As good as it gets. All of the staff are very accommodating and interested the welfare of those who reside here.

Everyone is friendly. She is very comfortable. I like the live music. The community is clean. Spotless/paint colors are great.

we toured The Addington Place and I didn't particularly love the layout. there were a lot of different hallways with twists and turns, it could easily be confusing for someone in need of memory care. the common and gathering areas for activities was much smaller than I'd anticipated. during our visit we only saw a few residents participating in activities.

we toured Villagio and upon first impression it was good. we did not choose this community because it was too far away.

Our loved one has only been here for a couple of weeks but it is already night and day from our loved ones previous facility. We get pictures of our loved one being engaged - and he is difficult to get engaged. They follow up with phone calls in a timely manner and answer our questions. This is a higher level of memory care facility and they have a great approach. Our loved one is clean and bathed on a regular basis. All of the staff members wear masks, from the management team to house keeping and maintenance.

Our family was able to do an in person tour with The Heritage and while it was still restricted they were very accommodating. We did not notice any fowl smells, they certainly kept it clean and well managed. We were very impressed with this community.

The staff seemed to care about the residence. The staff returned calls quickly when we left a message. I would recommend this community to others The community was neat and clean and well maintained

They take really good care of our loved one at The Addington, they are on top of him and really work well with his health issues. He has started to go down hill very quickly because he has dementia and Parkinson's. We also have long term hospice there watching over him, which makes us feel good since its like an extra pair of eyes. They are just really on top of his care.

The facility itself is very good, and the inside is very clean and very pleasing to look at. The rooms are arranged well and decorated well. The rooms are easily accessible and we would recommend this community to others.

It has fantastic value for what you get . We visited many places and for what you get, it is great. I wish they had more services like more activities for residents with different capabilities being it is a memory care. They are staffing issues but they are making improvements in that area. They are adding a transportation vehicle which will be nice. I would recommend this community to other families. I think the care is great. The staff are incredibly friendly and willing do to anything tat they can for the residents.

Mom moved into this community about 8 months ago and is as happy as she could be in assisted living. What really has impressed me about this community is how they have thrived during The Covid crisis. My mom is still living largely like she was before. She still gets to go to activities, eat great food and I get to see her. They have a visitation patio where we can sit across from mom and visit for as long as we want to. We have a standing appointment! I am truly happy that mom made this change because I don't worry about her I know she is safe and being cared for We are happy we made the move.

[Name removed] called me on the phone to discuss possible residency, and she asked if we could meet in an hour to take a tour, as she wasn't at the facility currently. She was prompt in arriving and very compassionate! She asked my Mom questions and directly spoke with her about her interests, health and abilities. She said that she could take both My mom (Diabetic - shots required and Dad Chemo Port with no problems). However, the actual rooms were very small. We realized that we would have to buy new furniture in order to move in as their current beds and Couch would never fit. The Villagio seemed to have a large variety of activities, and even had the Local Library come to bring books the residents might be interested in. The Facility was very nice, but we are concerned that rooms being so small would not be as much of a comfort as my Father progresses through Chemo and has to stay away from others if they are ill.

I like this facility because they keep my mom engaged and they take really good care of her. They treat her well and she is happy here. For activities, they offer things like exercise groups, car games, crafts, and baking classes. It’s a very clean and homey environment. Her room is spacious and came furnished. The food is good here but they don’t have a lot of options because it’s for memory care residents and they would be indecisive. I would recommend this facility to other families.

I toured this community for my love one, and her needs. At the time we were looking into hospice care for her, and her needs. My tour went well, and this is a nice community. Everyone was kind to my family, and I. The community was nice, and clean. The staff was polite, and helpful. Our questions were answered, and the experience went well overall.

We liked this facility a great deal and are looking into arranging for Mom to move in here. While we were there, we observed considerable interaction between residents and staff, and were impressed with the layout and design. [Removed], the manger with whom we talked, was very personable and helpful.

My mother is well here in this community. She receiving great care, and everyone has been very kind. I know she is safe, and in great hand in this facility. She is pleased with the meals, and they provide great activities for the residents. Everything has worked out very well.
