We love it. Mom has made so many new friends.

My friend is still taking some time to adjust to the community but that is to be expected. She seems to like it so far, and I enjoy the community as well. It is really nice here. The place looks great and is very clean and nice. The staff has been nice and helpful to us with everything, very accommodating. I've been a couple of times to have dinner with her and the food is great. There are activities offered here for the residents and the staff does a good job getting them involved. Would recommend this community to family and friends.

Desert Rose is a gorgeous community, the building is beautiful. It's really nice, wonderful, I like it a lot. My father likes that it's an apartment, not like a nursing home. He is doing real good there, doing pretty good adjusting. He's not thrilled but he wouldn't be with anywhere other than home. But he does like it there, he's comfortable there. The staff are very helpful, super friendly, they go out of their way to make sure things are going okay. I would rate the friendliness of the staff higher than a five if possible. The food is really good. One of the cooks is a chef at a local restaurant, it's quality food, a lot of fresh vegitable and fruits. He is not a big social person but there are a lot of activities and things going on. They have musicians come in, have fashion shows, there's a movie every Saturday.

The Harrison Regent community is wonderful! They went above and beyond before my father even moved in. While he was still in the hosptial, staff from The Harrison would come in to check on him and stayed on top of his care, and they even brought him cookies once. Their extra care and attention before he even moved in helped make the adjustment easier on him when he did move in. The staff at the community is super great, always willing to help, they keep me up to date on my father's care and if there is anything he is doing or not doing. He is the youngest in the facility. I do wish he'd participate in activities but that's just not how he is. His apartment is accessible from the street. The grounds are well kept. It is an affordable community.

Mom has been in the Assisted Livng portion of the community for a short time now and things seems to be going really well for her. The place is truly amazing and if I could live there myself I would. The food is so good she doesn't think she'll be losing any weight and the staff are great! I'd recommend.

Ed and Mona were great. The staff was courteous and the building was clean and welcoming.

great place. my husband has been there since Jan1, 2016. The staff are caring and friendly and the food is amazing and fresh. Atmosphere in dining area is always upbeat.

After moving to the Harrison me and my husband couldn't be happier. Everything is going great for us and we love it. The staff is very friendly and nice and the community itself is very clean. They have really taken the stress off my husband and myself worrying about him. The food is really great my husband said its like banquet every time we eat so he loves the food. I've par taken in some of the activities which I enjoy. We have already recommended this community to our friends and will continue to recommend them they are great !

My father in law has been here since July 2015. He has one bedroom apartment which meets all of his needs. My wife and I go by to see him at least once a week and all things considered, he loves it and we love it. - every member of staff is awesome, from leadership to every support person we have encountered. Very friendly and committed to making every experience a good one. The executive director seems to set the tone here. They must do a great job hiring and then training. For example, we have met new dining room staff when they were hired and witnessed how they really caught on fast. So nice and helpful. The head maintenance man deserves incredible kudos for keeping so many people happy with his workload. We like the weekly cleaning service and the washers and dryers on each floor are pretty nice. - friendliness seems to be contagious here, a natural part of the culture and that is also obvious with the residents. We enjoy talking with anyone we run into when we are there and it's great to join them for a meal in the dining room when we get a chance. Good price for a quality visitors meal. Residents seems to like to look their best when they are out and about the facility which contributes to the positive atmosphere, in our opinion. - location is great for shopping, restaurants, doctors and an awesome new hospital 5 minutes away. Transportation is provided for those without cars and the driver is great, and once again, very nice. - social activity options are incredible. Parties, special meals, ice cream socials, exercise classes,,drop in musical talent,,charitable fund raising activities, bingo and most notable is the WII bowling league. Stopping by to watch the action is very entertaining. Bible studies and onsite church service on Sunday is an important option and very good. Residents have committees and meetings to discuss ideas for future options. It's nice to have so many options but no pressure to do any of it. - we just took advantage of some of the referral information that management has developed and we were very impressed with the Elder Care attorney they told us about to make sure we were covering the necessary bases for future possibilities. For residents that eventually need more care, They are very aware of the assisted living options in the area. They also have a list of drop in care givers such as Visiting Angels. Overall, we find this facility to be an option that probably brings out the best in most of the residents and possibly delays the need for the next stage of care. The benefits of great food, great environment and the consistent physical, mental, social and spiritual stimulation cannot be measured, but it's obviously working out great for my wife's father and it also appears to be the case for many of the residents we have talked to. -

I had to make the decision to move Mom into assisted living to ensure that was in safe and secured environment. We made the decision to go with Belleview and so far I'm impressed. The staff seem to be very genuine and helpful and Mom has made some friends along the road.

This is a five star facility, as five star can be! We moved Mom in about a year ago. She is not a big social buff, however, the employees and staff have continually reached out to her and made this her home. I am so impressed with Sadek [removed]! He was our first contact on our initial visit, as community director. He now leads the management team as general manager and continues to do an exemplary job. He is kind, intuitive, thoughtful, professional, motivated, and well suited for this occupation. A true leader. If anyone is looking for a place to land Mom or Dad, or both, you owe it to yourself to get acquainted with Sadek and his staff, and take a tour of this superbly run facility. A big thanks to all of the staff members who take the time to personally get to know the residents. It is greatly appreciated!

The facility itself was great. I like the room size they have at the facility. Great common areas. Staff is great and overall, it was just a great fit for my mom. Great Place. Great facility.

Waterford Terrace is great. Mom has only been there two weeks, but likes it. The Staff and Mgt. are excellent. It is a retirement or independent living place. Like an Apartment building for old people with food and activities. No doctors or nurses. Most of the residents are fairly independent and agile....happy folks.

The staff made the adjustment of moving here go smoothly. They are very helpful and attentive to the residents. The facility itself is warm and cozy and it is always immaculate. There are lots of amenities and activities and the food is great.

I think that it has worked out real well. The signing-up process went pretty smooth and there were a couple of glitches, but they contacted me right away and worked things out and so I would definitely recommend it.

This is a very nice facility with lots of amenities. The staff is great here. They are caring and very attentive to the residents. The facility is nice and clean. The food is actually decent too. Overall, this is a very nice place.

Best decision I ever made for my mother. When I called A Place for Mom, I was blessed with Camille, who from the start of the call began to assure me everything is going to be ok, Camille was extremely knowledgeable and had appointments set up for me the next day. Although once I stepped foot into Brook Ridge , met the incredible staff, saw the beautiful and cleanliness of the entire building, I needed to look no further. My mother is happy and made a lot of friends. The staff is like family, they make it one of their many priorities to know all the tenants name. The meals are superb and portioned plentiful. Yet with the amenities they have given my mother a genuine sense of independence. All of the staff from the management to the maintenance are always smiling and make eye contact with a warm greeting the second you enter the door. I am so grateful that I don't have to worry about my mother through out the day, is she ok? Has she fell? Between her new friends and the staff if they don't see her at the meal times someone checks on her. I highly recommend Brook Ridge Retirement Community for anyone's parents. I could go on forever, but if anyone would like to speak to me personally, I would be honored to do so.

The food could improve. The only complaint I have is the food at times can be good and at other times can be bad. There needs to be a consistency with the food.

It is wonderful at The Clairmont. We just love it there.
