Older facility. Nice staff.

So far everything is going well. They are taking good care of my mother. It is a nice looking facility, very well maintained. The staff is very great, they are helpful and kind. There are many activities offered. The food is nice. Overall I know she is being cared for well and I would recommend it.

My tour of this facility went very well. It is a very nice community, from what I saw everything is well maintained. The staff was nice and informative during the tour. The food is great, they offered us a meal. My mother just wanted a community with more activities offered. Overall it was a pleasant tour.

Our experience with The Clairmont has been a positive one, so far. We're very satisfied!

Overall I think they do a good job at Dunwoody Pines. It's a nice, clean place, the people who clean the individual rooms do a great job! They were also very helpful helping me get things set up when I moved in. I've also been very impressed with the food and meal service, the servers are awesome! One complaint I have is that the air conditioning can be very loud, when it turns on it sounds like a jet taking off!

Nice place but Independent Living only no Assisted Living there..

My dad has only been there a week and is adjusting to his new life. He did have an issue with the dinning part but with a quick email to the facility they were on it and taking care of his issue. But as of now he does love it there so far.

The staff and the menu are excellent. All staff are upbeat and helpful. Food is wonderful. The inside could use some renovating like new carpet and scrape popcorn off ceilings and new lighting chandelier in foyer.

My Father In Law is there. We live in another state, but as far as we know and can tell, things are going fine at Desert Rose. So far, we do not have any complaints with the facility or the staff there.

Things are going pretty good. I would like to spend less money every month. I did this to appease someone in my family. I want something a little less expensive. I just hate to be paying this much when I could be at home.

I toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. The facility was well kept and clean, and all of the staff I met seemed friendly and professional. We ended up selecting another community, but this is somewhere I would have considered as an option for my loved one.

The staff is very friendly and the food is good. The apartments are very nice and cozy. We absolutely love this facility.

We have not used the care services. They do not have that many offsite places and they only take them, unless they request it. They have bingo night and card games.

Overall I've liked what I've seen any time I have visited The Clairmont! It's a clean, nice looking facilty, and the staff is friendly and professional. They've been around quite a while, and they've got a great reputation!

Me knowing that my grandma is well taken care of and has friends and things to do here helps all of us know that she is great.

My loved one had a little trouble in the beginning, but it was not too bad. So far everything with The Continental has been fine. I really can not complain about anything in regards to the place or staff.

I liked everything I have seen so far.

It's not very big. There is no place to go walking. Noisy. On freeway.

I think overall it's been a very good experience. The staff has been very friendly to me. There haven't been any hidden fees, nothing is perfect, there have been times when we have eaten and not been completely happy. They are very religious with getting the room clean and keeping the linens fresh. They have repainted and refreshed several areas of the community. They are really good about responding to any issues or questions that have been brought up. They are in the process of bringing in new live in assistants. There has been a lot of turnover in the staff, in the six months we have been there, they are very friendly and do a good job, but there is a lack of consistency. I feel like they always stop and give me their full attention when I see them or ask a question, but when she talks to them she says she feel like she is interrupting. They are good about upkeep and maintenance and even painted for us, but it's not always consistent, and it takes a bit of time to get something fixed, and you might have to tell them more than once. When the mail comes in and you don't have room for a package or magazine, it just gets laid on a table, and sometimes those things can get taken, it would be nice to have a way for them to keep them. Overall if anyone ever needs a place I always tell them to go here. A list of services, and amenities offered and how to access them would be wonderful.
