They were able to get my dad a room on the spot, and we're very helpful with the process to get him set up. What i liked was the 3 meals a day are included, they have transport services on certain days of the week, and activities. Nice people, clean facility feels like a hotel. Definitely a place to check out.

From the first contact through A Place for Mom it was instant concern on their side and how they could help me. They reached out to make an appointment at any time and to come by with out one too. I met with one of the managers and she totally got it and was eager to help right away. Her emotional support made it easy for me as well. She showed me several apartments and understood our budget and was willing to work with me. The people that were living there also reached out and said welcome and all looked very happy to be where they were at. The apartments was clean and had welcome gifts and ready to go early when we needed to move in ahead of schedule. Great location and excelent food also helped with the trasition. Financially they were more concerned on getting my folks settled than the paper work side of it all and in fact moved them in prior to the final contract. That showed me that it was more important to settle them than "where is the deposit or bank acct. #" We have since moved in and been there 2 weeks now and they all know my parents name and apt. # and have assisted in making sure they come to dinner and have what they need. I can't say enough about the team there as they are in the right place to help others so God bless those who do!

Garden Way is the best! My mom has lived there since September and is loving it. I especially appreciate the staff for their kind support as she made the transition from her home to an apartment there. From the minute she moved in the staff made her feel like family; they did a great job of helping her build relationships with the other residents. She has made many new friends. I have enjoyed the food, (you order from a menu and the food is prepared exactly as you want) and service in the dining room. My grandchildren are welcomed and excited to visit because of the many toys available in the Kid's Playroom and of course they love the ice cream and cookies that are served each meal. There are many activities that she is able to participate in from exercise classes to Bible studies. She easily uses the provided bus transportation. Thank you Garden Way for providing a safe, secure place for my mom.

What a beautiful - heart centered facility! We found the residents as well as the staff quite happy and very helpful. It was beautiful - full of light and possibilities. The food was amazing! The options were fabulous to help support an active - vibrant lifestyle that my mother would enjoy. It was very clean and had lots of wonderful amenities that would make it a perfect solution for a home in a retirement community.

Placing my mother in assisted living was one of the most difficult decisions I ever made in my life, however, I see now it was one of the best. I cannot express in words the gratitude I have for the care the staff takes of my mother, they are wonderful and feel very blessed to have found this facility.

My mom seems to be liking it. She really likes the food, the place in general is very clean and neat. The people are very nice there. My mom can't really do activities, but they do have a lot of activities. She can do the ones in the building; they have card games, movies, puzzles, board games, exercise room, ice cream parlor, chapel, etc. They are a very nice facility. My mom has a one bedroom. The apartment that she has is laid out like the home that she just left, which made the transition easy for her.

They are fabulous. The value is really good. They don't really have care services, but they will always rush to help in an emergency. They have group events for the Duck games. They have sewing and craft rooms. They have a movie theater. They have an exercise room and exercise classes. They have ice cream events. They have a coca cola room where there is free ice cream 24 hours a day. They do trips all the time. They have a beauty salon and people coming in that do activities. We loved how clean it was. Brand new with marble counter tops. You can order from a menu for meals, and they always have a full soup and salad bar. It is very high class.

My grandmother seemed happy there. She moved in to be with a friend, but she eventually moved just because we all live out in Hillsboro. It is an older place, but very nice. My grandmother is very demanding and they were nice to her!

I have just gone through a move-in ordeal that I was dreading somewhat awfully. Boy, was I pleasantly surprised. From the time that I called the office of Creekside Pines in Dallas, Ga. to make an appointment to tour the premises, til after the move was completed, I could not have been made to feel anymore that " I was home". The entire staff were so cheerful, and so thorough in assisting me in deciding which apartment was the right one for me. I cannot say enough good things about all of the staff, from the front office to the dining room staff, the activity director, the maintenance staff, housekeeping staff, the and even to the " ambassador" that has been assigned to me to help me become acquainted with where and how to become a part of all that is available to the residents of Creekside Pines. I truly feel that I am at home.

My sister-in-law who has special needs has lived at Clairmont for the past 2 months. She is happy, well fed, safe, she has friends and activities. She has the bus for long journeys. She is treated nicely and with respect. She is accepted by many and she feels like she has a community to which she belongs. We are grateful to The Clairmont staff for all they do.

My mother has been at this Sr Community for a couple of weeks now. We have met many residents that have lived here for years. I have not heard one negative comment yet. The people are extremely nice, makes an effort to make you feel welcome. I would recommend to anyone looking for a Sr Community.

They have everything from studios to 2 bedroom apartments to the cost varies depending on the size of the unit. My dad was in a studio and I thought the cost was a little high but the quality was good and the convenience was good for me. I had a lot of reason for putting him there but then he needed more care so I had to move him. As a facility, I think they do a really good job.

Enjoyed my stay here in August. My Mom has decided to stay in Monterey County.

I have had an excellent experience with Dunwoody Pines and its staff! Ed and Mona Fletcher have made my transition as a new resident to Dunwoody Pines smooth and welcoming. Their and the rest of the staff's kindness and willingness to assist me with all facets of my transition to independent senior living has been so meaningful to me. After my tour, I decided to make Dunwoody Pines my home. I have made a good choice in becoming a resident of Dunwoody Pines and I highly recommend Dunwoody Pines to other seniors who are looking for a great place to call home.

Once we toured the facility and met Pam and some of the residents, we were sold. Mom stayed a week for free first to make sure she liked it and after the week she asked when she could move in. The dining is far better than we expected; the staff are polite and friendly; Mom does not wont for anything. They offer every service she could need and at an affordable price. The screened in porches offer a delightful relaxing setting. There are more activities and events to keep her busy and stimulated. My mom and all of her family couldn't be more pleased. I could go on and on...if you are looking, come visit Creekside Pine

Wow! A very nice place with many amenities. The rooms are spacious, even the studio. The facilities are modern, elegant. The food sounds delicious with lots of variety. Lots of room for taking walks.

After doing some research online we toured this community and really liked what they were doing. The community really spoke for itself. Our loved one seems to be happy here so overall we are very pleased and would recommend them to anyone.

I don't know enough about how they arrive at their costs but youre getting what you pay for. Shes not getting any care, but there could be more stress put on getting the residents involved instead of so much relying on themselves to do it. I think they have a good amount fo activities, theyre okay, but they just dont encourage participation as much as they could. They did have a prom and they also had a hawaiian luau at their dinner time and they brought in professional hawaiian dancers and got some of the residents involved in participating in it. I attended that and it was nice.

My mother has been living there for just over a month. The price was very much a consideration for us, and the very friendly, engaging and family oriented atmosphere was a stand-out for us. The facility is very well-maintained. My mother is getting three meals a day, even on the weekends and all her bills are included in the one price. There is definitely a staff on hand for care services that's there for eight hours a day during business hours. The managers on-site are extremely capable and can make the appropriate phone calls to emergency services and to the families right way. My mom hasn't taken part in any activities yet (she's shy) but there is a wide range of activities offered for both ability and interest.
