Surpass Senior Living

Mom moved into this community about 8 months ago and is as happy as she could be in assisted living. What really has impressed me about this community is how they have thrived during The Covid crisis. My mom is still living largely like she was before. She still gets to go to activities, eat great food and I get to see her. They have a visitation patio where we can sit across from mom and visit for as long as we want to. We have a standing appointment! I am truly happy that mom made this change because I don't worry about her I know she is safe and being cared for We are happy we made the move.

[Name removed] called me on the phone to discuss possible residency, and she asked if we could meet in an hour to take a tour, as she wasn't at the facility currently. She was prompt in arriving and very compassionate! She asked my Mom questions and directly spoke with her about her interests, health and abilities. She said that she could take both My mom (Diabetic - shots required and Dad Chemo Port with no problems). However, the actual rooms were very small. We realized that we would have to buy new furniture in order to move in as their current beds and Couch would never fit. The Villagio seemed to have a large variety of activities, and even had the Local Library come to bring books the residents might be interested in. The Facility was very nice, but we are concerned that rooms being so small would not be as much of a comfort as my Father progresses through Chemo and has to stay away from others if they are ill.

I like this facility because they keep my mom engaged and they take really good care of her. They treat her well and she is happy here. For activities, they offer things like exercise groups, car games, crafts, and baking classes. It’s a very clean and homey environment. Her room is spacious and came furnished. The food is good here but they don’t have a lot of options because it’s for memory care residents and they would be indecisive. I would recommend this facility to other families.

I toured this community for my love one, and her needs. At the time we were looking into hospice care for her, and her needs. My tour went well, and this is a nice community. Everyone was kind to my family, and I. The community was nice, and clean. The staff was polite, and helpful. Our questions were answered, and the experience went well overall.

We liked this facility a great deal and are looking into arranging for Mom to move in here. While we were there, we observed considerable interaction between residents and staff, and were impressed with the layout and design. [Removed], the manger with whom we talked, was very personable and helpful.

My mother is well here in this community. She receiving great care, and everyone has been very kind. I know she is safe, and in great hand in this facility. She is pleased with the meals, and they provide great activities for the residents. Everything has worked out very well.

The care of this community. The staff is caring. I like knowing that she is in a very clean community that she seems to enjoy. The menu is appealing to her with a good variety. They offer her to participate in activiites with the other residents. we would highly recommend that care at this comuunuty for other families for good care and value for a loved one

My tour of this community went well. The community was well maintained, and everything I saw appeared to be clean. The staff I met was kind, and friendly. It was a lovely experience. My questions were answered, and it was a lovely experience overall.

My loved one and I had a lovely experience on our tour of this community. The staff where all very friendly and and took there time to give my mother and I lots of great information on what they had to offer. I was impressed to see all of the residents involved in many of the different activities throughout the building. Overall we have no complaints and would recommend this place.

I had a good tour of this community. It is a nice facility. Everyone was very kind to my family, and myself. The community appeared to be well-kept, everything looked good. It was good experience, but I did find a community that suited my mother needs better.

My father is currently at this community, but we will be moving him soon. The location is to far from my mother's community. Other than the location issue this is a really nice facility. We do like it a lot. The staff is good, they have been friendly. It is a good community, but unfortunately the location is to far for us to travel too. I would recommend this community overall.

The Heritage was a very nice community. It's located in front of a Walmart and the place is very nice. I have a friend who put her mother in here and is very happy. The reason we were not able to move my mother in here is because they were not able to accommodate to her needs. And they were up front about it, which I appreciate their honesty.

We wanted to send my father in law here there just was no space right now. We found that the sales guy and the nurse were very helpful and willing to show us around. We like the layout of the community.

Autumn Leaves of Clear Lake offered a special area for memory care. They had their own enclosed area securing the residents making sure they would be safe. The tour guide was attentive with me and answered all of my questions. I feel that i got all the necessary information about this place.

I am happy with the care that my mom is receiving here. The staff is very caring and patient. The community if clean and well taken care of. I would recommend this for great care for loves ones.

The staff that i met along my tour were nice. I thought The Ivy of Mckinney was a clean place. I would recommend a tour of this place to friends and family. The community was up-kept and very organized. The guide gave me all of the necessary information about the community like meal plans and activities offered.

The community at The Heritage at Twin Creeks is very updated and new. The tour staff were very friendly and took us around the community. It was apparent that they have a very clean facility. They were very knowledgeable and courteous as they explained the services they offered.

Orchard Park of McKinney Assisted Living is a great community. The staff that offered the tour were very friendly and caring. They understood our needs and addressed all of our concerns. The community is nicely kept throughout.It was very tidy throughout. The community just was not the right fit for mom.

The staff are nice and they seem to care and think of this job as more than just a paycheck. The community is clean and it gets our recommendation. My Mother in law let me know the food is pretty good. There is plenty of activities to keep them busy.
