They have an issue right now with a water leak in the kitchen and it's starting to become a serious problem. The place is wonderful other than that and I don't know why they haven't stepped up and made the repair.

Our experience with Hammond Glen has been a good one, so far! The staff has been very friendly, and they really go out of their way to make the residents feel comfortable and at home. The facility itself is clean and well kept, and they provide a variety of activities and amenities, as well as good food.

We toured this community while looking into senior living options for a loved one. Madison Meadows seemed like a very nice place overall, I was impressed by what I saw on the tour! The facility was clean and well kept, and all of the people we met seemed friendly.

They have a very helpful staff! Also, my mom wants there to be more consistent bingo games since they cancel if there's less than two people. Also, the beautician is very strict about her hours, so if she works on four residents and you're fifth in line, you won't get service; several times I've had to take her to a salon rather than her getting her hair done there.

My mother-in-law is staying there; it's gone well so far and no complaints that I can think of.

The Gardens at Brook Ridge is a brand new facility so it's very clean. Everyone is nice, friendly, and welcoming. They are doing a good job. They have a few rough edges that they are working out. The activities that they offer are not very well attended. My loved one has been in there 5 weeks. I eat lunch with her everyday and get to see the place very well. The Gardens at Brook Ridge is a really nice place.

My mother in law is very happy there. I have only been there a couple of times. It's very well run. Everyone is friendly. The residents also seem to like it. I'm glad that my mother in law in very happy there. The facility is always very clean. The staff seems to be very accommodating and helpful. Everything has been going very good. I just can't rate the value because I am not sure about that. It is not applicable.

I think they do a fabulous job at Creekside Pines. For what you pay you get some top notch service and amenities! The facility is in a beautiful location, and it is always clean and well kept. The staff is courteous, friendly, and they treat the residents like family! I can't say enough good things about the food, every time I've tried it I have been impressed! It is also a very active and younger feeling senior community, which was important to my parents. I would highly recommend Creekside Pines!

So far the experience with The Gardens at Brook Ridge has been very good. They have been very attentive and friendly both to my grandmother (the one who is living there) and the rest of the family. They are extremely sweet, very caring, and do a great job.

The Dunwoody Pines is a beautiful place. The facility was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This was a very beautiful community. The place was nice and clean. Everyone was friendly.

My sister moved in a week ago. So far, the experience for her has been 100% positive. The staff and management are attentive and helpful, and the residents are similarly friendly and eager to make her feel welcome. The apartment is quite nice, and the food is excellent. She might eventually opt for a larger apartment since she was accustomed to a fairly large house prior to moving to Austin. If you are planning to move to any senior community and need to downsize, devote a lot of attention to it before you move too much stuff into a smaller space! Soon as she is settled in, I know she'll begin to enjoy many of the activities and outings. The Continental is a lively place located in a greenbelt area. My sister enjoys the variety of birds and small animals visible from her back windows and balcony. Overall, I'm pretty sure she is going to be very satisfied with her choice to live at the Continental.

This was the best thing we could have done for our mom, so she can be more independent and on her own. She loves it there and has made so many friends and enjoys all the activities they provide each day for them. I live in Colorado away from my mom and other family and it's so great to call her and hear how happy she is. My sister and I just wish we would have known about this place sooner. The only draw back is she pays for meals she can't eat because she's on a TPN and they won't give her a discount for it. Other than this we are very happy with the staff and how well she and the family is treated every time we visit. :o)

We drove by Quail Lodge several times and never thought that we could afford it since it is so nice and beautiful. He was staying at another place and we decided to check out Quail Lodge after his rate went up at the other place. To our pleasant surprise it turns out they do so much more for even less! The place is so warm and inviting. I am so thoroughly impressed with everything that they do and the prices that they charge. The food is great, the staff is great, everything about it is really great!

The staff is great. They are extremely helpful. They are available at all times. My dad is the one that lives there. He raves about the food and what's going on there. He just loves it there. We have had a great experience here.

A wonderful place. Has everything a person could need need but does not fit our budget.

I moved my father into Dunwoody Pines to be closer to his family when he entered hospice care. The staff, accommodations, food, third-party care team were all amazingly supportive and helpful during a difficult time. The property managers never made me feel like my requests were a problem for them... I really can't emphasize how above my expectations this team and facility went.

The Continental is an excellent community. We are very happy and satisfied. I rate this community 5 stars across the board. Everything is going well. I would recommend The Continental.

My experience with the Garden Way Retirement Community has been very good. This is a nice place to live. Overall, I think this is a very nice community and I would recommend it to anyone searching for assisted living.

It has been great. The Waterford Terrace is excellent. My father is very happy here. Everyone has a positive attitude. This facility runs very smoothly. The food is excellent. I would highly recommend this assisted living community. This has been a great experience.

So far it's great. We are really happy with them. It's working out well. I would rate them very highly so far, and give them a five out of five.
