. It's a nice looking, clean, well kept community, and I think the care they provide to the residents is very good. For the most part the staff is friendly and professional, although I do think the head nurse could be a bit more personable.

We like it very much. The food looks very good, they keep the place tidy. They are just finishing painting right now. I would give them a four so far.

My mother has been in this facility for three weeks and has enjoyed it immensely . Three square meals a day and the food is good. I have eaten there twice. She is a social person and has enjoyed making new friends.The facility is in a well-kept part of town and Easily accessible from the 75Highway. Flexibility regarding the level of care is excellent.

This is a new and immaculate facility. The staff is very friendly and attentive to the residents. The price is on the higher end of places that we looked at, but it is also a memory care facility and many of the residents need help eating, bathing, dressing, and toileting, so they do have a high ratio of staff. Whenever I have been there, the activities person is always very busy keeping residents engaged in games and music, and there is always plenty of staff available to help residents and monitor them. I recommend this facility.

Great facility!

I thought they did a nice job overall at Sommerset Assisted living. The facility itself was well kept and clean, and the staff in the assisted living portion were friendly and professional.

Ashley gave us a tour yesterday and was very kind and informative. She followed up with me later that day and the facility was very nice.

I am having issues with her room being cleaned and the trash being emptied daily. That's important. They should also give my loved one a bath more than once a week and change the sheets a little bit more often. Everybody is very friendly. Overall, it was a pretty good experience. I would recommend it. I think they just need to be on top of things to make sure your family is taken care of the way they should be.

We loved this facility and would put my uncle here in a heartbeat; however, his funds would not cover the costs here.

Things have gone well with Autumn Leaves of Meyerland so far, they've been a real pleasure to work with. They were so helpful throughout the whole touring and move-in process, I really don't think we could have done it without them. Our loved one can be very difficult to deal with, but the caregivers here are patient and professional, and have been able to handle things without incident, for the most part.
