We had a good tour of this community. Everything went well, and everyone was very kind. The community looked good. They do a good job with the cleanliness.All my questions were answered. The staff was kind, and informative. The experience was a nice one.

Our experience with Ashley Gardens was a short one, and somewhat mixed. The facility itself is very nice. It was always very clean, the staff was friendly, and the food always looked good. However, there were a few instances relating to my loved ones care that I think they could have handled better. He fell once or twice while he was there, and I was not notified. I only found out when I saw him during a hospital visit.

The staff at this community were nice when we visited. The community seemed clean and they did offer activities. This community is a non smoking community and this would not work for us.

Fills my every need. I really enjoy living here.

Great place for this time of my life, great staff, good food, great fellow residents!

I have found my apartment to be very comfortable, with the housekeeper doing a superior job. The CNA's are friendly and helpful. The activities that are planned for the residents are varied and interesting. The dining room is always clean and inviting, however the service is often poor. The CNA's apparently are not trained in fine dining service and/or often understaffed. The food is adequate.

Loved the feel of the continental, added care options, plus the amenities, balconies, views and price seem like the perfect place for my mother.

I would defiantly recommend this community to anyone looking for a clean and well maintained assisted living for there loved one. I had taken a tour for my grandmother and thought this facility was just lovely. All of the staff was so welcoming and patient with us. It was just too far of a drive for the family and I to get to my grandmother.

I toured this community for my mother and her needs. The tour went well, and they were very kind to my family and I. The community from what we saw appeared to be well maintained, and clean. The staff was friendly and nice.

I only went to The Gardens to inquire information and they were just too expensive. The people at the front desk seemed friendly. The place was clean and looked very good. No one ever reached out to me, though.

We are very pleased The staff is very kind and they are always smiling and willing to assist. The food is great. I like that they offer transportation so that dad can get back and forth to appointments. I also like the activities that they have, the volley ball, and the movie night. Also overall the community is very clean.

We had a nice tour of this community. Everybody was very kind and welcoming. The community looked very cozy and homey. From what I saw everything was nice and clean. The staff was informative and answered my all questions. It was a lovely experience, and this is a kind community.

In the process up pricing a community for my mother, Hammond Glen was the most welcoming. James is a true Asset. He answered all our questions honestly. He seemed to know his residents & employees. He is an excellent first face for Hammond Glen. He is a very strong employee. Need to update the lobby to be truly competitive.

Intimate facility where staff seems to know everyone by name. Apartments have kitchens, some with washer/dryer. Outside parking. Variety of activities offered. Food OK.

My mother is still getting adjusted to this community, but so far we are pleased with her move here. Everybody has been super friendly and accommodating. The community is very nice looking, they do a great job with the cleanliness. They have a very understanding staff, and they are very kind. I know she is safe and in good hands here. This is a community I would recommend, it has worked out great for us here.

We liked the option of a two bedroom cottage so much we are moving in! The staff has been very helpful and friendly and the location is terrific. We also like the feature of assisted living on the premises as needed. We aren't ready for assisted living yet, but like knowing help is there. It will be great having 3 meals and housekeeping - I'm ready for a break from all that after many years of cooking and cleaning and maintaining a home. We love the option of staying at Holiday facilities around the country when we travel. This is a big adjustment for us, but I think and hope we've found the place we'll be happy for several years. Oh, yes - can't forget being able to have our pets with us (a requirement for us) and covered parking spots.

It is going good for my mom. She likes her room and opens out to the community. The layout is like an atrium, it's similar to a hotel. They have activities like bible study, Jeopardy, trivia games, and brain teasers. The meals have improved since the beginning, it was not the best at first. She has outside help coming to her and they have had no issues with the community. Doug from A Place For Mom was really good and so helpful.

The staff has not been keeping up with informing me of my loved ones needs. I would have to ask them. Other than that they are really nice and pleasant to be around. The community is kept clean and they offer good activities for my loved one. I would recommend them to family.

This is a great community for good care. We are happy with the food, but we would like to see more of a home setting and not a restraunt setting. The dining area needs to be cleaned a little better after meals. More activities should be available for others. Great value and highly recommended for others and loved onces.
