My loved one really has done very well there. It's very well kept and the staff is very friendly. The price includes meals and housekeeping and transportation if she needs it for doctors appointments. The food is as good as everything else. We are very impressed. The chef is very responsive to special orders. It reminds me very much of a cruise ship mentality. The managers are very personable, they make the folks that live there feel as if it is a family, and they honor your personality with as little or as much interaction as you want. They have those little alcoves to sit, everywhere, and people use them like an extension of their home. It's very well thought out. It's one story, and we looked at this first, and checked out a lot of them. They have new carpet and it's gorgeous inside. We are very happy with it.

I like the settings, the people, the managers, the food. Everything is good. I have an apartment with the option to eat in a dining room. The people are very friendly. I'm the youngest one here, at 73. Most people are over 85, but they're friendly. I have a beautiful dog, and they all love my dog. She is a large dog, and being able to have here here was a key reason why I chose the place. They had me bring the dog, to meet everyone, and everyone loved her, so they let us move in. They have care services, but I don't require them. Activities seem to be very good but I don't participate. The only thing that could be better is that I wish they had younger residents, but that is about

This facility is at least 20 years old, but it looks and smells like a brand new building. The care and cleanliness is thorough, not cosmetic. The staff is extraordinary. This has been a difficult placement for my father, and the staff has gone out of their way to smooth his transition into his new home. My dad comes with a lot of family, and we have been welcomed along with Dad. We have had some meals with Dad, and the dining experience is notable. They handle every meal as an event, and the food is worth it. The food is tasty and appealing. The servers seem to take an interest in their guests. Overall, this experience has turned by Dad's outlook from wanting to return to his old home to when am I going to my new home. Can't thank Brook Ridge enough for making this transition as smooth as they can for us.

The apartments are roomy. The staff is friendly and helpful. We were impressed with how friendly and outgoing the residents were. They were so nice and helpful. The dining room has great food. There are all kinds of activities to participate in. This has been a great experience for our mom.

They love it there. The food is really good too. The people are really friendly. They were not really happy about making the move, and once they got here they love it.

Wonderful. My mother loves her new home. Friendly staff, excellent food, and everything is just beautiful like real home. She's respected for her independence.

The staff at Desert Rose are amazing - so friendly and so helpful. The facility is undergoing a renovation of the carpet in the hallways and new furniture in the common areas. The meals I have had at Desert Rose with my 92 year old father and 86 year old mother have all been very good - I highly recommend the eggplant parmagiana (sp)...My folks are still settling in and are joining in activities. I am delighted that they are in a safe environment with such caring people around.

It’s not that it wasn’t clean, but it wasn’t updated – it’s just an older building. What I did like is that there was an outside storage area. Each resident had their own patio. My husband ate there a couple of times and it was very good.

My parents have been there over a year. They love it !

Beautiful.....but way too expensive!

Creekside is outstanding. Should have moved here years ago. We've found nothing that we dislike. Its clean, wonderful staff, great food, especially getting breakfast anytime of the day. Very reasonably priced and the apartments are good size. Sometimes the internet pays off.

They have done a great job so far, I am really happy with it. It's really clean and the staff is very friendly. They are very responsive, and attentive to the residents and the family. They just got a new activities person, I have heard from some of the residents, that nobody shows up to the activities, or one or two people will, and they will cancel. I've heard that a lot of the residents would like to learn to use the computer. The food is really good, she raves about it all the time.

Papa is 93 and this place is perfect. We know the managers from our previous home, so this is a bonus. They really tried to negotiate the best rent, with a freeze in the best apartment for us. It may not have as many intellectual activities, but it's perfect at the perfect price.

Things have been very good here! We toured quite a few communities in the area, and this is the one that felt most like home. It's a nice looking community, and the staff have all been very friendly and professional. I've also been impressed by the food!

The activities seem good to me. The staff is friendly. It all seems good to me. I most just focus on taking good care of my loved one. I don’t really have anything bad to say about The Harrison Regent.

I found this community set up with a plan to meet all planable needs of growing people.This facility is large, very charming and beautiful. I like the mix of senior living, assisted living and memory care that is also open to keeping married couples together through the challenges of each growing sick/old at their own pace and still together. This was my favorite between the two due to my parents perceived needs.

My father recently moved into The Continental from out of state. My sister and I could not have asked for a better professional team in the management. They worked with our family in helping get Dad settled as quickly as possible in his new home. Before he was able to move in, they invited him to become a part of the community by including him in meal times and social activities. I observed that the management team was highly skilled in elder care and worked tirelessly to create an atmosphere that was holistic in nature and could improve an individual's health on a variety of levels. In two weeks time, my father who is living with Parkinson's Disease has improved greatly. He is eating three delicious meals a day, engaging in community activities, participating in exercise classes, as well as accessing transportation to the Y.M.C.A. that is provided 3 times a week. He is singing in the morning, smiling throughout the day, and his movement and posture have improved. His words are, "I love it here!!!" When I first walked into The Continental, I valued the natural light that filtered the dining hall and the view of looking out at the trees. I observed management graciously interacting with the residents and loving their jobs. It just felt great to be in this community. I highly recommend The Continental for any senior that is ready to transition into an intentional community of support and improve their lives physically, socially, and emotionally."

Wonderful!!! The cleanliness is absolutely perfect. It’s best in the Eugene. Staff and food are perfect! We haven’t had any concerns with the laundry. I would absolutely recommend this community to those that are looking for services or care for a loved one!

At the time of a family emergency, in our time need they very quickly made a place for our mom to stay. They are very clean. I think they’re a good value, very much so! They are very accommodating and pretty impressed with what they have to offer. My mom didn’t partake of any of that activities, but from what I could see, they had a pretty good offering.
