This is a very nice facility with lots of amenities. The staff is great here. They are caring and very attentive to the residents. The facility is nice and clean. The food is actually decent too. Overall, this is a very nice place.

Best decision I ever made for my mother. When I called A Place for Mom, I was blessed with Camille, who from the start of the call began to assure me everything is going to be ok, Camille was extremely knowledgeable and had appointments set up for me the next day. Although once I stepped foot into Brook Ridge , met the incredible staff, saw the beautiful and cleanliness of the entire building, I needed to look no further. My mother is happy and made a lot of friends. The staff is like family, they make it one of their many priorities to know all the tenants name. The meals are superb and portioned plentiful. Yet with the amenities they have given my mother a genuine sense of independence. All of the staff from the management to the maintenance are always smiling and make eye contact with a warm greeting the second you enter the door. I am so grateful that I don't have to worry about my mother through out the day, is she ok? Has she fell? Between her new friends and the staff if they don't see her at the meal times someone checks on her. I highly recommend Brook Ridge Retirement Community for anyone's parents. I could go on forever, but if anyone would like to speak to me personally, I would be honored to do so.

The food could improve. The only complaint I have is the food at times can be good and at other times can be bad. There needs to be a consistency with the food.

It is wonderful at The Clairmont. We just love it there.

We're very pleased with how things turned out at Quail Ridge! I looked at quite a few communities in the area, and this one really stood out to me as being a great place for memory care. The facility itself is very nice looking, brand new, and extremely well equipped. The staff is friendly and caring, and they really seem to understand the residents and the issues they face. I highly recommend them!

I have been living here about 6 weeks. The apartment is lovely, the people are nice. The meals are also excellent.

The food here is the best I have ever had, and they have dedicated themselves to making sure the food is excellent. It is like dining in a fine dining establishment everyday. The activities here seem appropriate for the patients here. The only thing that I would complain about is that the place is supposed to be an Independent Living Community and there are quite a few people here that seem to need Assisted Living with wheelchairs at the dining table and what have you.

I have been very appreciative of the friendliness I experience at Harrison Regent. The staff is always interested and helpful toward me. The residents are very sociable. It is like family; they watch out for each other. There are always activities going on all day. The food needs some improvement but most times is good. There needs to be more parking available for visitors. When I was searching for a place they showed more interest in me than others. I had a more positive vib in general here when I visited than with other places. The residents saw I was investigating and commented I would like it here and I do - definately. I have snuggled in and feel good.

Joann was great, very friendly. I thought this facility was lovely.

I have only one complaint - too much salt in the food. The barly soup yesterday was not eatable for me, there was so much salt in it. I would like to see more live food in the salad, more green. Iceburg lettuce has little to no food value. More Live fruit choices other than apples, oranges and bananas to take to my room. I love the staff here. EVERYONE is so pleasant and helpful. The food is good and plenty of activities. The overall attitude of the residents is a comfort to me.

The complex is attractive inside and out. The people are friendly, the management aims to please, and the food is excellent.

We looked at a number of facilities before choosing The Verandah and it really stood out as the best. They seemed to go out of their way to answer any questions and do anything they could to help us out.

This was a couple of years ago, but from what I can remember it was a pretty good facility. The staff was excellent and the care of the residents was great too. I don't recall having any problems here.

She seems to be doing well at Madison Meadows. They have plenty of activities to participate in. The food is good and she is eating well. It's clean and the place always smells good. The staff are friendly. The activities person has been inclusive and very nice. The staff are always on top of things. Its convenient for me. She is getting used to it and enjoys it. They could use some paint and maintenance on the outside. They bring people in to play the play the piano and guitar. It is more independent so it may not be for everyone but so far we are liking it.

They are awesome at The Harrison Regent. The staff there are just like family there. They are really welcoming and my mother feels great. My mother did have a fall and is currently in rehab for it. The staff have been checking up on her and really have been concerned. The food s really good at this facility. It is just like being in a family environment. Mom says she feels like she is living in The Hilton. They had a luau recently that was really fun. There are plenty of activities she can participate in. The only negative I would mention is there is an odor at the facility that I don't like, it seems like maybe the carpet needs replacing or cleaned. Overall everything has been wonderful here.

They were really good at Desert Rose. The reception from the staff of the incoming people was just excellent. The communication was crystal clear. They made you feel welcome there. The residents were wonderful also. It is a place I would like to live myself. Unfortunately it just didn't work out for the patient to be there. It had nothing to do with the facility though. It is just an excellent place.

It is five stars at Creekside Oaks. The manager gets an A+. The staff are very friendly. The facility is extremely nice. I have no complaints on this place. It was just an outstanding experience here. Everything went really well.

I have only been here a month but I love it at Creekside Pines. The cleanliness is excellent. There are more activities than you can even do. They keep you busy and the activities director is wonderful. My apartment is larger, more attractive, and it is less expensive than when I lived at [community name removed]. The manager has been here 4 years which is telling. You get three good meals a day and you can order as you please. I get housekeeping every week and cable is included. It is wonderful and such a great value compared to the last facility I was at.

You get fantastic value at The Harrison Regent. I cant believe how much the managers are so involved in everything. We had a birthday party there in the dining room recently and one of the managers actually served us. I thought that was just really neat!

The place is really as good as advertised. It clean and very friendly. Everybody tries to accommodate you as much as possible. Lots of things to do and the residents are super friendly as well. I would refer to anyone. Sadek was exceptionally helpful .
