The apartments here are very nice and cozy. The staff is warm and helpful and they are constantly going above and beyond the call of duty for all of the residents and their families. Very comfortable place, but the food could be better.

The staff is pretty nice at Madison Meadows . My dad is not used to be by himself in an apartment. He is adjusting but is resisting the adjusting. He has made a few friends. He is not used to not being able to get out on his own. There is room for improvement with the care. The staff forgot to give him Saturdays medication. I called them out on it and they said that they ran out. Well, I gave them a prescription that would last 3 months. [removed] Also I told them to give his medication between 7 and 8 in the evening because he will fall asleep soon after and they gave me attitude about it. They are doing it but they have a couple of medical assistance that are nice but do have an attitude. They could use more activities and variety of activities here. The food is good. Overall it is a very nice facility. I would refer people here. They just need to work out a few kinks.

At Quail Ridge the one problem that I've had so far is the same thing that we had with the assisted living. She saw the doctor and had an evaluation and getting the evaluation to us has been slow. The staff haven't been very good at keeping us up to date on things. I've been a little not as pleased at them not getting back with me. I still need doctor reports and her care plan. Since this is a dementia/Alzheimer's facility I was hoping they could do more individual things. What I'm finding out is it's more groups and mom is not a group person. I would like her to have her photo album and look at pictures and the staff acted like they could only do that in a group setting. I'm sure they don't have as many personal aids. I would like to see the ratio of residents to aids increased. Those patients need that attention. Everyone at this facility is wonderful. Kendra is great at responding to me. I know they are working on things.

The Quail Lodge a very nice place to be I have had a wonderful experience and I rate this place a 5+! This place very excellent, and clean. I feel the staffing is attentive and very helpful to my needs. And the services provided having been excellent.

I know that they are exceptionally friendly. They reach out a lot. The place was clean. My dad really liked the food. I would say his experience there was really good. It was probably the best we could have expected from a care facility.

The grounds at Waterford Terrace are well cared for and maintained quite nice. The management and staff are all very nice people. The price could be more reasonable but you get what you pay for, although I do think they could offer a little more. They offer nice activities but mom doesn't participate. They could do better on house cleaning. The staff need to be more thorough, they do very little dusting. They have now implemented a room service fee come September 1st and I think the price seems outrageous. Overall I am pleased but I do think they could do a little better especially for the prices.

It is hard to judge right now because they are in a transition, so that has been difficult just knowing how the place is going to be after it is done. Overall though, it has been very good, but there's just the feeling of it being up in the air right now.

I toured here when I was was looking at options. The place was nice, I liked the decor and the atmosphere. It seemed like a pretty active community. It's not the place we chose, but I liked it.

I am living at Summerfield Retirement Estates and it is going well. They have a very good transportation system that I take advantage of. The food they have here is very good as well. The people are all very nice and friendly. I have only been here a few weeks, but so far things have gone well. It has been a bit of an adjustment for me, but all in all it has gone well.

My mother has been enjoying it so far in the time she's been there!

The location is very accessible and clean. The [physical buildings themselves need some TLC in little spots--but not pervasive. Watch corners; need to cover the corners with clear plastic to prevent wheelchairs from knocking off the plaster. One of the repainting jobs did not look as though it was sanded and primed prior to the repaint. However, it was super, super clean! The staff was wonderful!!! Food was great!

We toured this community while looking into senior living options for a loved one. I thought Creekside Pines was a very nice looking place, and it was somewhere we were considering for our loved one. The staff we met were friendly, and the place was clean and well kept. However, my loved one was getting to the point where she would need daily assistance, which is not something they provide here.

The managers at Deer Park are wonderful, and always available to answer any questions or help out in any way they can. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well. The residents all seem very happy. The only are of improvement that I can think of would be with the food. Specifically, they need to have more fresh vegetables.

Rural location, very nicely decorated, very roomy apartments. Soda shop with jute-box and lots of activities. Transportation provided.

Loved the architecture and the views. Good dining experience.

We visited this community while looking into senior living options for a loved one. This seemed like a nice place overall! The facility was well kept and clean, and the staff all seemed very friendly and professional. They also appeared to have a good variety of activities and services to offer the residents.

I enjoyed my visit. Mona Fletcher showed me the model apartment and gave me a tour of the facility and grounds. She also introduced me to some of the residents. I enjoyed sitting with Molly, one of the residents, at lunch. The facility is clean with friendly residents and staff.

Everything is going well. I'm not close by, but there haven't been any major concerns or complaints so far. He seems to be pretty happy with it.

Very clean, staff and residents were very welcoming during our tour. This facility is a strong contender for our parents. It's truly independent living with add on services as needed (with extra fees). The building was originally built for an Embassy Suites hotel, but it was sold before it was fitted. Thus, the interior courtyard style. Liked the meal program. I cannot give 5 stars because it lacks outdoor space/ trails, which are important for my father.

Very nice but due to cost, semi private was the only option.
